Welcome to Duvall Mobile Home Park, located at 1255 S Wilson Rd, Radcliff, KY 40160, USA. For those searching for 'RV parks near me' in the Radcliff, Kentucky area, Duvall Mobile Home Park presents a residential community that may offer long-term options for recreational vehicles. To obtain the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding RV accommodations, amenities, and policies, it is recommended to contact the park management directly at (270) 317-1911 or +1 270-317-1911.
The available customer reviews offer a range of perspectives on life at Duvall Mobile Home Park, highlighting both positive aspects and potential challenges. One resident expresses strong positive feelings, stating, "I ABSOLUTELY love this place." They share that within their first month, it felt like home, praising the "super sweet" neighbors and Mr. Duvall, whom they describe as a "warm, kind, gentleman" who effectively manages the rules and ensures tenant safety. This reviewer emphasizes the peaceful, quiet, and clean environment of the park, stating they would not choose any other place to live in Radcliff.
Another reviewer provides a more balanced view, listing both pros and cons. Among the advantages, they note the "quiet area," "great neighbors," and affordability. They also commend "Jake," identified as a "great landlord" who tries to accommodate his tenants. However, this reviewer also points out some significant drawbacks. They mention renting a trailer that was in disrepair and having an agreement to attempt repairs themselves. Additionally, while pets were reportedly not allowed (which was a positive for this reviewer), there was a "colony of cats" living under their trailer. A more serious concern raised is the negative interaction with the "old man" (another landlord), who allegedly made their lives "a living hell" and frequently mentioned lawyers. This suggests potential conflicts with certain management figures.
A third reviewer offers a more cautious perspective, describing Duvall Mobile Home Park as "a good place if you want to keep to yourself and not be bothered." This implies a degree of privacy and a potentially low-interaction environment, which could appeal to some RVers seeking solitude. However, this reviewer also advises residents to "be sure to keep up with your rent and don't do anything to get under the Mr. Duvall's ire (which is a chore unto itself)." This suggests that while Mr. Duvall is seen positively by some, maintaining a good standing with him is crucial and potentially requires careful navigation of his expectations.
Considering these reviews in the context of someone searching for 'RV parks near me', Duvall Mobile Home Park presents a mixed picture. The quiet environment and potentially affordable rates could be attractive to RVers seeking a longer-term stay in the Radcliff area. The positive comments about some aspects of the management, particularly Mr. Duvall's commitment to rules and safety, are also noteworthy. The presence of friendly neighbors could contribute to a sense of community.
However, the potential downsides, such as the reported issues with the condition of rental units (which might extend to the overall infrastructure of the park), the presence of stray animals, and the negative experiences with another landlord figure, should be carefully considered. The advice to avoid getting on Mr. Duvall's bad side also suggests a need for clear understanding and adherence to park rules.
For RV owners considering Duvall Mobile Home Park, it is essential to directly inquire about the availability of RV sites, the types of hookups provided (water, electricity, sewage), and the rates for both short-term and potentially longer-term stays. Given that it is primarily a mobile home park, the amenities for RV guests might be limited compared to dedicated RV parks. Therefore, it is crucial to ask about facilities such as laundry, restrooms, showers, and waste disposal.
Furthermore, it would be wise to inquire about the park's pet policies specifically for RV guests, even though mobile home residents might face restrictions. Understanding the overall maintenance and upkeep of the park grounds and any specific rules related to RVs will also be important.
The varying opinions on the management suggest that prospective RV residents should aim to have clear and open communication with Mr. Duvall or the relevant park manager from the outset to establish a positive relationship and understand expectations. Addressing any concerns or questions proactively could help avoid potential issues down the line.
In conclusion, Duvall Mobile Home Park in Radcliff, Kentucky, offers a potentially quiet and affordable option for those seeking 'RV parks near me' for a longer stay. The positive remarks about the neighbors and Mr. Duvall's commitment to rules and safety are appealing. However, the reported issues with the condition of some properties and negative experiences with another landlord figure, as well as the need to carefully navigate park rules and management expectations, should not be overlooked. Direct contact with the park management at (270) 317-1911 or +1 270-317-1911 is crucial to obtain specific information about RV accommodations, amenities, policies, and to address any concerns arising from the resident reviews to make an informed decision.

Duvall Mobile Home Park Reviews
I ABSOLUTELY love this placeWe have only been here about a month but it feels so good to be able to call it home. The people that live here that we have met are super sweet, and Mr Duvall is such a warm, kind, gentleman that stays on top of his rules and the safety of his tenants. Its very peaceful, quiet and clean. I would not choose any other place to call home here in Radcliff, we love it here.
Dec 09, 2017 · carla wyattPros: Quiet area, great neighbors, affordable, Jake is a great landlord that does what he can to accommodate his tenants.Cons: The trailer we rented was falling apart, as part of our agreement we tried to repair what we could, we were told that pets were not allowed which is good for us but there was a colony of cats that lived under the trailer, the "old man" (as we came to know the other landlord) made our lives a living hell. Kinda got tired of the word "lawyer" tossed around so freely. It's a good place if you want to keep to yourself and not be bothered, but be sure to keep up with your rent and don't do anything to get under the Mr. Duvall's ire (which is a chore unto itself).
Oct 11, 2017 · Lee DrakeLooks can be deceiving. First off ive been a tenant since Nov. When we were looking at our place there was no electric and no water. Besides that the trailer looked amazing. Beautiful to ve exact. Perfect. Especially on the short leash on which we were on to move.Come to find out there was a leak under our trailer and it finally busted causing us to have a $200 water bill. Our floor caved in. Thats not the worst part. The man blamed us. Beyond that. The floors are weak around air vents. And the wall is cavibg in due to lack of care in the shower. The outside of the trailer was a complete mess. The fire detectors didnt work, one is still hanging off the wall. Its hot outside and we have no air throughout the house due to the air ducts being homed by rodents under this trailer. I have been unhappy here since December and finally decided to take my stand. I gave him 500 of the $625 we rent this disaster for in hopes he would understand that the problems need to be fixed. But no, instead he rambles his mouth about our finances and things to other renters around the park. He also threatens his "lawyers" and such. And so that leaves me with no remorse on wanting to break lease and move. The damages to this trailer built in 1986 are minimal and due to wear and tear, but need to be fixed. So in closing id like to say, i hope no one falls for the BS like we did. Don't rope into signing a year lease without a thorough walk thru with landlord, maintenance, and maybe your own set of lawyers. Like i said, looks can be decieving!
May 11, 2017 · Courtney KellerRan well, considering it's in Radcliff. However the elder gent is developing dementia and does not enforce rules equally or fairly. This can be proven in a court of law; especially if the case is not tried in Hardin county.Suing before any negative actions are applied to the tenant may be best.
Aug 26, 2020 · josh destardiRefuse to pay for him cut grass after he damage my SUV with rocks flying from his lawn mower. He ask to see it an refuse to look at it. I guess I'm going to take him to court if you doesn't take care of it. I'm getting 3 estimate an taking it to him or court actions
