Eagle's Nest MHP Introduce
Eagle's Nest MHP is a mobile home park located at 3418 E Benson Hwy, Tucson, AZ 85706, USA. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it's important for local users to have a comprehensive understanding of all residential options, including mobile home parks. Currently, no phone number is publicly available for Eagle's Nest MHP based on the provided information. Therefore, direct contact to inquire about potential RV space availability or mobile home rentals may require further investigation through other online directories or by visiting the location.
It is crucial to consider all available information when evaluating a potential living situation. In the case of Eagle's Nest MHP, a recent customer review provides a critical perspective that potential residents should carefully consider. This review strongly advises against renting at Eagle's Nest MHP, citing significant issues with the landlord, identified as Sergio Leyva. According to the reviewer, the landlord demonstrates a lack of care in addressing maintenance issues within the rented mobile homes. The reviewer recounts an instance where the landlord allegedly yelled, "I don't work for you!" indicating a dismissive attitude towards tenant requests for repairs. This suggests that residents may find themselves responsible for fixing issues that typically fall under landlord obligations.
Furthermore, the review claims that despite a yearly increase in rent, the condition of the mobile homes does not justify the cost. This raises concerns about the value proposition of renting at Eagle's Nest MHP, implying that residents may be paying increasingly higher rents for properties that are not being adequately maintained. This discrepancy between rising costs and stagnant or declining property conditions can lead to financial strain and dissatisfaction among tenants.
The reviewer also makes a serious allegation regarding the landlord's tenant selection practices, claiming that he primarily rents to undocumented families who he can allegedly evict at his discretion. Such a practice, if true, would raise significant ethical and legal concerns regarding fair housing and tenant rights. It is important to note that this is a single account from one reviewer, but it warrants careful consideration and further investigation by potential residents.
The review concludes with a strong recommendation for the City of Tucson to inspect the living conditions of the homes within Eagle's Nest MHP to determine if they meet habitable standards. This suggests that the reviewer has significant concerns about the safety and suitability of the properties for residential living. Allegations of unaddressed maintenance issues and potentially substandard housing conditions are serious and should be taken into account by anyone considering residing at this park.
Considering the provided information, there is no positive feedback or promotional information available for Eagle's Nest MHP. The single, detailed review presents a strongly negative assessment of the landlord, property maintenance, rent increases, and tenant treatment. This lack of corroborating positive reviews and the severity of the issues raised in the negative review necessitate extreme caution for potential residents.
For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Eagle's Nest MHP may not be a suitable option if they are looking for well-maintained, short-term RV accommodations with responsive management. The issues raised in the review pertain to the rental of mobile homes, suggesting that the management's approach may extend to the overall operation of the park, potentially impacting any RV tenants as well.
Given the serious allegations of neglectful landlord behavior, unwarranted rent increases, and potentially discriminatory practices, it is strongly recommended that potential residents of Eagle's Nest MHP exercise extreme caution. Thoroughly investigating the current conditions of the properties, understanding tenant rights in Tucson, and potentially seeking feedback from other residents (if possible) would be prudent steps before considering renting a mobile home at this location. The concerns raised in the review about the habitability of the homes also warrant careful personal inspection.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Eagle's Nest MHP consists of a single, highly critical review. This review raises significant concerns about the landlord's responsiveness to maintenance issues, the value of the rental properties in relation to increasing rent costs, and allegations of potentially discriminatory tenant practices and substandard living conditions. Without any additional information to provide a balanced perspective, it is difficult to offer a positive introduction to Eagle's Nest MHP. Potential residents are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering this mobile home park as a place to live. Exploring other options within the "RV parks near me" and broader residential categories in Tucson may yield more suitable and reputable living environments.

Eagle's Nest MHP Reviews
Do not recommend renting from here. Terrible landlord (Sergio Leyva) who doesn't care to fix any of his mobile homes being rented. He yelled to me one day, "I don't work for you!" If any issues occur while renting from here, you're basically on your own fixing it. Each year, the rent is increased, but the mobile homes aren't really worth it. He chooses to rent to mostly Undocumented families who he can choose throw out the park whenever he pleases. The City of Tucson should honestly go and verify if these houses are deemed fit for living conditions.
