Town & Country Estates Manufactured Home Community Introduce
While individuals searching for "RV parks near me" might come across listings for manufactured home communities, it's important to understand the distinction between the two. Manufactured home communities like Town & Country Estates, located at 4444 E Benson Hwy unit 87, Tucson, AZ 85706, USA, offer a more permanent residential setting compared to the typically short-term stays at RV parks. To inquire about Town & Country Estates, you can contact them at (520) 574-0400 or their mobile number, +1 520-574-0400.
Based on recent customer reviews available online, it appears that potential residents and current occupants have raised some significant concerns regarding the environment, management, and property availability at Town & Country Estates Manufactured Home Community. It is crucial for prospective residents to consider these points carefully when evaluating this community as a potential long-term living option.
One particularly concerning review from a former resident who lived in the community for approximately four years strongly advises against living there. This individual cites the issue of repeated vehicle theft as a major problem, alleging that management was unresponsive and took no action to address these security concerns. The review further states that there is a lack of security measures or surveillance cameras within the community. This paints a picture of an environment where residents may feel vulnerable to property crime, and where they perceive a lack of support from the management in ensuring their safety and security.
Another recent review details a frustrating experience attempting to inquire about rental properties within Town & Country Estates. The prospective resident noted that both the community's website and Zillow indicated the availability of three homes for rent. However, upon contacting the community, they encountered what they described as rude behavior from a representative communicating via text message from an 833 number. This negative initial interaction continued when the reviewer called the office directly and experienced the same level of rudeness. They were informed that all rental units were already taken, despite the online listings suggesting otherwise, even with recent updates. The representative then stated that the only available option was a two-bedroom home for purchase at around $50,000, with a lot rent of $662, which had reportedly just increased that day. The reviewer concluded that the representative seemed unwilling to rent the advertised units, highlighting potential issues with transparency and customer service regarding property availability.
Considering these two recent reviews, it is challenging to provide a positive description of the environment, services, and features of Town & Country Estates Manufactured Home Community based solely on this feedback. The information suggests potential shortcomings in crucial areas such as community security and management's responsiveness to resident concerns and inquiries.
Regarding the environment, the negative review concerning vehicle theft multiple times over a four-year period raises questions about the overall safety and security within the community. The absence of security measures like cameras, as mentioned, could contribute to a less secure environment for residents and their property. While the physical appearance and upkeep of the community are not detailed in these negative reviews, the serious security concerns would likely overshadow any positive aspects of the physical environment for many potential residents.
In terms of services, the reviews provide insights into the perceived lack of responsiveness and helpfulness from the management. The former resident's experience with repeated vehicle theft and the alleged inaction by management suggests a potential deficiency in addressing resident safety and security issues. Similarly, the prospective resident's negative interaction with the community representative, characterized by rudeness and apparent misinformation about property availability, raises concerns about the quality of customer service and the professionalism of the management.
The features of Town & Country Estates are not extensively described in these reviews. However, the mention of lot rent at $662 (with a recent increase) provides some information about the financial aspect of living in the community if one were to purchase a home there. The availability of two-bedroom homes for purchase is also mentioned, indicating the housing options beyond rentals, although the process of inquiring about rentals appears problematic based on the provided feedback.
Promotional information is absent from the reviews. Instead, the focus is on negative experiences related to security and management interaction. Therefore, it is not possible to objectively present any positive promotional aspects of Town & Country Estates based on this information.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be fully representative of the experiences of all residents or potential residents. However, they do highlight significant concerns that should be taken into consideration by anyone contemplating living in this community.
Given the serious nature of the allegations in these reviews, including repeated vehicle theft and unprofessional behavior from management, it would be prudent for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence. This could involve attempting to speak with current residents directly to gain a broader perspective on the community, inquiring specifically about security measures and management responsiveness, and verifying the accuracy of property listings and rental information.
In conclusion, based on the limited and negative information available in these recent customer reviews, Town & Country Estates Manufactured Home Community appears to have significant challenges related to security and management's handling of resident concerns and inquiries. While the community may offer long-term housing options in Tucson, potential residents should be aware of these reported issues and conduct further investigation before making any decisions. The category of "RV parks near me" might lead individuals to this community in online searches, but it is essential to recognize that it functions as a manufactured home community with its own set of considerations and potential challenges, as highlighted by these recent experiences.

Town & Country Estates Manufactured Home Community Reviews

Mar 20, 2025 · rosalva smithLooked on their website and Zillow. Both websites said there are 3 homes available for rent. The lady was texting me from a 833 number and was very rude. I called today and was met with that same level of rudeness. Told me everything was purchased already. I told her Both websites say otherwise and were even updated yesterday! She said all they have is a 2 bedroom available for purchase for about $50k. Lot rent is $662 and just went up today apparently. This lady was extremely rude and doesn't seem like she wants to rent these units.
Sep 05, 2024 · Miranda SloanVery quiet little mobile home park. The Pool is conveniently located right in the very front of the park. There is a circle k about five minutes away walking distance. Not a bad location as far as the part of town.
Dec 21, 2022 · Andrea StinnettA great place to live, maintenance tries their to hardest to clean up after people that don't care. And, management needs to do something about the people that come racing in here. They do not care for the stop signs, they go around the speed bump near the office. At night people are doing doing Donuts, burn outs and speeding. I worry for the kids around the trailer park.
May 25, 2022 · R FloresI grew up here and 20 years ago this place had standards. Not anymore people aren't even required to have skirting and awnings. Either, they don't care or they aren't required by the looks of it I'm betting it's the former. Truly sad.Addendum: My mother has remained living in this park for over 20 years. She pays her rent on time as she is suppose to and keeps a beautiful yard. She is a quiet and peaceful. So, to the management if you are reading this:You know changes need to be made. Please, refrain from using shaming tactics with me to avoid taking responsibility. Yes, I read the reviews. Try to be a bit more professional and understanding and maybe your park won't look like the rest of the Benson Highway park. Stand out as a community who cares. It's going to take work but, I believe it can be done.
