Located at 16280 WA-305, Poulsbo, WA 98370, USA, this park has garnered positive feedback for its convenient location near local attractions, clean facilities, and friendly atmosphere. You can reach them at (360) 598-5988 or their mobile number, +1 360-598-5988, to inquire about availability and discover the natural charm of Eagle Tree RV Park.
Based on the reviews from fellow campers, Eagle Tree RV Park is a well-regarded destination for both short and potentially longer stays. One long-term visitor, who has camped there "on and off for 5yrs," attests to it being "a great spot to be." A significant advantage highlighted is its proximity to both Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, making it an ideal base for exploring these popular local areas. Poulsbo, known for its Norwegian heritage and charming downtown, and Bainbridge Island, offering scenic beauty and a ferry connection to Seattle, are both easily accessible from the park.
The facilities at Eagle Tree RV Park are consistently praised for their cleanliness. The reviewer specifically mentioned that "the facilities are clean," which is a crucial factor for a comfortable and enjoyable camping experience. Clean restrooms and other amenities contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction of guests.
The staff at Eagle Tree RV Park are also noted for their welcoming demeanor. The same long-term visitor described them as "friendly," suggesting a positive and helpful management team that contributes to the park's pleasant atmosphere.
Eagle Tree RV Park appears to foster a family-friendly environment. The reviewer observed that "it’s always fun to see multiple families riding bikes, and hanging out together." This indicates a sense of community and opportunities for social interaction among guests, particularly appealing to families with children.
For pet owners, Eagle Tree RV Park offers a valuable amenity: trails that are enjoyable for furry companions. The reviewer mentioned that "the fur baby loves the trails!!" This suggests that the park provides designated or accessible areas for dog walking, enhancing the experience for those traveling with pets.
Another reviewer highlighted the park's natural setting, describing it as being "Deep in the woods with a very outdoorsy ambience." This immersive natural environment is a significant draw for those seeking a camping experience that feels close to nature. The abundance of trees and the overall setting likely contribute to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
In terms of affordability, the prices at Eagle Tree RV Park are considered "reasonable" by one guest. This is an important factor for budget-conscious travelers looking for quality camping options in the Poulsbo area.
The same reviewer also noted that there is "plenty of room for parking," which is a practical consideration for RV owners who often have additional vehicles or require space for maneuvering their rigs.
It's important to note that Eagle Tree RV Park seems to cater significantly to long-term residents. The reviewer mentioned that there are "Mostly long term monthly tenants." This could influence the overall atmosphere of the park, potentially creating a more settled and less transient feel compared to parks primarily serving short-term visitors. While long-term residents can contribute to a sense of community, it's something for short-term visitors to be aware of.
One potential concern raised by the same reviewer is the presence of "a group of kids under 8 that run around unsupervised." This might be a consideration for visitors who prefer a quieter environment or have concerns about safety. However, it's also possible that this reflects the family-friendly nature of the park and the freedom enjoyed by the children of long-term residents.
In summary, Eagle Tree RV Park offers a compelling set of features for those seeking "RV parks near me" in the Poulsbo area:
- Convenient Location: Close proximity to Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island provides easy access to local attractions and amenities.
- Clean Facilities: Well-maintained restrooms and other facilities contribute to a comfortable stay.

- Wooded Setting: An immersive, outdoorsy ambience for a more natural camping experience.
- Reasonable Prices: Offers good value for the location and amenities.
- Ample Parking: Plenty of space for parking RVs and additional vehicles.
Potential considerations include the prevalence of long-term residents, which might influence the park's atmosphere, and the observation of unsupervised young children, which could be a factor for some visitors.
Overall, Eagle Tree RV Park appears to be a well-regarded option for RVers looking to explore the Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island areas. Its combination of natural beauty, convenient location, clean facilities, and friendly atmosphere makes it an attractive choice. Local users seeking a longer-term stay might also find the presence of monthly tenants appealing, suggesting a stable and established community. However, it would be advisable to contact the park directly at (360) 598-5988 or +1 360-598-5988 to inquire about current availability, specific policies regarding short-term and long-term stays, and to address any concerns about the presence of unsupervised children if this is a significant factor in your decision-making process. Mar 01, 2025 · Neil BHad to use over 6" block to get trailer level on this muddy site #75. Needs grading & gravel. Picnic table was unusable. Dirty & pushed aside & twisted on uneven ground. I don't think they checked / prepped this site before our arrival. Many permanent residents. Tight spacing. Cost very reasonable. Beautiful treed setting. Nice staff in the office. Good location for visiting Poulsbo/Bainbridge area.
May 02, 2025 · Michael EarlyA great stay and very accommodating staff. We had a couple minor situations (our fault) that we asked them to help with and they did. An early arrival (no problem--thank you Eagle Tree staff) and getting us the same site we liked. Our site was very pretty next to a forest and perfect for us. I highly recommend Eagle Tree and we will return.
Sep 25, 2024 · Douglas SackettGreat stay! We were supposed to be there for 2 weeks but ended up staying for a month due to the convenient location, wonderful staff and mostly friendly folks around. There are trails in the back area of the grounds. Clean facilities! Very appreciative of the folks here. Highly recommend.
