East Bay Reviews
Home.lll) What more needs to be said... ? It's home and I love it there. Nice private and quiet neighborhood. Lake, beach, pavilion and picnic tables for gatherings. I've lived here for several years and I absolutely love it. Summertime evenings on the lake are "Pure Michigan." 🌇 💖
Mar 15, 2023 · Michael L. SteimleManager Christina is super helpful and engaging. The community is quiet and the neighbors look out for each other.
Mar 19, 2025 · Tom TenglerI have lived here for quite a few years. This is a great community and very well maintained. The one thing that is very important to me is that there is no renting allowed at East Bay. Everyone owns their home. I would never live in a manufactured home community where renting is allowed. What comes with home ownership is pride. That is why this community has very great curb appeal. Another reason I love it here is because Christina, the manager of the community, lives nearby in another community owned by East Bay. She drives through East Bay a few times a day and makes sure everything is ok. She actually cares about these communities. If you have a concern about something she takes care of it. I dread to think what would happen here if she ever left. Please stick around Christina. We Love you!
Jun 29, 2021 · Neat FreakI know quite a few people who live at East Bay. It’s beautiful right on Lake Ponemah. There’s not a lot of nice manufactured homes on or by a lake but this one is top notch! I would highly recommend living there. It’s a nice quiet park. Management is awesome very friendly as well as understanding.
Nov 13, 2020 · tera raderWithin the last yr this place has added so many fees it's not worth it. You'll end up paying $800+ a month. Save your money and get an apartment.
