Tudor Estates Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Flint, Michigan area? Tudor Estates, located at 1330 E Maple Ave, Flint, MI 48507, USA, is primarily a mobile home park that may also accommodate recreational vehicles. To inquire about the availability of RV sites, specific amenities for RVs, and any related services, you can contact them directly at (810) 694-3320 or +1 810-694-3320.
When considering a long-term stay at an "RV park near me," factors such as the community environment, available services, and overall features are crucial. Tudor Estates, while rooted as a mobile home community, presents aspects that could be attractive to RVers seeking a more settled environment. Understanding the experiences of current residents can offer valuable insights into the community's atmosphere and management.
One long-term resident of 20 years shared overwhelmingly positive feedback about Tudor Estates. They expressed absolute love for the community, highlighting it as a "perfect place to raise a child" and praising the grounds and the pool. This positive sentiment suggests a family-friendly environment with well-maintained common areas. The mention of "Jen" as an "amazing person" and "Greg" as the "most attentive and caring Head of Maintenance" indicates a positive relationship between residents and management, which can significantly contribute to a comfortable living experience. The resident's feeling of "loving coming home" speaks volumes about the sense of community and belonging at Tudor Estates.
However, another more recent review offers a contrasting perspective, particularly concerning the new maintenance staff. This resident, who has lived at Tudor Estates for five years and had no prior issues, reported two instances of maintenance notices being improperly posted – not on their door, but on a trash can and a porch step. The review also mentions a short timeframe given to address a yard maintenance issue that the resident did not perceive as severe and a notice about a skirting issue that had already been resolved. This feedback raises concerns about communication and the approach of the new maintenance personnel, suggesting potential inconsistencies in management practices.
The positive review highlights several key features of Tudor Estates that could be appealing to RVers. The presence of "grounds" suggests maintained common areas, which can contribute to the overall aesthetic and enjoyment of the community. The mention of a "pool" is a significant amenity, offering recreational opportunities and a place to socialize, especially during warmer months. For RVers considering a longer stay, access to such amenities can enhance their quality of life.
While the reviews do not explicitly detail services tailored specifically for RVs, we can infer some possibilities based on the nature of a mobile home park. Typically, such communities offer essential utilities like water, electricity, and sewage hookups. For RV residents, these are fundamental requirements. It is crucial to contact Tudor Estates directly to confirm the availability and specifics of these hookups for RV sites, including electrical voltage (e.g., 30 amp or 50 amp service) and the process for utility billing.
Other potential services at Tudor Estates might include trash removal, and possibly laundry facilities, although these are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. For RVers who may not have their own laundry units, on-site facilities would be a significant convenience. Inquiring about these services when contacting the park is advisable.
Promotional information for Tudor Estates specifically targeting RV users is not available in the provided text. However, the positive long-term resident testimonial could serve as indirect promotion, highlighting the welcoming community and well-maintained environment. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" with a sense of community, the positive review suggests that Tudor Estates fosters a neighborly atmosphere. To attract more RV residents, Tudor Estates could emphasize its long-term stability, the presence of amenities like the pool, and the potential for a quiet and established living environment.
The contrasting negative review serves as a reminder for prospective RV residents to also inquire about current management practices and any specific rules or regulations that might apply to RV stays. It would be beneficial to understand how maintenance requests are handled and how community guidelines are enforced for all residents, including those in RVs.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of whether Tudor Estates is a suitable "RV park near me," direct communication is essential. Call (810) 694-3320 or +1 810-694-3320 to ask specific questions about:
- Availability of RV sites and their sizes.
- Types and capacity of utility hookups (electricity, water, sewage) for RVs.
- Monthly or long-term rates for RV sites and any included services.
- Rules and regulations applicable to RV residents.
- Availability and access to amenities such as the pool, laundry facilities (if any), and trash disposal.
- Pet policies for RV residents.
- The overall community environment and what it's like for RVers living within a predominantly mobile home community.
Visiting Tudor Estates, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the layout, upkeep, and atmosphere of the park. Speaking with current residents (if appropriate) might offer additional perspectives beyond the online reviews.
In conclusion, Tudor Estates in Flint, MI, presents itself as a mobile home park with potential appeal for those seeking "RV parks near me" with a strong sense of community and established amenities like a pool. The overwhelmingly positive experience of a long-term resident speaks to these strengths. However, a more recent review raises concerns about maintenance communication. Therefore, thorough communication with the management at Tudor Estates is crucial for any RVer considering a stay to ensure it meets their specific needs and expectations. Asking detailed questions about RV accommodations, amenities, rules, and current management practices will help in making an informed decision about whether Tudor Estates is the right RV community to call home.

Tudor Estates Reviews
I’ve lived in Tudor Estates for 20 years. I Absolutely Love it here. I raised my son here. It was the perfect place to raise a child. I love our grounds. I love our pool. Jen is an amazing person. Greg is the most attentive and caring Head of Maintenance we’ve ever had. I love coming home.
Apr 07, 2025 · Sarah JThe new maintenance guy sucks. This is the second time they “posted my door” NOT ON MY DOOR. This time he posted on my trash can. And gave me 1 day to mow the yard which wasn’t even bad. The 1st time he posted on the porch step about a skirting issue that was ALREADY fix but they posted anyways on the step instead of on my actual DOOR. I’ve lived here for 5 years and never had an issue until now.
May 02, 2024 · erica CarrThe manager of the park Jennifer is amazing and very helpful every time I need anything. She is always thinking of fun/ free events. The pool is wonderful as well. The community here is extremely friendly and I always feel safe. Great neighborhood to live in. Oh wait, the cost of living here is extremely reasonable. 10/10
Sep 05, 2024 · Kathryn SimpsonI'm a previous renter and I don't agree with how this place is ran. The manager Jennifer picks and chooses what lots they want to give viloations too.whcih is not fair to the community. Everyone should be treated equal and they are not. Everyone should be held to the same standards but are not.
