El Camba Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Located at 1841 George Jenkins Blvd in Lakeland, Florida, El Camba Manufactured Home Community offers a residential setting for manufactured homes. For individuals searching within the category of "RV parks near me," it's important to note that El Camba primarily serves as a long-term manufactured home community rather than a temporary RV park. However, understanding the environment and community aspects can still be relevant for those seeking a longer-term living situation with a similar community feel.
Based on the limited information available, specifically the provided customer reviews, it's crucial to approach an introduction of El Camba Manufactured Home Community with objectivity, reflecting the feedback shared by residents. The reviews present a concerning picture regarding the management and certain aspects of the park's maintenance.
One resident expresses strong dissatisfaction with the manager, stating, "The manager is so rude and inhospitable that I am actively looking to move." This individual, who claims to have resided there for over three years without any issues regarding rent payment, describes instances of being "harrassed" over minor and trivial matters. A specific example given is being issued a ten-day notice to paint their home, raising concerns about the feasibility and consideration for elderly residents on fixed incomes. This reviewer is actively seeking to contact the manager's superior to file a formal complaint and indicates that they would rate the community less than one star if possible.
Another review echoes similar sentiments regarding the management, stating, "We resided at El Camba for nearly 3 years and the manager, Jeananne, was rude and unpersonable right from the beginning." This former resident also raises concerns about the upkeep of the park-owned, empty properties, describing them as "falling apart" and harboring stray animals like cats and rats. In contrast, the manager apparently placed significant pressure on lot tenants to maintain "pristine properties."
Furthermore, this second review highlights issues with the park's infrastructure, specifically the water system, which was described as "laughable, never upgraded or maintained and always being shut off without notice." This suggests potential inconveniences and disruptions to daily life for residents due to unreliable essential services.
Despite the negative feedback concerning the management and infrastructure, the second reviewer offers a slightly more balanced perspective by noting that "Most of the neighbors were friendly and helpful." This indicates that while there may be issues with the park's administration and maintenance, a sense of community and positive neighborly interactions might still exist among some residents.
Considering the strong negative feedback regarding the manager's demeanor and the maintenance of park-owned properties, as well as the unreliable water system, it is challenging to present a purely positive introduction to El Camba Manufactured Home Community based solely on these reviews. These issues raise significant concerns about the living experience within the park.
Prospective residents searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering a longer-term stay in a manufactured home community should carefully weigh these reported issues. While the affordability of the community is not explicitly mentioned, the concerns raised about management practices and infrastructure are critical factors to consider when making a housing decision.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not reflect the entirety of the community's current state. However, they serve as important indicators of potential challenges that prospective residents might encounter. Due to the serious nature of the complaints, it would be highly advisable for anyone considering El Camba Manufactured Home Community to conduct thorough due diligence.
This due diligence should include contacting the park directly at (863) 686-6444 or +1 863-686-6444 to inquire about the current management, the condition of the park-owned properties, the status of the water system, and any other relevant policies or ongoing maintenance efforts. Additionally, if possible, visiting the community in person and speaking with current residents (beyond those who have posted online reviews) could provide a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the living environment.
Given the information available, it is not possible to highlight positive features or promotional information for El Camba Manufactured Home Community. The prevailing sentiment in the provided reviews points towards significant issues that potential residents should be aware of and investigate thoroughly before making any commitments. The friendly neighbors mentioned in one review offer a glimmer of positivity, suggesting that a sense of community might exist despite the challenges reported with management and infrastructure.
In conclusion, based on the provided customer reviews, El Camba Manufactured Home Community in Lakeland, Florida, appears to be facing significant challenges related to management and the upkeep of park-owned properties, as well as issues with essential infrastructure like the water system. While some residents may find the neighborly atmosphere positive, prospective residents should be aware of the serious concerns raised and conduct thorough independent research before considering this community as a long-term living option. The information available does not allow for a positive or promotional introduction at this time.

El Camba Manufactured Home Community Reviews
The manager is so rude and inhospitable that I am actively looking to move. I feel sorry for elderly on fixed incomes who have to deal with her . I’ve been here over 3 years and never once missed or been late on the rent. She will find the most minor and trivial things to harrass you about. Oh and give you 10 days to paint your home . Can you imagine an elderly person on a fixed income having to deal with that and that’s just one of several issues that I have had to deal with. I am now actively trying to find and contact her manager to make a formal complaint . If I could give less than 1 star I would
Oct 25, 2023 · Deb AllenWe resided at El Camba for nearly 3 years and the manager, Jeananne, was rude and unpersonable right from the beginning. She stayed on the lot tenants to maintain pristine properties, while the park owned, empty properties were falling apart and housed stray cats and rats. The water system was laughable, never upgraded or maintained and always being shut off without notice. Most of the neighbors were friendly and helpful.
Dec 03, 2023 · Tim MillsHere's the thing. As far as 55+ communities go, you could do better, but you could also do way worse. For the price you pay, it is more than fine. With that being said, before you even think about moving there, make sure you are willing to deal with the manager in charge of the community. That creature (I call her creature since she barely qualifies as human) will do everything in her power to make your life as miserable as possible. The consensus I've gotten from current residents is that she will make sure that if anything ever happens that needs to be fixed or solved, it will always be out of your pocket, even if it it common areas. She will come up with new creative ways to make you open your wallet for details that can easily be considered superfluous and unnecessary, while handling matters in the most annoying and unprofessional way possible. From what I've gathered, the residents want her fired, but so far, no soap.Long story short, before you consider getting yourself in there, ask yourself if it's really worth the hassle.
Jul 04, 2023 · Jose TorresThe place is good to live in, there are good neighbors, except for one who is the one who is the one who brings riots to the administrator. The administrator lacks empathy to talk to the residents and talk to those who live in this community. I hope that the owner of this community will take decisions with this lady.
May 11, 2023 · Modesto PérezThis review is for Kings and Queens Park. Not sure what that other name is for or how to edit it yet.Staff up front was EXTREMELY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. I drove by and seen a wheelchair bound woman in the road. I stopped and pushed her back to a safe distance from the road. I gave her a real wheelchair since what she had was not working well. I didn't even make it back to my truck (less than 1 minute away) when I noticed a black woman threatening her to get off their property. Cops were called according to her threats. I obviously don't want to go to jail, especially over 2 strangers, but I was tempted. It was VERY DISGUSTING how that disabled woman who was CLEARLY in a state of distress was treated. That disabled woman needed help and the cops could've provided that for her if that black woman was not so threatening. I hope that lady found the help she needed and DEFINITELY hope that other office worker gets reprimanded or better yet FIRED! Hopefully she doesn't treat all of the elderly people in that park the same way.
