When exploring options within the "RV parks near me" category that also include manufactured home living, it's essential to consider various aspects such as safety, community atmosphere, staff responsiveness, and available amenities. Reviews from current residents can provide valuable insights into the living experience at El Frontier Manufactured Home Community.
One resident shared a positive experience, stating, "My husband and I love living here. It's a quiet community and most importantly we feel safe here." This highlights two significant aspects often prioritized by those seeking a new community: a peaceful environment and a sense of security. The reviewer also commended the staff, noting, "The staff is very kind as well from the maintenance men who work the park everyday to Brandon in the sales office." This suggests a friendly and helpful team dedicated to the well-being of the residents.
However, another resident presented a more mixed review. While they expressed enjoyment for their "rv/mobile home space," they raised concerns about safety and amenities. Specifically, they mentioned, "...there is no light on our street so our bikes were stolen and homeless person roam our site at night." This is a significant safety concern, indicating potential issues with nighttime security and the presence of unauthorized individuals within the community. The lack of street lighting appears to be a contributing factor to these security vulnerabilities.
This reviewer also noted the absence of an on-site laundry facility and that "the pool is a work in progress," suggesting that some expected amenities may be either unavailable or not yet fully functional. Despite these drawbacks, the reviewer did highlight a positive aspect of the surrounding area, stating, "The school district is amazing otherwise I would be planning to move." This indicates that the location may be particularly appealing to families with school-aged children.
The contrasting nature of these reviews paints a nuanced picture for those considering El Frontier Manufactured Home Community as one of their options when searching for "RV parks near me" or a manufactured home community. The positive review emphasizes the quiet atmosphere, the feeling of safety (at least for that particular resident), and the kindness of the staff. These are significant draws for many individuals and families.
On the other hand, the second review raises serious concerns about safety due to inadequate lighting and the presence of homeless individuals, which led to theft. The lack of an on-site laundry facility can be a significant inconvenience for residents, and a pool that is still under development may not be a reliable amenity in the near term. While the excellent school district is a notable advantage for families, it may not be a primary factor for all potential residents.
For local users seeking a community that accommodates both RVs and manufactured homes, El Frontier presents a situation where the positive aspects of a quiet environment and kind staff are weighed against potential safety concerns and limited or in-progress amenities. The issue of nighttime security, particularly the lack of street lighting and the presence of homeless individuals, is a serious matter that prospective residents should carefully consider and investigate.
The absence of an on-site laundry facility could be a significant drawback for those who rely on such conveniences within their community. Similarly, a pool that is still a "work in progress" offers no guarantee of when it will be completed or what its condition will be once operational. These are important factors to weigh against the positive comments about the community's quiet nature and the kindness of the staff.
For individuals exploring "RV parks near me" or manufactured home communities with families, the mention of an "amazing" school district in the vicinity of El Frontier is a considerable benefit. Access to quality education is often a key priority for families with children, and this aspect of the location could outweigh some of the concerns about on-site amenities or security for certain potential residents.
Given this mixed feedback, prospective residents are strongly encouraged to visit El Frontier Manufactured Home Community in person. This would allow them to assess the lighting conditions within the park, the overall security measures, and the progress on any mentioned amenities like the pool. If possible, speaking with current residents (beyond those who have posted online reviews) could provide a broader understanding of the community's safety reputation and the availability and condition of its amenities.
In conclusion, El Frontier Manufactured Home Community in Tucson offers a quiet living environment with a kind and helpful staff, according to one resident. However, another resident raised significant concerns about the lack of street lighting, instances of theft, the presence of homeless individuals, the absence of an on-site laundry facility, and a pool that is still under construction. The excellent local school district is a notable advantage for families. For those seeking "RV parks near me" or manufactured home living, a thorough personal visit and investigation are crucial to weigh these contrasting aspects and determine if El Frontier aligns with their individual needs and priorities, particularly regarding safety and amenities.

Nov 13, 2022 · phatpanda VSGSean (manager) is amazing. The guy knows what he's doing. Always on point, gets things done on time, notices when things are out of order quickly (so much as to notice a tint of green in the pool due to the power outage), and he's incredibly nice and friendly. Not the nicest of neighborhoods I'll admit. Don't just leave things lying around outside unless you don't care if they're taken. But for the price, it's really great! They have great amenities and once again, Sean ties it all together. Highly recommend!
Sep 16, 2021 · Angel VI stay in here with a friend of mine. They clearly have decent management which says a lot given the nature of the neighborhood it's in. There's lots of available lots for rent. You can also either buy a brand new mobile home or rent a well maintained older model or move one of your own in a nice lot provided by the park. I highly recommend this mobile home park. It's one of the nicest on the north side of Tucson
