Evergreen Village Introduce
Welcome to Evergreen Village, a well-established mobile home community located at 100 Evergreen Blvd, Marshall, WI 53559, USA. As a prominent option within the "RV Parks Near Me" category, Evergreen Village distinguishes itself not as a transient RV campground, but as a permanent or long-term residential solution for manufactured homes. While the "RV Parks Near Me" search often caters to short-term recreational vehicle stays, it also serves as a broader umbrella for communities that offer spaces for mobile and manufactured homes, a niche that Evergreen Village perfectly fills for those seeking a stable and community-oriented living environment.
Evergreen Village prides itself on offering a living experience that combines convenience with a strong sense of community. The park's management can be reached at (608) 655-3857 or via mobile at +1 608-655-3857 for inquiries regarding lot availability, rental agreements, and community guidelines. This direct line of communication ensures that prospective and current residents can easily access the information and support they need.
One of the most frequently highlighted aspects of Evergreen Village by its residents is its remarkable cleanliness and diligent upkeep. Customer feedback consistently points to a "very, very clean, well-kept community." This commitment to a pristine environment contributes significantly to the quality of life within the park, providing residents with a pleasant and inviting place to call home. The well-maintained grounds and common areas reflect a dedication to creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing living space for all residents. The visual appeal and tidiness of the park are undeniable draws for those seeking a respectable and well-ordered community.
The strategic location of Evergreen Village in Marshall, WI, is another significant advantage. Residents benefit from the convenience of having essential services and amenities within walking distance. This includes local schools, which is a major plus for families with children, ensuring a short and safe commute for students. Additionally, public parks are easily accessible, offering residents opportunities for recreation, exercise, and leisure without the need for extensive travel. The proximity to restaurants means dining out is convenient, and gas stations nearby simplify daily errands and commutes. This walkability enhances the overall appeal of the community, reducing reliance on personal vehicles for everyday necessities and fostering a more active lifestyle.
Evergreen Village provides a stable and supportive environment for manufactured home owners. The primary service offered is the rental of lots for manufactured homes, providing the necessary infrastructure and community setting for residents. While specific on-site communal facilities (like clubhouses, pools, or playgrounds) are not detailed in the provided information, the emphasis on cleanliness and accessibility to external amenities suggests a focus on providing well-maintained living spaces within a supportive community framework. The management's role involves overseeing the park's operations, enforcing community rules, and addressing resident concerns, all contributing to a harmonious living environment.
The community's structure caters well to various demographics, particularly "a newer family to begin with housing costs on the rise." This highlights a key feature of mobile home parks like Evergreen Village: they often present a more affordable housing alternative compared to traditional stick-built homes, especially in a market where housing expenses are escalating. This affordability, combined with the community's positive attributes, makes Evergreen Village an attractive option for individuals and families looking to enter the housing market or seeking a more budget-friendly living solution without sacrificing quality of life or convenience. The park offers a pathway to homeownership or stable long-term rental in a structured community.
From a promotional standpoint, Evergreen Village can be positioned as an ideal solution for those searching in the "RV Parks Near Me" category who are actually seeking long-term manufactured home living. Its appeal lies in its established reputation for being a clean, well-kept, and family-friendly community. The testimonial from a long-term resident who "grew up in this park" speaks volumes about the enduring positive experience and the sense of stability and belonging that the community can foster. This longevity of residency suggests a high level of satisfaction among residents and indicates a community where people feel comfortable settling down for extended periods.
While the majority of feedback is positive, it's important to acknowledge and address all provided perspectives for an objective overview. One review mentions "poor management discrimination" and issues with "drug dealers and family when they break the rules." It also states the reviewer has "proof." In any community, such concerns can arise, and it's essential for management to uphold fair and consistent application of rules and address resident grievances promptly and equitably. Prospective residents are encouraged to directly contact the management, ask about community rules and enforcement policies, and potentially speak with current residents to gather a comprehensive understanding of the community dynamics and management practices. A proactive approach to understanding these aspects can help ensure that the community aligns with individual expectations and values.
In summary, Evergreen Village offers a compelling option for those considering manufactured home living in the Marshall, WI area. Its prime location with walkable access to schools, parks, restaurants, and gas stations significantly enhances daily life. The park's commitment to cleanliness and a well-maintained environment creates a pleasant living space. For families and individuals seeking an affordable and stable housing solution amidst rising costs, Evergreen Village presents a viable and attractive alternative within the broader "RV Parks Near Me" search, specifically catering to long-term residency in a community setting.

Evergreen Village Reviews
I grew up in this park. Some would argue the rent is high, but it's a very, very clean, well-kept community. Walking distance to schools, parks, restaurants, and gas stations. Great place for a newer family to begin with housing costs on the rise,

Feb 15, 2025 · Travis NoltyAlways a good trip for me. My oldest sister just moved back to WI and bought a mobile home. I like the drive out there from Madison enjoying the countryside and farms with all New Crops currently growing and the Animals out there 😊
Jun 19, 2022 · cami dawnThis place is, without any doubt, the worst trailer park I've ever been forced into and I spent years doing deliveries over three states. They post signs claiming a 10 mph speed limit but people constantly race through it at a MUCH faster speed. There is a small stream running through the center of the park that gets hundreds of ducks. It's really a shame that with the rampant speeding the ducks are constantly getting run over. The "management" will not do any regular maintenance so they leave the duck bodies laying where they got run over until some scavenger eats it or someone throws it into the stream to rot. "management" closes street parking in winter, presumably for plowing. They plow only when they know they won't need to plow again (snow stops and isn't expected to come back, just wait with feet of snow on the ground but if there are so much as flurries in the forecast they will wait, as a worker there told me when I asked, they get into trouble for needing to plow more than once a snowfall because it's wasting gas. When they do finally have to plow its this drunk guy who doesn't want to be plowing. He's in a huge hurry and if you forgot to move your vehicles he WILL hit your car and do some significant damage, remember he's plowing at 30 mph. Even if you never forget to move you car to the only lot in the whole park that they don't close, with all cars off the road it just frees the plow guy to plow up several feet of the front yard...There is allot of crime as well, people stealing stuff from other people in the park. I've seen several drug deals being done in the park but when trying to talk to the "management" about it they refuse to do anything about it. I have literally recorded the drug deals a couple times and they still won't help. Calling the police is also futile, they really don't come in unless it's something real serious.Purely based on the physical park, it's not too bad. The stream running down the main road is nice, it's nice having the ducks for some nature. A fair amount of lots actually have water access (not the stream, a small lake in the park as well as some closely adjoining lakes and streams) great for canoeing or kayak fun. The lots all have a decent amount of property, enough for having a decent yard. It's nice that if people cared enough to bother they could have some decent gardensGood luck, my x lives in there and it's terrible
Nov 29, 2018 · Ken MillerThe lady who runs the office is a total turn off to this place. Shes rude and nosey and never has anything nice to say. She didnt make me feel like I wanted to live there because I had children. They want it to be a 55plus community again. Lovely place, the office lady just ruined it for me with her bad attitude.
