New owners took over. They've raised a lot rent since I've moved in from $220 to now $509. People that are just moving in Pay over 600. Remember to you're just paying to sit on the land you have to take care of it too or they will fine you. Those finds aren't cheap either.They can charge you eighty dollar fine if you Don't mow your yard Every 2 weeks.Bad Roads been like that for at least 7 years. Buying and trailer is a bad investment. Because when you buy a trailer, it only loses value It cannot gain value like a house And they don't last a lifetime. If you cannot afford to pay lot rent. Then they can kick you out. You have a certain amount of time to move your trailer. If you cannot move it then it becomes theirs. They require you to remove your hitch and they will cut it off if you don't. I am unsure if you can weld on another. At this point a lot of people I know Have abandoned their trailers Not sold.
