Thomasville provides a range of conveniences, including shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and access to major roadways connecting to other parts of the Piedmont Triad. The presence of Optimist Park Road in the address hints at a possible connection to local recreational areas, which is supported by one of the customer reviews mentioning a park adjacent to the property that is "great for walking and playing with the kids." This suggests a potential benefit for families and individuals who value outdoor recreation and green spaces nearby.
Based on the available customer reviews, the experience of living at Four Oaks Living - Thomasville 2 appears to be mixed. One long-term resident of approximately three years reports having "no issues with anyone" and praises the "new management" for being "very nice and responsive." This positive feedback highlights a potentially well-managed community with a pleasant atmosphere and responsive staff, contributing to a positive living experience for at least some residents.
However, another review presents a significantly contrasting perspective, expressing a strong recommendation against living at Four Oaks Living - Thomasville 2. This reviewer raises concerns about the pricing of mobile homes for sale within the park, alleging that they are overpriced. Furthermore, a critical point is made regarding the limited ability of homeowners to move their mobile homes once purchased, with an assertion that the only option for selling is back to the park management, potentially at a disadvantage to the seller, allowing the park to then "over price it selling it." This review also mentions a raise in lot rent, which the reviewer felt was not justified by the location.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is crucial for prospective residents, whether for long-term mobile home living or short-term RV stays under the "RV Parks Near Me" category, to conduct thorough due diligence. The positive review suggests a potentially well-managed and pleasant community, while the negative review raises serious concerns about the financial aspects of homeownership within the park and potential limitations on residents' rights regarding their property.
In terms of services and features that Four Oaks Living - Thomasville 2 might offer to RV travelers, typical amenities in RV parks include utility hookups such as electricity, water, and sewer connections. Additionally, RV parks often provide waste disposal facilities and may offer common areas or basic amenities like laundry facilities. Given that the primary focus appears to be on mobile home living, the extent of dedicated RV amenities may vary.
For those considering long-term residency in a mobile home, the information from the reviews suggests a need for careful consideration of the terms and conditions of purchasing a home within the park, particularly regarding resale and the ability to relocate the home in the future. The lot rent and any associated fees are also important factors to investigate thoroughly. While one reviewer found the management responsive, the other's experience with pricing and resale policies paints a concerning picture.

Been here for about 3 years and haven't had any issues with anyone. The new management is very nice and responsive as well. There's also a park right next to this thats great for walking and playing with the kids
Feb 22, 2025 · 1LrgBiscuitI do not recommend this place to live, they over price their mobile homes that are for sale and once you own it you will not be able to move it, no exceptions. You are only allowed to sell your mobile home back to them so they can over price it selling it. They are money hungry. They raised the lot rent not considering where it’s next too..
