Are you looking for a clean and well-maintained senior mobile home park in the Yucaipa, California area, potentially listed under the category of RV parks near you? Fremont Heights Mobile Estates, located at 12151 Fremont St SPC 7, Yucaipa, CA 92399, USA, is described by one reviewer as a "mobile home park for seniors." You can contact them at (909) 797-4339 or +1 909-797-4339 for more information.
One individual who had visited Fremont Heights Mobile Estates multiple times expressed being "very impressed with the layout with the cleanliness and with the people that live in the park always friendly always helpful." This positive feedback highlights the aesthetic appeal and the welcoming nature of the community. The reviewer further noted that it is a "very sought-after Park," suggesting a desirable living environment. In their observation, "management is doing a great job there's not a lot of stuff sitting around cluttering up porches and patios and yards it's clean and very neat." This indicates that the park maintains high standards of cleanliness and orderliness, contributing to a pleasant living environment for its residents.
The description of Fremont Heights Mobile Estates as a "mobile home park for seniors" implies that it may be a 55+ community, catering specifically to older adults seeking a retirement living environment. The emphasis on cleanliness and neatness suggests that the park takes pride in its appearance and strives to provide a well-maintained setting for its residents.
However, a contrasting review shares a deeply concerning experience related to the park's management and security. This reviewer's father lived at Fremont Heights Mobile Estates some time ago (passing away in 2000). While he was a resident, the reviewer noted that he "didnt really complain, and for him, that is impressive!!" This suggests that the park, at that time, provided a satisfactory living environment for their father.
The significant issue raised in this review occurred while the reviewer's father was hospitalized. Before the reviewer could travel over 2200 miles to reach him, the reviewer alleges that "the park manager would let anyone into my father's place, without question. They never checked to see if what his at that time girlfriend was taking and if she had permission." This is a serious breach of security and trust, indicating a failure on the part of the management to protect a resident's property during a vulnerable time.
The reviewer further states that "So many of the neighbors would call me, telling me this woman and her adult daughter would fill their cars with things. The park manager did NOTHING to protect my father's place." This paints a picture of a situation where the park management was aware of potential theft or unauthorized removal of a resident's belongings but failed to take appropriate action. The reviewer's immediate response upon arrival was to "change the locks," highlighting the severity of the security lapse.
Despite the neighbors' concerns and the reviewer's direct communication, "The park manager admitted she dropped the ball, but that was it." This lack of further action or accountability from the management is troubling. The reviewer concludes by stating, "To live, it's a nice place, but if you end up sick in the hospital, they will help whoever rob you blind." This stark warning underscores a critical vulnerability regarding the security of residents' homes when they are absent due to illness or other reasons.
Considering both reviews, Fremont Heights Mobile Estates in Yucaipa, CA, appears to be a senior mobile home park that is generally clean, well-maintained, and has friendly residents, contributing to a sought-after living environment. The management is described as doing a good job in maintaining the park's physical appearance. However, a significant and concerning incident from the past raises serious questions about the park management's handling of security and the protection of residents' property, particularly when a resident is incapacitated or away from their home.
For local users searching for RV parks near me who might be interested in a senior mobile home community, Fremont Heights Mobile Estates offers the appeal of a clean and orderly environment with a friendly atmosphere. However, the past security incident involving unauthorized access to a resident's home and the alleged inaction of the park manager should be a significant consideration. Prospective residents, especially seniors who may be more vulnerable during times of illness or absence, would need to inquire about current security protocols and management policies regarding access to residents' properties.
While the positive review suggests a well-run park in terms of aesthetics and community, the negative review highlights a critical failure in protecting a resident's belongings. This discrepancy underscores the importance of gathering comprehensive and current information. Potential residents should ask specific questions about security measures, emergency protocols, and management's responsibility in safeguarding residents' property.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in these reviews. The implicit promotion from the positive review is the clean, neat, and friendly environment of a sought-after senior community. However, the serious security concerns raised in the other review significantly counter this. To obtain accurate and up-to-date information about Fremont Heights Mobile Estates, including current management policies, security measures, available amenities, and any promotional offers, it is strongly recommended to contact them directly at (909) 797-4339 or +1 909-797-4339. Visiting the location at 12151 Fremont St SPC 7, Yucaipa, CA 92399, USA, and speaking with current residents about their experiences with security and management would also be highly advisable.
