Grand Oaks Mobile home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Fenton, Missouri area, Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park, situated on Tulip Dr, Fenton, MO 63026, USA, presents an interesting case. While the name includes "Mobile Home Park," it's essential for those seeking temporary RV accommodations to understand the nature of this community based on the available information. The provided address suggests a fixed residential area, primarily intended for mobile homes rather than short-term RV stays. However, the platform category "RV parks near me" prompts an exploration of whether any portion of this property might cater to recreational vehicles or if the positive aspects highlighted by residents could be relevant to RV owners seeking a longer-term or unique living situation.
Based on the limited reviews available, the environment of Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park appears to be that of a well-maintained residential neighborhood. One resident describes it as "not a bad neighborhood," noting the presence of "new homes" and "nicely kept yards." This suggests a community that takes pride in its appearance and fosters a sense of care among its residents. The presence of "street lamps lining the streets" further indicates attention to safety and infrastructure within the park. For individuals considering a longer stay in their RV or exploring alternative living arrangements, these aspects of a well-maintained and seemingly safe neighborhood could be appealing.
However, it is crucial to address a significant concern raised by one reviewer regarding initial experiences with management. This resident detailed a frustrating situation involving the approval and subsequent reassignment of a trailer, coupled with communication issues and delays in addressing damages in the finally assigned unit. While the reviewer notes that the office was "understanding" and did offer some assistance, this experience highlights the importance of clear and proactive communication with the management regarding any potential RV accommodations or long-term leasing agreements. Prospective residents should diligently inquire about policies, procedures, and the condition of any available sites or units.
On a more positive note, the same reviewer ultimately stated, "so I’m good now with the choice I made I guess," suggesting that despite the initial challenges, the resident found a degree of satisfaction with their living situation. This implies that the community itself might possess positive attributes that outweigh the initial difficulties. The second review reinforces this positive sentiment, describing Grand Oaks as a "Great neighborhood" and a "Great place to live." This contrasting experience underscores the need for thorough personal investigation by anyone considering residing at Grand Oaks, whether in a mobile home or potentially an RV for an extended period.
In terms of services and features directly relevant to traditional "RV parks near me," the provided information is lacking. Typically, RV parks offer specific amenities such as hookups for electricity (various amperages), water, and sewer, as well as common facilities like restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and recreational areas. The reviews for Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park do not explicitly mention these services. Given its designation as a "Mobile Home Park," it is more likely that the infrastructure is geared towards permanent or long-term mobile home setups rather than the transient needs of RV travelers seeking short stays with full hookups. Therefore, individuals looking for typical RV park amenities should verify directly with the management if any such facilities exist and are available for RVs.
One significant feature mentioned in the reviews is the advantageous location of Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park. It is described as being "Minutes from anywhere in the St. Louis metro." This accessibility is a major benefit, offering residents easy access to the diverse employment opportunities, cultural attractions, shopping centers, and entertainment venues of the greater St. Louis metropolitan area. For RV owners considering a longer-term stay or those who wish to be close to the city while residing in a more suburban setting, this proximity could be highly attractive.
Regarding promotional information, there are no specific promotions mentioned in the provided text. Local users interested in potential long-term RV living options or any available short-term accommodations should directly contact the management of Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park. Inquiring about lot availability, lease terms, utility arrangements, and any specific regulations for RVs would be essential. It's also advisable to ask about any community events or facilities that might enhance the living experience.
In conclusion, while Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park in Fenton, MO, is primarily a residential community for mobile homes, certain aspects highlighted in resident reviews, such as a well-maintained environment and convenient access to the St. Louis metro area, might be of interest to individuals seeking longer-term RV living options within a stable neighborhood. However, it is crucial for those looking for typical "RV parks near me" offering short-term stays with full hookups and standard RV amenities to directly contact the management to ascertain if any such facilities are available. The mixed reviews regarding initial management experiences also underscore the need for thorough communication and due diligence before making any decisions about residing at Grand Oaks Mobile Home Park. Local users should weigh the positive aspects of the neighborhood against the potential challenges and ensure that the park meets their specific needs and expectations for RV living.

Grand Oaks Mobile home Park Reviews
I live here and it’s not a bad neighborhood, although had terrible in the beginning due to being approved for a trailer and they took it from under me and gave it to someone else after not calling, emailing me to let me know what my deposit would be. I called multiple of times and emailed. They finally called me while I was going to lake which is hr away drive from where I used to live to tell me the price and I told them I can be there Tuesday bc it I was a holiday so they were closed on that Monday. I was very upset the next following week and they ended up giving me a trailer I didn’t want but had to to take due to having to move asap. With that being said the trailer they gave me was a mess and had a lot of damages still have those damn damages that aren’t fixed still. but they are understanding in the office and did help with my concerns. so I’m good now with the choice I made I guess. But it’s been hard to get around things and it’s much smaller than the one I was supposed to have.

Feb 26, 2023 · JJJI only gave this one star cause u have to click at least one of them. This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The owner who lives in Texas... Curtis is an arrogant women hating old man who does not care about you or you health. I had major septic problem which consisted of several inches of raw sewage being under my house which was considered their responsibility. He refused to take care of the problem and became verbally irrate with me. I then choose to default my loan and leave . The problem had still not been fixed at the time I left. 51 River Rd was the address
