Dayton, a city rich in aviation history and innovation, offers a variety of attractions for visitors, including the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, Carillon Historical Park, and the Dayton Art Institute. Green Valley RV Park's location on Valley Pike (also known as State Route 4) provides relatively easy access to these and other local points of interest. However, one reviewer noted that being "right next to a busier road" is the biggest potential drawback regarding the park's environment, suggesting that some road noise may be present.
The customer reviews offer valuable insights into the current state and strengths of Green Valley RV Park. One reviewer who stayed for an extended period mentioned not having any major issues and noted that small concerns were addressed promptly. They described it as a "small up and coming park with not many amenities yet," but also indicated that amenities were "in the works." Despite the limited current amenities, this reviewer stated they "wouldn't have any problems staying here again."
Another reviewer highlighted the "HUGE, full hook up, very level spots" as significant advantages. They also praised the staff for their "great communication" and being "professional and accommodating." This review explicitly clarifies that Green Valley RV Park is "an RV park, very quiet" and "not a resort," emphasizing that it caters to those primarily seeking a functional and peaceful place to park their RV rather than extensive recreational facilities. Green Valley RV Park Reviews
We stayed here for a while and didn't have any major issues. Any small issues were taken care of in a timely matter. It is a small up and coming park with not many amenities yet. I know they are in the works on some amenities though. I wouldn't have any problems staying here again though. Biggest issue is being right next to a busier road.
Feb 07, 2025 · AmandaHUGE, full hook up, very level spots. The staff was great with communication and being professional snd accommodating. This an RV park, very quiet. Its not a resort. If you're looking for all kinds of amenities, this isn't it. They are very clear about that. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for just a nice, safe and clean place to park their RV while they enjoy the museums and such. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
Oct 25, 2024 · Dwayne HarrisIt served its purpose. We stayed here so we could go see the Air Force museum which is only 4 miles away. The spots are flat, and have enough room to be comfortable in. The road noise is definitely worse on the weekends, but that's expected. Check in was easy, it's all online so if you really like seeing someone at a desk you're out of luck. The only thing about the spot was the water hookup was pretty deep in the box. If I was any fatter or older I'd a been in trouble.
Aug 09, 2024 · J DGreat location, huge spots, very accommodating staff. We'll definitely stay again when we're in the area. Really close to the Air Force Museum and all the other sites in Dayton.
Jul 09, 2024 · The Road ScholarsHighly recommend. They are a new and upcoming park, so some common amenities are not available just yet.
