Nottingham Estates Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Dayton, Ohio vicinity, Nottingham Estates, located at 4400 Daleview Ave, presents itself as a mobile home park that could potentially accommodate recreational vehicles. While primarily designed for mobile homes, the infrastructure and community setting of Nottingham Estates might appeal to those seeking a less conventional RV park experience, especially for longer-term stays.
Nottingham Estates offers a community-focused living environment. Unlike typical transient RV campgrounds, a mobile home park often fosters a stronger sense of community among its residents due to longer tenancies. This can be a significant advantage for individuals seeking a more settled and neighborly atmosphere while traveling or relocating with their RV.
Based on the available customer reviews, the environment at Nottingham Estates appears to have both positive and concerning aspects. One resident of almost a year described their experience as "awesome," highlighting that "Management keeps the park in great working order and conditions," and that maintenance is "always helpful and ON SITE (which makes all the difference in emergencies)." This reviewer also noted that the park is "so quiet and peaceful," suggesting a tranquil living environment that could be attractive to RVers seeking respite.
However, another review presents a starkly different perspective, expressing serious concerns about the management. This reviewer recounted an incident involving their family's property, alleging unauthorized entry by the manager and accusing the staff of prioritizing personal gain over assisting residents. This individual also mentioned observing "big dogs" on properties within the park. These allegations are significant and should be carefully considered by potential residents. The reviewer's experience led them to recommend against the park.
Regarding services and features relevant to RV users, the information is not explicitly detailed. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups. For those considering Nottingham Estates for their RV, it is crucial to directly inquire about the availability and specifications of these services, as well as the suitability of the lots for different RV sizes. Contacting Nottingham Estates directly at (937) 275-9206 or +1 937-275-9206 will be necessary to obtain accurate information about RV accommodations, including lot dimensions, utility connections, and any specific rules or regulations for RV residents.
The positive review suggests that the park is generally well-maintained, with responsive on-site maintenance, which could be a significant benefit for RV owners facing any mechanical or utility-related issues. The mention of a quiet and peaceful atmosphere is also a potential draw for those seeking a serene living environment.
On the other hand, the negative review raises serious questions about the integrity and conduct of the management. Allegations of unauthorized entry and self-serving behavior are significant red flags. The mention of "big dogs" might also be a concern for some, depending on their comfort level and any park rules regarding pets. It's important to note that this is just one individual's experience, but it warrants careful consideration and further inquiry.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" who are open to considering a mobile home park setting, Nottingham Estates presents a mixed picture based on the limited available reviews. The positive feedback highlights a well-maintained and quiet environment with responsive maintenance. However, the negative feedback raises serious concerns about management practices that potential residents must be aware of.
To make an informed decision about whether Nottingham Estates is a suitable option for your RV living needs, it is strongly recommended that you contact the park directly. When you call, be sure to ask specific questions such as:
- Do you accommodate RVs?
- What types and sizes of RVs are permitted?
- What are the dimensions and features of the RV lots?
- What utility hookups are available (water, electricity, sewage)?
- What is the monthly or long-term rate for RVs?
- Are there any specific rules or amenities for RV residents?
- Inquire about the current management and their policies.
By engaging directly with Nottingham Estates, you can gain a clearer understanding of their suitability as an "RV park near me" and address any concerns arising from the customer reviews. It is always advisable to visit the property if possible to assess the environment and facilities firsthand.
In conclusion, Nottingham Estates in Dayton, OH, offers a mobile home park setting that may have the infrastructure to accommodate RVs. While one reviewer praised the management and peaceful environment, another expressed serious concerns. Potential RV residents should weigh these contrasting perspectives and conduct thorough due diligence by contacting the park directly to ascertain if it meets their specific needs and expectations for an "RV park near me."

Nottingham Estates Reviews
I have lived here almost a year and it's been awesome. Management keeps the park in great working order and conditions, maintenance is always helpful and ON SITE (which makes all the difference in emergencies) I will be here for years to come. It's so quiet and peaceful. Check this spot out!
Feb 09, 2025 · Jay MillerMyself I believe that the owners of this trailer park hasn't really checked out people they put in charge of it. Hopefully they will be able to do an uncover boss on them. Someone from corporate needs to send a spy in there with the camera. And act like they wanna get one of them trailers and just see how crooked their staff is. They act like they are helping you but they are out to just line their pockets.05/20/24 went to check on my family's property that I was told to probate if i wanted my family's things, I am but the manager went inside my family's property and I called the sheriff on her. while at Nottingham estates I took pictures of big dogs in people's property. wow. They even took down his mailbox. The officer told me I could sue the manager in civil court and I will for sure. The office manager admitted going into my family's trailer and they supposedly have cameras in the office and on my family's trailer. Probate takes some time!!! They don't know me because I will be persistent. I had to choose 1 star to leave a review. My real review with should be a option--------*
May 21, 2024 · Shirley JonesI lived there 2 years. In that time, my home was shot up, my car was stolen, and a stray bullet came in my bedroom ceiling on New Year. The rear of the park is quiet but the front of the park is insane to say the least. I’ll miss my home. I put a lot of money into it. Safer to walk away. The neighbors inside the park are amazing and look out for each other. Management isn’t bad, seems their hands are tied on every issue that arises. If you’re looking to save money in this wild economy give them a call but be prepared to loose some sleep and belongings while you’re there
Jan 29, 2025 · Courtney DouglasI wouldn't let my dog stay here. These people are only in it for themselves. They will rob you blind and act like they are Entitled to everything. I swear if the city of Dayton went in there I bet they would shut the hole place down. They are Crooks running it drug addicts and thieves. Karma is not your friend honey and you will get yours soon enough. That's not the treat it's a promise. Karma don't like ugly and that's what you people are. I pray you or your family are treated just like y'all treat people, like trash. I bet none of these beat up Trailers aren't even up to code. I Guarantee you that one. DONT RENT/BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!
May 21, 2024 · Nicole & Kaylor Franklin (Kaylor & Nikki)I have lived here for 2 years. Very peaceful, I can give it my own personal touches. Management are very on their toes whenever I have a question about anything. I haven't had any issues with anything.
