Available feedback from individuals who have either lived at or visited Greenfield Mobile Home Estates presents a concerning picture that prospective residents should thoroughly consider. The reviews highlight several significant issues related to the environment, safety, and overall quality of life within the park. It is crucial for anyone considering this location for long-term living to be aware of these reported experiences.
One of the primary concerns raised in the reviews pertains to the behavior and environment within the park. One former resident recounted an incident involving children urinating in a front yard and others throwing poppers, suggesting a lack of supervision or respect for community norms. This reviewer also indicated a perceived lack of support from other residents in addressing such issues, contributing to a potentially unwelcoming atmosphere.
Furthermore, this same reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the high taxes associated with living at Greenfield Mobile Home Estates, advising potential residents to seek alternative locations. This financial aspect, combined with the reported environmental concerns, paints a picture that necessitates careful consideration of the overall value proposition.
Another review paints an even more negative picture, describing the park as a "horrible place" that is overpriced and poorly maintained. This individual, who reportedly lived at the park prior to new ownership, claimed that drug sales were prevalent in the vicinity and that no action was taken to address criminal activity. According to this reviewer, conditions have not improved under new ownership, with the primary change being an increase in costs.
The assertion that "nothing is kept up" suggests potential issues with the maintenance of communal areas and possibly individual lots within the park. This lack of upkeep can contribute to a less desirable living environment and may indicate a lack of investment in the property's infrastructure and appearance.
The reviewer also stated that "everybody is broke" and that it is "not a safe family environment." These are serious allegations that raise significant concerns about the socio-economic conditions within the park and the overall safety and well-being of residents, particularly families with children. Such feedback should prompt prospective residents to inquire specifically about safety measures and community demographics.
Given the severity of the issues raised in the available feedback, it is strongly recommended that anyone considering Greenfield Mobile Home Estates as a potential long-term residence within the "RV parks near me" category in El Cajon exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include, at a minimum:
- Contacting the management directly to address the concerns raised in the reviews and inquire about current policies and improvements.
- Visiting the park in person to observe the current conditions, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere.
- If possible, speaking with current residents to gain firsthand perspectives on the living experience and any ongoing issues.
- Investigating the local crime statistics and community resources in the area surrounding the mobile home park.
- Carefully evaluating the costs associated with living at Greenfield Mobile Home Estates, including lot fees, utilities, and taxes, in comparison to other options in the vicinity.
It is important to recognize that online reviews represent individual experiences and may not be entirely representative of the current situation. However, the consistency and severity of the negative feedback regarding Greenfield Mobile Home Estates warrant a high degree of scrutiny from potential residents. Making an informed decision requires gathering comprehensive and up-to-date information from multiple sources.
No promotional information was provided in the initial data. Therefore, any potential incentives or advertised features should be carefully weighed against the reported negative aspects of the community. Prospective residents must prioritize their safety, comfort, and overall quality of life when considering long-term living options within the "RV parks near me" category, and the available feedback suggests that Greenfield Mobile Home Estates may not meet the expectations of many.
In conclusion, while Greenfield Mobile Home Estates is an option to consider when searching for "RV parks near me" in El Cajon, the available reviews paint a concerning picture of the community environment, safety, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness. Thorough investigation and firsthand observation are strongly advised before making any commitment to reside at this location.

Greenfield Mobile Home Estates Reviews
I used to live here for some years now, if you want to know how bad this place is. Today i was visiting the home that i used to live in because my mother lives there. And two little girls who live nearby started to pee in the front yard. As well as some other 3 kids who start chucking some small bags of poppers thinking it was funny. The people here won't help you out at all. To make things even worse, the taxes here are to high. If i were you, i would go somewhere els. I got some street views and also the pot where the. Urine will stay ....
Apr 23, 2019 · Step NotHorrible place overpriced nothing is kept up everybody is broke it's not a safe family environment. Live there prior to the new owners and the drugs were sold freely right across the street from where I was living, nobody did anything about the crime. Since the new owners it's just gotten more expensive. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else
Jun 17, 2024 · S WMan this place has some of the worst management a manufacture homes can have. The current manager they have is so lazy that she doesn't even bother to try to get the correct meters for water and electricity that are located in the backyards. She rather guess and charged us a crazy amount of rent and have the guts to lie to our face. They even charge extra to use the swimming pool. Rent goes up every 6 months. If you have guest come over, they wouldn't be able to find parking for them inside the park. O if you happen to live there and want to move and sell your home, they make it so impossible for you to sell your house at a high value because rent is already at $1,400 average. Well I can rant all day because the place is just horrible. I HOPE THIS HELPS. AND I HOPE THIS PLACE DO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!
Apr 09, 2018 · Galih BimaputraWhere do they find these people to manage the park??? They are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t want to do the job but demand respect. I’m so ready to get out of this place, if you’re thinking of buying here please don’t, you would think for the high rent and amenities we pay here that we would at least have a pleasant staff.... Well you’re wrong, these people come to live here for free and want to talk down to the residents that actually pay a good amount of money for a place that is not worth it.Save yourself time money end energy and don’t make the same mistake we made. We have been here for 6 years and it seems like we get a new manager every 9 months one just as bad if not worse than the other.
Aug 17, 2019 · Gabriela DukesWe loved it here untill we met the staff they are horrible, and yes they demand respect when they are so rude and bitter. I think if you hate your job then get another one but don't take it out on the renter's that are paying from there hard jobs. I can't wait to move, don't even consider this place you will regret it. I will miss my neighbors.
