One long-term resident of over five years highlighted issues related to park management. This resident also expressed difficulty in resolving billing issues, despite consistent on-time rent payments in the past, citing communication challenges with an off-site contact who handles all listed phone numbers.
Another reviewer echoed concerns about community standards, specifically regarding pet waste not being properly managed by some residents, leading to an unpleasant environment in the yards. This reviewer also reported issues with a lack of respect for personal property, including people walking onto porches, taking items, and loitering in driveways and front yards, sometimes leaving trash behind. These experiences suggest potential challenges related to community rules enforcement and the overall consideration of some residents for their neighbors.

Hamilton Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
We have lived here for over 5 years and have had several park managers come and go. We have had no one for several months. The owners are not really known and we have tried to get help from the person who is in another city that answers all phone numbers listed. We have never been late a single time paying our rent until this month. There are problems with the current bill and have been trying for over a week to get it resolved.
Nov 07, 2024 · Pam JohnsonI agree with Denise. I was mowing my yard and step in it😡😡😡😡 all the time. Wish there was a rule with the animal waste like other places have. People like to walk on other people porches and/or around the porch, walk off with the item. I will find trash in my front driveway or front yard too because people like to play or sit in my driveway or front yard when I'm not home too. 😡😡😡😡
