Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local residents in Kingdom City, Missouri, and the surrounding areas who are exploring housing options, particularly those considering mobile home living, Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park, located at 1805 Stephanie Ct, Kingdom City, MO 65262, USA, presents itself as a potential residential community. While our platform category focuses on "RV parks near me," and Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park primarily offers long-term residential opportunities rather than short-term RV stays, it is still a relevant part of the local housing landscape that may be of interest to some users seeking information about nearby residential communities.
Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park can be contacted via phone at (573) 673-7263 or mobile phone at +1 573-673-7263. Based on the limited online customer reviews available, there are starkly contrasting opinions regarding this community, making it crucial for prospective residents to carefully consider both positive and negative feedback before making any decisions.
One review expresses extreme dissatisfaction with Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park. The reviewer describes the landlord as a "total JERK!" and claims that the rent is overpriced, especially considering that tenants are allegedly responsible for their own repairs. Furthermore, this reviewer characterizes the trailers as "junky" and states that most of them are "UNLIVABLE," strongly advising others to "DON’T rent ANYTHING from here!!!" This highly negative feedback raises serious concerns about the management, the condition of the properties, and the overall value proposition of residing in Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park.
In stark contrast, another review offers a more optimistic perspective, although it appears to be referencing a different mobile home park initially referred to as "trailer park," then "Shadowbrook east," before mentioning "new owners" who are "really trying to clean the place up." The reviewer expresses a hope to be proud of having the "trailer court" in their community and believes it is "on the way to being something that my family would be proud to be behind," specifically thanking someone named Jerry. This review suggests that there may have been a change in ownership or management, potentially leading to ongoing efforts to improve the community. However, the initial negative sentiment associated with the "trailer park" and the name confusion (Hatton Hills vs. Shadowbrook) make it somewhat unclear if this positive feedback directly pertains to Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park at its current state or if it refers to a past or a different entity.
Given these strongly conflicting reviews and the potential ambiguity regarding the name and ownership changes, it is challenging to provide a definitive picture of the environment, services, and features of Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park. The extremely negative review paints a picture of disrepair and poor management, while the more positive review suggests ongoing improvements under new ownership, possibly with a focus on cleaning up the community. The actual current state of Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park likely lies somewhere between these two extremes, or perhaps the positive changes are recent and not yet reflected in broader online feedback.
Typically, mobile home parks offer residents a leased plot of land for their mobile home, along with essential utility hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer. Additional services might include trash removal, common area maintenance, and potentially laundry facilities or community spaces. However, the provided reviews for Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park do not offer specific details about these standard services. The negative review implies a lack of maintenance responsibility from the landlord, suggesting that tenants might be expected to handle these tasks themselves. The positive review focuses on a general cleanup effort, which could indicate that basic maintenance had been lacking previously.
The negative review's description of "junky" and "UNLIVABLE" trailers suggests that the quality and condition of the mobile homes within Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park may be a significant concern. Prospective residents should carefully assess the condition of any potential rental units or lots before committing. The positive review's mention of cleanup efforts hints at potential improvements in the overall environment of the community, but it does not provide specific details about landscaping, amenities, or communal spaces.
For local users in Kingdom City, MO, who are searching for "mobile home parks near me" as a long-term housing solution, Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park is a geographically relevant option. However, the strongly negative initial feedback, coupled with the somewhat ambiguous positive feedback potentially referring to a change in ownership or even a different name, necessitates extreme caution and thorough investigation. Prospective residents must verify the current management, the condition of the properties, and the services offered.
There is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Local users interested in Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park should contact the management directly at (573) 673-7263 to inquire about current availability of homes or lots, lease terms, pricing, and any ongoing improvements or changes in management. It would be prudent to ask detailed questions about repair responsibilities, the condition of the properties, and the services included in the rent.
In conclusion, Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park in Kingdom City, MO, presents a highly uncertain picture based on the limited and conflicting online customer reviews. One review strongly condemns the landlord and the condition of the properties, while another suggests potential improvements under new ownership, possibly associated with a different name (Shadowbrook east). For local users seeking mobile home living in the Kingdom City area, it is absolutely crucial to approach Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park with extreme caution and to conduct thorough independent investigation. This should include direct and detailed questioning of the current management regarding their practices, the condition of the properties, the services offered, and any ongoing or planned improvements. Visiting the community in person to assess the environment and the condition of available units is also highly recommended. The significant discrepancies in the available feedback underscore the need for prospective residents to gather current and reliable information before making any decisions about residing in Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park. While it falls outside the typical "RV parks near me" category, it is a local housing option that requires significant scrutiny.
Local residents considering Hatton Hills Mobile Home Park should prioritize a direct and thorough assessment of the current conditions and management practices. The strongly negative initial review should be carefully considered alongside any reported improvements, and prospective tenants should ensure they have a clear and satisfactory understanding of their responsibilities and the overall living environment before committing to reside there.

Sep 15, 2023 · Kristie BogdenWell I was raised in this area and all I remember when is trailer park came in with my parents going oh no I trailer for it. Shadowbrook east Rocky start but we have some new owners now and they're really trying to clean the place up and I would love to be proud to have the trailer court in my community.
