Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park Introduce
Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park, situated at 4833 Salem Dr, Newburgh, IN 47630, USA, operates as a mobile home community that may also be considered by individuals searching for "RV Parks Near Me" for long-term residency. The park's contact information is (812) 202-5463 or +1 812-202-5463.
The environment of Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park presents a highly contradictory picture based on resident feedback. On one hand, the initial impression from one reviewer suggests a welcoming and supportive environment, particularly for those relocating. This review does not detail specific environmental features but implies a positive overall living space. On the other hand, a critical review highlights significant environmental issues, particularly regarding flooding. This reviewer explicitly states, "The entire park floods, so bad the vehicles get stuck and will not be able to get out after a rainy day." This description points to severe drainage problems, which can make the park inaccessible and cause significant inconvenience and potential damage to vehicles and property. Furthermore, the presence of "water leaks attract bugs that I've never seen in my life" indicates issues with pest control stemming from moisture problems, impacting the habitability and cleanliness of the environment. The lack of proper infrastructure, such as stairs for porches, where "if someone was to open the door you would simply just fall out," points to potential safety hazards within the park's physical environment. These issues are crucial for anyone evaluating the suitability and safety of the living conditions.
Regarding services and features, a mobile home park typically provides essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electrical hookups. While these basic services are expected, the reviews offer sharply contrasting perspectives on their reliability and the responsiveness of management in addressing related issues. One positive review praises the office manager, Heather, for being "so kind and helpful" and "very accommodating." This reviewer highlights an instance where, despite AC problems, Heather "came after hours and brought me two window units to use until the big unit could get repaired." This suggests a proactive and caring approach to maintenance and resident comfort. This level of service would be a highly desirable feature for any resident, including long-term RVers, emphasizing responsive support for essential living functions.
However, a contrasting review paints a dramatically different picture of maintenance and management responsiveness. This reviewer recounts severe issues with a "leaking toilet and a 400.00 $ water bill" for which they were allegedly told it was "my fault and maintenance can't get it fixed." Similarly, they report that their heater didn't work in the winter, and despite "SEVERAL times of reaching out," the solution provided was merely "to drop off a window Unit." These accounts suggest a significant failure in maintenance services, leading to financial burdens and discomfort for residents. The alarming claim of "They increase the rent amount on a monthly basis" further points to unstable and potentially exploitative financial practices. These service and feature discrepancies are critical for potential residents to consider.
A particularly concerning feature highlighted in the negative review is the instability of management. The reviewer notes that "They have changed office managers 7 times in the last 5 month." Such high turnover in key personnel can lead to inconsistency in policies, communication breakdowns, and a lack of accountability, directly impacting the quality of services and resident trust. This rapid change in leadership would be a significant red flag for anyone considering a stable, long-term living arrangement.
The promotional information implicitly conveyed by these reviews is deeply conflicting. The positive review highlights a personal experience of helpful and accommodating staff, which serves as a strong endorsement of customer service. This type of feedback promotes the park as a caring and supportive community, especially for those in a vulnerable position of relocating. However, the overwhelmingly negative review completely contradicts this, serving as a stark warning. Phrases like "This park is not only unsafe but also overpriced," "THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND UNSAFE," and the direct advice to "do yourself a favor and not rent from here" function as powerful deterrents. These comments actively discourage potential residents by pointing to fundamental failures in safety, maintenance, and financial transparency. The disparity between these narratives creates a highly ambiguous public perception of Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park at 4833 Salem Dr, Newburgh, IN 47630, USA, offers mobile home lots and potentially long-term RV spaces, making it relevant for those searching for "RV Parks Near Me." However, an objective introduction must highlight the starkly contrasting experiences reported by residents. While one account praises supportive management and a positive living experience, another details severe environmental issues (flooding, bugs, structural hazards), significant maintenance failures, alleged unfair billing practices, and an alarming rate of management turnover. These contradictory views mean that prospective residents and RVers should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. It is highly advisable to visit the park multiple times, observe the conditions, and attempt to speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive and balanced understanding of the actual living environment and management practices before considering a commitment. The telephone numbers (812) 202-5463 or +1 812-202-5463 are available for direct inquiries, which would be essential for clarifying park policies and current conditions.

Heritage Hills Pointe East Mobile Home Park Reviews
We moved into Heritage Hills East in June and relocated from Alabama so I had to do everything by phone ! Everyone was so helpful and kind and made sure we had a place to call home when we got to Indiana. Heather the office manager is so kind and helpful and so far we have been very happy living in the park. Anything I have needed they have been very accommodating. We had AC problems and she came after hours and brought me two window units to use until the big unit could get repaired ! I highly recommend living here ❤️

Apr 21, 2022 · Anna HouseknechtEverytime I try to pay lot rent I always gotta call and have the manager unlock it and if they aren't in the office and never unlock it I can't pay my lot rent and I get charged late fees. Been trying to contact someone and still be unsuccessful , and I call during business hours
May 14, 2023 · Kellie CurtisLiterally one of the worst trailer parks I've ever lived at owner will not do anything to improve anything , and his maintenance people broke my car window and the trailer park refuses to pay for it. The front desk lady is very rude and foul mouth and doesn't care about anything .Do not recommend you live here.
