Grandin Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
I have lived in this community for many years. Jerri helped us get in to a brand new home. The staff is always polite and as helpful as they can be. They have installed playgrounds, basketball courts, street lights and many activities/programs for our children. I would recommend living here to anyone. If you pay your bills and maintain your property, you will love it here.
Jan 31, 2025 · Becky AlveyI’ve read some not so great posts about Grandin Pointe, but in my personal experience they have been nothing but kind and accommodating. It’s a wonderful place to raise your children. They have activities and lots of space for the kids to play, ride bikes and it’s safe here. Just today I was able to take my grand babies to breakfast with Santa at the office. All the kids got great gifts! Different problems come up any where you live but in my opinion the ladies in the office go above and beyond to do the very best they can to make things right! You pay your rent, mow your grass and have respect for your neighbors and you will have zero problems here.
Dec 21, 2024 · Christina ClarkIf it was possible to give this place negative stars, I 100% would. I payed deposit and first month's rent, moved in, and then had extenuating circumstances that caused me to no longer be able to stay there. My mother took over the lease, and I signed a roommate release with the community manager, Brittany Richburg, that SHOULD HAVE taken care of any responsibility that I had to the property. Instead when my mother moved out, they decided that I owe them money for damages and back rent. They took me to court for those costs and absolutely refused to accept the roommate release signed by all parties. They are crooked, horrible people that will stop at nothing to screw you over. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from them and all the other properties associated with them.
Dec 10, 2024 · Angelique MathisHorrible place, filled with roaches, Stay far far away.EDIT: since you want to comment and call me a liar I will tell you exactly what happened. My friend and I rented a mobile home that was two years old, we signed all of the paperwork. Everything was good to go, and we were moving in. As we are moving into this very nice mobile home we didn’t immediately notice dead roaches figured Maybe it was just a fluke. We continue to move things in. As we came in the mobile home at night. There were roaches everywhere all over the walls in the bathtub in the sinks literally everywhere. There were roaches everywhere outside talk to other residents. They also had roach filled mobile homes. This place is a scam, they are roach filled, they will lie to you and after they get their money, they don’t care about you. It took an absolute battle for us to get our deposit refunded. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Feb 07, 2025 · TeeeveGreat park to live in. Jerri, Heather, Mandy, and Chelsea are very polite and professional. They go above and beyond for their tenants.
