The area was not good, management was changing and residents were not behaving well. I recently moved back here at end of January 2024 and this place has changed for the better! It is clean, it is affordable, it has 2 lakes to fish and have picnics, it is surrounded by nature which I love !!! The management is great!! Elliott the property manager has been super awesome! Respectful, understanding, accommodating in the most Respectful way. He is professional in mannerisms with a great personality. I have referred 2 different people. You get referral bonuses which helps! They have monthly community get togethers and cleaned yard competitions. I have yet to have any issues with any neighbors. We have centerpoint as our heating/cooling company which is not the greatest on rates but my utility bill has been affordable. So when I say affordable I mean your lot rent and home payment with utilities is better than an apartment you share wall to wall with and your pets are welcomed! Please consider Twin Lakes when you are looking fir a great affordable nice place to live! I'm glad I chose this instead of an apartment!!!
