Shadytree Mobile Home & RV Park Introduce
Shadytree Mobile Home & RV Park, located at 355 Race Track Rd, Henderson, KY 42420, USA, serves as a dual-purpose property accommodating both mobile homes and recreational vehicles. For individuals searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Henderson, Kentucky area, this park presents itself as an option for both transient RV stays and potentially longer-term mobile home residency. The park's contact number is (270) 830-7116 or +1 270-830-7116.
From an environmental perspective, the park is situated on Race Track Road, which suggests a location that may have some proximity to local activities or thoroughfares. As a mobile home and RV park, its environment is characterized by individual plots for mobile homes and RV hookups, typically featuring paved or gravel roads and a layout designed to accommodate a community of residents. While specific details on green spaces or natural surroundings within the park are not extensively detailed in available public information, the name "Shadytree" might imply some tree coverage or shaded areas within the property.
Regarding services and features, information about Shadytree Mobile Home & RV Park from various online sources indicates it offers full hookups for RVs, including water and electric connections, with both 30 and 50 amp availability. It appears to be open all year round and is noted as being pet-friendly. Amenities typically found in such parks, and mentioned in some listings, include a dump station, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, a playground, and a recreational hall. These services aim to provide a basic level of comfort and convenience for both RV travelers and permanent residents. The presence of pull-thru sites is also noted, which can be a significant convenience for larger RVs.
However, an objective introduction to Shadytree Mobile Home & RV Park would be incomplete without addressing significant concerns raised in publicly available customer reviews. While some online directories list standard amenities, the most prominent customer feedback available on the internet focuses heavily on negative experiences related to management practices and the handling of resident services. These reviews highlight a significant disparity between typical expectations of an RV or mobile home park and the lived experiences reported by some individuals.
One review describes the living situation as "better than being on the streets but that is all I can say," indicating a perceived low standard of living, despite the provision of shelter. This reviewer specifically mentions issues with staff, stating that the maintenance man's children reportedly taunt their grandchildren and that eviction threats are frequent, creating an environment of constant instability and perceived abuse of power over renters. Such feedback points to concerns about the park's community atmosphere and the relationship between management and residents.
A particularly detailed and serious review from a former resident raises profound concerns about the park's mail service. This individual claims that residents are "not able to have a legit, legal address, by which you can receive mail through the post office," and are instead "forced to use the manager's address." This arrangement, if accurate, poses significant privacy and legal implications. The reviewer alleges that the management opens residents' mail, and in their specific case, mail addressed to them was "never received." More alarming accusations in this review include claims, supported by "two reliable witnesses," that park management allegedly opened and used other people's credit cards, maxing them out, and stealing a cell phone. The reviewer suggests that these actions could constitute serious legal offenses, including mail obstruction (a felony), tax evasion, property theft, and identity theft. This review explicitly calls for law enforcement to investigate why individual properties within the park are not registered with the Post Office, speculating about potential motives related to miscalculated utilities and tax evasion.
These critical reviews paint a picture of a mobile home and RV park where the operational practices, particularly concerning mail and tenant relations, deviate significantly from standard expectations for such communities. While the park does offer basic amenities like full hookups, laundry, and restrooms, the pervasive nature of the negative feedback regarding management's conduct and alleged illegal activities is a crucial aspect of its public profile. The reported issues with mail delivery and the allegations of financial misconduct, if substantiated, would be substantial concerns for any potential resident or RVer. The promotional information, often implied by general listings of services like "full hookups" and "pet-friendly," is overshadowed by these serious claims about the operational environment and the treatment of residents.
Therefore, while Shadytree Mobile Home & RV Park at 355 Race Track Rd, Henderson, KY 42420, USA, offers some standard features expected of an RV park, including full hookups and certain communal facilities, potential users, especially those considering a long-term stay, should be aware of the serious allegations and negative experiences reported by past residents. The concerns regarding mail handling, privacy, and management's interaction with tenants are significant factors that prospective residents would need to consider carefully when evaluating this location for their "RV Parks Near Me" search or for mobile home residency. It is advisable for interested parties to conduct thorough due diligence, perhaps by visiting the site and speaking with current residents if possible, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the living conditions and management practices before committing to a stay.

Shadytree Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
My daughter and her family live there. It's better than being on the streets but that is all I can say. My grandbabies get taunted by the maintenance man's children. They are threatening to evict every week. It's like they love to have power over their renters
Jun 15, 2024 · Kristina SuttonLived here for over a year until recently, & the shadiest part about this predictably named trailer park is that you're not able to have a legit, legal address, by which you can receive mail through the post office. If you bring up this inconvenience, they force you to use the manager's address. What's wrong with that, you ask ? Well, they get to open your mail before you do, & in our case they "never received any mail addressed to us." I have two reliable witnesses that say they opened & used other people's credit cards, maxing them out, & stealing a cell phone, using all the minutes up before they were found out.For any law enforcement looking for an easy home run, figure out why they don't register each property with the Post Office ? Even an idiot can deduce that by having fewer lots, overall utilities will be miscalculated and reported, & there will be fewer taxes to pay for the "active lots".I'm not a cop caller.. I'm glad that I left there for good. But Leonard, you daft sounding tool, it's only a matter of time before someone decides to make an example out of you. The mail obstruction alone is a felony offense; tax evasion, property theft, & identity theft are gonna get you sent off to prison. I don't gamble at Ellis, but I would bet this is an upcoming inevitability.

Oct 26, 2024 · Donna SmithThe Land-Lord is a real piece of work. He thought i was behind on my rent, after I proved he was wrong he made me so miserable I moved. Nine months later he filed an eviction on me. Even though I moved out on my last paid day. Also he lies to social security about his income. That's why he wants you to pay your rent in cash. He won't accept rental assistance from Salvation Army because they report it under your social. Steer clear of this dude and his mail order bride.
