They(Vineyard Management) owns 3 trailer parks which all are on the verge of being ran in the ground. Google the name and you’ll see all the BAD reviews. If you want lies by all means apply.It’s residents with holes in the floor. Work orders are placed just not completed. I pray everyone in all parks get blessed beyond measure.

Jul 03, 2024 · Eddie MizeranyProperty manager was caught recording neighborhood kids asking them to tell her where they lived. She said she had complaints about kids being up to no good but these kids were all under the age of 12 and just playing outside on their bikes and scooters. When I confronted her about it she threatened me with a eviction notice. Wouldn't accept an apology. Gave us 10 days to be out knowing that we had a young child in school there. I would never want to live somewhere with a property maanger like her. She is a woman with a power trip and extremely rude
