Heritage Introduce
For those exploring "RV parks near me" with an eye towards long-term community living in Temecula, California, Heritage, located at 31130 S General Kearny Rd, Temecula, CA 92591, USA, presents a mobile home park with a mix of positive and concerning feedback from its residents. While it may not cater to the typical short-term RV traveler, Heritage offers a residential setting within the Temecula area.
One resident describes Heritage as a community that "use to be a country like living place," highlighting a potentially appealing environment with a more relaxed and spacious feel. This reviewer also notes that the residents are generally nice, fostering a sense of community among those who live there. This aspect can be a significant draw for individuals seeking a friendly and neighborly atmosphere in their residential setting.
Adding to the positive aspects, another reviewer describes Heritage as a "well maintained and very pleasant community" and specifically praises the "great management." This positive feedback suggests that some residents experience a well-cared-for environment and appreciate the responsiveness and effectiveness of the park's management team. Such positive remarks can instill confidence in prospective residents looking for a stable and well-run community.
However, a significant concern raised by one long-term resident revolves around the increasing cost of living within Heritage. This reviewer mentions a $20.00 rent increase in the previous year and a substantial $45.00 increase for the coming year. Such consistent and significant rent hikes can be a major consideration for residents, particularly those on a fixed income, and may impact the overall affordability of living in the park.
Furthermore, the same resident expresses dissatisfaction with the lack of infrastructure improvements within the park, particularly concerning the condition of the streets. They describe the streets as "terrible," with "cracks & holes all over," which contradicts the potentially appealing image presented in park photos. This poor condition of the roads is noted as being detrimental to vehicles and unsafe for walking, with the reviewer stating they have tripped multiple times. This lack of maintenance in essential infrastructure is a significant drawback and raises questions about the overall upkeep of the community beyond the immediate vicinity of the clubhouse.
The disparity in maintenance efforts is further highlighted by the observation that "most improvements are done around the club house" but not in the rest of the park. This suggests a potential prioritization of communal areas over the general infrastructure that directly affects residents' daily lives and the safety of navigating the community. When residents inquire about necessary repairs and improvements, the common response reportedly is that "it's not in the budget," leading to questions about the allocation of funds within the park.
The long-term resident who shared these concerns advises potential newcomers to "think twice before you move in here," emphasizing that while it is ultimately their decision, there are significant factors to consider regarding the rising costs and the lack of visible infrastructure improvements throughout the community. This cautionary advice provides a valuable perspective for those considering Heritage as their next home.
While the provided information does not detail specific amenities offered within Heritage, mobile home parks typically provide essential infrastructure such as utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer, and gas), and often include communal facilities like a clubhouse. The mention of improvements being concentrated around the clubhouse suggests that this area may offer recreational or social amenities for residents. However, the state of other essential infrastructure, like the streets, appears to be a significant issue for at least some residents.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current state of Heritage, including specific amenities, current lot rental fees, and any ongoing or planned infrastructure improvements, prospective residents are strongly encouraged to contact the management directly at (951) 676-5113 or +1 951-676-5113. Visiting the property at 31130 S General Kearny Rd, Temecula, CA 92591, USA, would also provide a firsthand opportunity to assess the environment and the condition of the community infrastructure.
In conclusion, Heritage in Temecula, CA, is presented as a community with friendly residents and, according to one review, great management and a pleasant atmosphere. However, potential residents must also consider the concerns raised by a long-term resident regarding significant rent increases and a lack of necessary infrastructure maintenance, particularly the poor condition of the streets. The apparent prioritization of improvements around the clubhouse over other areas of the park is also a factor to consider. While the "country like living" described by one resident may still hold appeal, it is essential for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence and seek current information from the management and potentially current residents to reconcile the differing perspectives and make an informed decision about whether Heritage meets their needs and expectations for long-term living.

Heritage Reviews
Heritage park use to be a country like living place to live. Residents are nice. However our rent keeps going up $20.00 last year $45.00 this coming year. A lot of improvements are not done. Our streets look terrible, nothing like the pictures in the photos. There are cracks & holes all over. Not great for your car or taking a walk. I have tripped many times. Most improvements are done around the club house . Not in the rest of the park. When a problem occurs & things need to be done all we hear is it's not in the budget. Where is all the money going. Think twice before you move in here but that's your decision.
