Hidden Acres Trailer Villa Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" with a focus on long-term residential options in Vacaville, California, Hidden Acres Trailer Villa is a mobile home park located at 700 Shady Glen Ave, Vacaville, CA 95688. It functions as a long-term residential community rather than a transient RV park, which may appeal to those seeking a more permanent base in the area. The provided information does not include a phone number, which limits direct inquiry, necessitating reliance on the existing reviews for insights.
Based on a firsthand observation, the park's visual environment is described as "a bit sketchy." This subjective assessment suggests that the park's general appearance or upkeep might not meet the expectations of all visitors. "Sketchy" can imply various things, such as signs of disrepair, lack of regular maintenance, or an overall unkempt appearance. For prospective residents, especially those transitioning from well-maintained RV parks, this visual impression is an important consideration. Without further descriptive details, it is difficult to elaborate on specific environmental aspects like landscaping, common areas, or the condition of individual homes, beyond this general observation.
A critical aspect of the park's living environment that has been highlighted is the reliability of essential services, specifically electricity. A past review details a severe issue where a "large portion of this park had ONLY 110v POWER TO OUR homes FOR MANY DAYS!" This occurred "at the height of summer," during a "100+ degree streak," leading to unbearable conditions with "NO CENTRAL AIR conditioners cooled our homes" and internal temperatures reaching "95, even higher at times." This indicates a significant and prolonged infrastructure failure that severely impacted residents' comfort and well-being. While this event is documented from "last summer" relative to the review's date (which is not specified, but implies a past event), it raises serious concerns about the park's electrical infrastructure and its ability to provide reliable power, especially during extreme weather conditions.
As a mobile home park, Hidden Acres Trailer Villa would inherently provide basic utility hookups for its residents, including water, sewage, and electricity. However, the severe and prolonged issue with 110v power limitation, preventing air conditioning use during a heatwave, points to a significant flaw in the reliability of its electrical service. This is a critical feature for long-term residential parks, and its failure as reported suggests a substantial shortcoming in the park's core offerings. For individuals accustomed to consistent and reliable utilities in RV parks, this aspect of Hidden Acres Trailer Villa's service provision would be a major concern.
Beyond basic utilities, the available information does not detail any other services or features that the park might offer, such as laundry facilities, common areas, recreational amenities, or security features. The lack of detailed positive commentary on such features, combined with the negative feedback, implies that these may not be prominent or well-maintained aspects of the park's offerings. The central focus of the reviews leans towards issues rather than amenities.
The reviews present a highly critical view of Hidden Acres Trailer Villa's management and their communication practices. One prospective resident reported leaving "3 voicemails several days apart (2 to the main # and 1 to the alternate #)" after hearing an answering machine message indicating available spots, only to receive no return calls. This is described as "inconsiderate and unprofessional," resulting in a "waste of my time." The suggestion that "they should change their voicemail message" further underscores a perceived lack of diligence in managing basic inquiries and expectations.
Even more severely, the review concerning the power outage explicitly states that the "Park owner IGNORED THAT ENTIRELY for at least two weeks.....then 'took his time' getting it resolved." This accusation of outright neglect and a lack of urgency during a severe utility crisis, where residents were suffering from extreme heat, paints a very negative picture of management's responsiveness and care for its residents. The repeated sentiment "I would have given them zero stars, but the rating system wouldn't allow me to" in both reviews reinforces the deep dissatisfaction with the park's operation and management. This indicates a significant and pervasive issue with management's perceived effectiveness and commitment to resident well-being.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" and extending their consideration to long-term mobile home park options in Vacaville, Hidden Acres Trailer Villa exists as a known location. However, potential residents must approach this park with significant caution and a full understanding of the serious issues highlighted in public reviews. The visual impression of being "a bit sketchy," coupled with severe and prolonged electrical issues and a reported lack of responsiveness from management, are critical factors that heavily outweigh any potential inherent advantages of its location in Vacaville.
Given the absence of a publicly available phone number in the provided text, direct inquiries might be challenging, further complicating the process for interested parties to gather up-to-date information or verify the current status of the reported problems. Without a direct contact method, prospective residents would need to rely heavily on driving by the property or seeking information through alternative channels.
It is imperative for anyone considering Hidden Acres Trailer Villa for long-term residency to understand that the available information points to significant challenges in terms of basic utility reliability and management's commitment to resident support and communication. The experiences described by former or current individuals suggest a park that may not meet standard expectations for residential community living. Extreme caution and thorough personal investigation are advised before making any commitments to this property. The park's suitability would depend heavily on verifiable improvements to its infrastructure and a fundamental shift in management responsiveness, neither of which can be confirmed from the given data.

Hidden Acres Trailer Villa Reviews
Their answering machine indicated that they had a few spots available, so I left 3 voicemails several days apart (2 to the main # and 1 to the alternate #) and no one even had the decency to return my call. It's inconsiderate and unprofessional not to return a call, even if there are no longer any spaces available. Also, they should change their voicemail message. It was a waste of my time. I drove through to check it out and it looks a bit sketchy too. No thanks, now I'm glad it didn't work out. I would have given them zero stars, but the rating system wouldn't allow me to.
Jun 09, 2016 · Kimberly RamosLast summer, a large portion of this park had ONLY 110v POWER TO OUR homes FOR MANY DAYS! This meant of course that NO CENTRAL AIR conditioners cooled our homes. Park owner IGNORED THAT ENTIRELY for at least two weeks....then "took his time" getting it resolved. The temperature inside my home was 95, even higher at times. This was at the height of summer!!! and that was 100+ degree streak. This was unbearable..... But, hardly the sole problems one encounters dealing with this owner. (I WOULD HAVE GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING BUT THIS WEBSITE WOULD NOT ALLOW THAT)
