Hidden Creek Mhc Introduce
For those in the Hamlin, New York area searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home community for long-term residency, Hidden Creek MHC, located at 19 Sandy Brook Dr, Hamlin, NY 14464, USA, presents itself as an option. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed and objective overview of Hidden Creek MHC based on the information available from online customer reviews.
Hidden Creek MHC is situated in Hamlin, NY, a town in Monroe County. According to one reviewer, the community has a generally pleasant atmosphere. They describe it as a "little community" where "the people are nice everyone waves at everyone." This suggests a friendly and neighborly environment within the park, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a sense of community in an RV or mobile home park setting.
The same positive review also provides insights into the demographics and layout of the park. It notes that the back of the park tends to be quieter, with more adults and elderly residents and fewer children under the age of 12. In contrast, the front of the park is where most of the children of elementary school age reside, who attend the Brockport School system. This division within the park might appeal to different demographics seeking specific environments.
Beyond the internal community, the location of Hidden Creek MHC also offers convenient access to nearby amenities. The reviewer highlights that it is just 10 minutes away from a Tops SuperMarket, Dollar General, a Chinese restaurant, a bottle return center, the Hamlin Public Library, Hamlin Town Hall, two gas stations, the Hamlin Post Office, and several other restaurants. This proximity to essential services and local conveniences adds to the appeal of the location for both short-term RVers and long-term residents.
Furthermore, for those who enjoy outdoor activities, Hidden Creek MHC is reportedly just 15 minutes away from Hamlin State Park and its beach. This provides residents and visitors with easy access to recreational opportunities, enhancing the overall lifestyle associated with this location.
However, not all feedback is entirely positive. One reviewer raises a concern regarding the maintenance of a specific area within or adjacent to the park, referring to an "old railroad bed." This reviewer states, "Time to clean up the old railroad bed. It's not a junk yard for your residents to dump there stuff in and it's taking down hard working families fences. It's your property, do something about it." This suggests a potential issue with the upkeep of this area, with allegations of it being used improperly for dumping and causing damage to residents' property (fences). This is a point that prospective residents might want to inquire about.
Considering these reviews, Hidden Creek MHC appears to offer a welcoming community atmosphere with a convenient location in Hamlin, NY, providing easy access to shopping, services, and recreational areas like Hamlin State Park. The division within the park, with quieter areas for adults and elderly residents and more family-oriented areas, could cater to a diverse range of preferences. However, the concern raised about the maintenance and misuse of the old railroad bed is a potential drawback that should be noted.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home in Hamlin, NY, Hidden Creek MHC presents a community with positive social aspects and locational advantages. The friendly neighbors and the proximity to amenities are significant benefits. However, the reported issue with the upkeep of the old railroad bed and its impact on residents' property should also be taken into account. Potential residents or visitors might want to contact the park management at the provided phone numbers, (585) 964-2500 or +1 585-964-2500, to inquire about the status of the railroad bed and the park's maintenance practices.
In conclusion, Hidden Creek MHC in Hamlin, NY, offers a "little community" with a friendly atmosphere and a convenient location near shops, services, and Hamlin State Park. The park seems to cater to a mix of demographics, with quieter areas for adults and elderly residents and family-friendly sections. However, a concern has been raised regarding the maintenance of an adjacent old railroad bed. Prospective residents and RVers should weigh the positive aspects of community and location against this maintenance concern and consider contacting the management for more information to make an informed decision.

Apr 07, 2024 · Leeanna DalheimI love this little community. The people are nice everyone waves at everyone. It's quite in the back of the park more adults an elderly people an not many children under the age of 12 yrs old. But at the front of the park that's where the kid's in the elementary school ages. Brockport School system. Also just 10 minutes away from a Tops SuperMarket, Dollar General, Chinese restaurant, bottle return center, Hamlin Public Library, Hamlin Town Hall, 2 Gas Station's, Hamlin Post Office, several Restaurant and just 15 minutes from Hamlin State Park - Beach.
