Hidden Glen Estates Introduce
For local residents in the Puyallup, Washington area seeking information about long-term living options, particularly when considering the broader category of "RV parks near me" as a preliminary search for residential communities, Hidden Glen Estates, located at 15616 76th Ave E, Puyallup, WA 98375, USA, is a mobile home park that has received significant negative feedback in recent customer reviews. It is crucial to understand that while the initial search might fall under "RV parks near me," Hidden Glen Estates offers a residential setting for manufactured homes, intended for more permanent living rather than short-term RV stays. Therefore, the considerations for choosing such a park are different from those of a temporary RV park.
The provided customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the management and overall condition of Hidden Glen Estates. One potential buyer detailed a frustrating and negative experience while attempting to purchase a home within the park. This review highlighted issues with the park manager, Renee, citing her frequent absence during posted business hours, prioritizing personal matters over assisting prospective residents, and a general lack of organization and helpfulness in the move-in process. The reviewer also mentioned having to escalate issues to the district manager, Melanie, to get necessary approvals completed after significant delays. Even then, follow-up questions regarding park rules were reportedly directed back to Renee, who allegedly never provided answers.
The same reviewer described Renee as "rude, and angry" and someone who acts as if new buyers are a "constant bother." They also quoted Renee as stating that "everything has to go through corporate and everything is a legal process," implying a lack of local authority but an inclination to "harass people who are new buyers (like me) and the sellers." Based on their experience, this potential resident ultimately decided not to move into Hidden Glen Estates, citing concerns for their "SAFETY & SANITY." They also claimed that the park itself is "a mess" and that "every house in that park has a violation or 10," suggesting a lack of adherence to park rules and potentially poor overall maintenance.
Another review echoed severe concerns about the new manager, alleging "racist and a homopobic" behavior and a lack of assistance with park issues. This reviewer claimed that the manager "dose not help with anything all she dose is criticize others" and focuses on superficial aspects like yard cleanliness and house paint colors without providing actual support for maintaining the park. This review further contrasts the current management with a previous manager who reportedly kept the "grass really green," implying a decline in the park's upkeep under the new leadership.
Given the strong negative sentiments expressed in these recent reviews, it is extremely challenging to provide a positive introduction to the environment, services, and features of Hidden Glen Estates based solely on this information. The feedback suggests significant issues with park management, potentially impacting the quality of life for residents and the experience of those trying to move into the community.
The lack of any positive comments or descriptions of specific amenities, community features, or the overall environment (beyond the negative description of the park being "a mess") means that we must rely solely on the provided negative feedback to inform local users. There is no information available regarding services such as maintenance, community facilities, pet policies, or any promotional offers.
For local users searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might come across Hidden Glen Estates, it is crucial to be aware of these recent and serious allegations regarding the park management and the overall condition of the community. While the address indicates its location in Puyallup, WA, the experiences shared by these individuals suggest that further thorough investigation would be absolutely necessary before considering a move into this mobile home park.
Prospective residents might want to consider the following actions to gather more information, keeping in mind the negative feedback regarding management responsiveness:
- Attempting to contact Hidden Glen Estates at the provided phone numbers: (253) 537-9383 or +1 253-537-9383 to inquire about current conditions and management practices. Be prepared for potentially negative interactions based on the reviews.
- Visiting the location at 15616 76th Ave E, Puyallup, WA 98375, USA, to observe the park firsthand. Pay close attention to the overall maintenance, the condition of the homes, and any visible signs of the issues mentioned in the reviews.
- Speaking with current residents of Hidden Glen Estates, if possible, to get a broader range of perspectives on living in the community and their experiences with management.
- Searching online for additional reviews or information about Hidden Glen Estates on other platforms or local community forums.
- Contacting the Better Business Bureau or local tenant rights organizations to see if any complaints have been filed against Hidden Glen Estates or its management.
Given the severity of the allegations in the provided reviews, local users should exercise extreme caution when considering Hidden Glen Estates as a potential long-term living option. The reported rudeness and unhelpfulness of the park manager, the alleged discriminatory behavior, and the claim that the park is poorly maintained are all serious red flags that warrant thorough investigation and consideration.
In conclusion, based on the limited and overwhelmingly negative information available, Hidden Glen Estates in Puyallup, Washington, appears to be a mobile home park with significant issues concerning its management and overall condition. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might encounter this listing should be aware of the serious concerns raised by recent potential and current residents and are strongly advised to conduct extensive due diligence before considering this community for long-term living. The reported environment and management practices do not currently align with the typical expectations of a well-run and welcoming residential park.

Hidden Glen Estates Reviews
I recently tried to purchase a home here. Aside from the issues we had with the agent, the park manager (Renee) was very rude. Renee was never there during her posted business hours. Apparently, it is hard for her to take a meeting and deal with people coming in as she locked me out after telling me to come back later because her zoom meeting was more important. She left during posted business hours to get her husband from the airport rather than assisting me.I had to go around her to her manager to get my park approval done (After several weeks of trying with Renee). Melanie (the district manager) was able to get the approval finished, however when I had questions about the park rules she sent the list back to Renee who NEVER answered me. (Melanie knowing i had an issue with Renee already).Renee is rude, and angry. She acts like you are a constant bother. And since (her words... everything has to go through corporate and everything is a legal process) she basically has zero authority except to harass people who are new buyers (like me) and the sellers.I am happy we decided not to move in. The park is a mess. I can tell you about every house in that park has a violation or 10.But on top of all my complaints was how as a newcomer, they made the process to move in horrible. Renee has nothing organized (new resident packets), can't find anything on her own computer. Not available to the public, doesn't answer questions just skirts around them or totally blows you off. She is the parks biggest violation! For my SAFETY & SANITY I am so thankful I will not have to deal with her. (and since her management team thinks she is so wonderful...and i was told I was the only one to EVER complain about her, maybe you guys should READ the REVIEWS on her! They are almost all since you guys hired her)!!!
Jun 08, 2023 · Danielle ChildressThe new manager is a racist and a homopobic she dose not help with anything all she dose is criticize others. And she wants this trailer park to be nice and well kept but the real thing is that they do nothing to help but tell others to clean their yards and paint our houses the color she wants is, the other manager was better had the grass really green and now the grass is really dry honestly thus place gas gotten worse then what it was before
