Dec 09, 2024 · Nancy Campos CavaI would like to address the lady that left this bad review about my employee and myself. I would like to start out saying that as far as I know no one was being mean to you at all. We had ask you numerous times not to park your car on the other side of the fence the lady that owns that property doesn't like it we told you that more than once. And I think you got mad and started yelling at my employee. So i came by and ask you not to park there no one here was mean to you or your mother. And the electric was definitely not our fault or the parks fault. It was a lighting strike which we have no control over we worked as fast as possible to get it done and we do not pay for motel rooms but we did try our best to run every extension cord we had to give everyone electric and even turned on the air conditioning in the clubhouse for anyone that needed to go to the clubhouse. And as for the bathroom door I think your wrong on that one let me explain why. You are a lady and even if you and your son are taking a shower the door should always be closed. That's the right thing to do so your safe. Thank you and take care
Oct 16, 2024 · Tim NorrisIs not 55+ floods when rains, also a bit trashy.quite a few young people and kids, and some trashy people.some big dogs not on leash or cleanup after them.allow aggressive breeds.quite often power outage and plumbing issues.i would not recommend to any of my friends to or anyone I know personally to stay here.there are better places to stay.
Jan 27, 2025 · sarah redmondI wasn’t going to risk getting kicked out by leaving a review but I will absolutely speak my truth now that we’re out.Ralph is the maintenance guy & started bullying us towards the end of our stay. He slammed the bathroom door to the shower house as hard as he could after I opened it when my 4 yr old & I finished showering because there’s no a/c nor windows to vent.Tim is the park manager & had the audacity to cover for him by saying “He’s still learning how to talk to people.” Tim has an excuse for everything that goes wrong. Numerous residents complained about Ralph destroying their belongings when he would mow.The lots are so tightly put together that parking is an issue. The power system has a MAJOR defect & left my mother w/o power for days at a time & it happened at least 3x. She was never reimbursed for her hotel stays nor compensated on her rent!A few residents approached me & my mother & told us the management was poorly ran & I couldn’t agree more!!!!
