Hillview Mobile Home Court Introduce
For local individuals in Brownstown, Indiana, seeking information about mobile home parks or those looking for "RV parks near me" for potential long-term stays, Hillview Mobile Home Court, located at 420 S Asher St, Brownstown, IN 47220, USA, presents a complex picture based on the limited and conflicting online reviews. This introduction aims to objectively analyze the available feedback to provide a balanced perspective, highlighting both a seemingly misplaced positive comment and a significantly negative account detailing serious concerns about the park's management and practices.
Environment and Location (Based on Limited and Conflicting Information): The address indicates that Hillview Mobile Home Court is situated in Brownstown, Indiana. Beyond this, specific details about the immediate environment are lacking. One review oddly praises "Delaney Park" as a "beautiful and wonderful place to spend your vacation," suggesting a potential confusion of location or a review mistakenly posted for a different site altogether. Delaney Park is a known recreational area, and its positive attributes are unlikely to be directly associated with a mobile home court unless they are adjacent, which is not specified. The significantly negative review further complicates the understanding of the environment by stating that the park "false advertise the mobile home park, by putting pictures of a lake that is no where near the park." This suggests that the actual environment may not align with the idyllic imagery used in their advertising, if such advertising exists online or elsewhere. The review also explicitly states that the property is not a campground, contradicting any potential perception that it might function primarily as one for those searching "RV parks near me."
Services and Management (Based on Conflicting Information): The reviews present starkly contrasting views on the management and services associated with Hillview Mobile Home Court. The seemingly misplaced positive review offers no insight into the park's management. However, the strongly negative review directly targets "Bane and warren llc," presumably the management company, accusing them of exploiting tenants for their own benefit and mistreating the elderly residents. Specific allegations include allowing the maintenance man to access residents' mailboxes and threatening eviction for those who voice concerns or stand up for themselves. These are serious accusations that, if accurate, would indicate significant issues with the ethical and professional conduct of the park's management. The review's description of the management as "cons" and "verbally abusive" further paints a deeply concerning picture of the tenant-management relationship at Hillview Mobile Home Court.
Features (Based on Conflicting and Limited Information): Information about the features of Hillview Mobile Home Court is also contradictory and limited. The positive review's mention of Delaney Park suggests that proximity to a recreational area might be considered a feature, although the direct connection to the mobile home court is unclear. The negative review explicitly denies that the property is a campground, implying a lack of typical campground features. The accusation of false advertising regarding a non-existent nearby lake suggests that any advertised features should be viewed with skepticism. Potential residents or long-term RVers should independently verify any claimed amenities or features of the park before making any decisions.
Suitability for RVs: The negative review explicitly states that Hillview Mobile Home Court "is not a camp ground," directly addressing the "RV parks near me" platform category. This strongly suggests that the property does not operate as a typical RV park and may not offer the necessary facilities or terms for recreational vehicles, especially for short-term stays. Individuals searching for RV parks in the Brownstown area should likely look elsewhere based on this direct statement from a former tenant.
Tenant Treatment and Ethical Concerns: The most significant aspect of the available information is the serious allegations of tenant mistreatment leveled against the management, Bane and Warren LLC. The accusations of exploiting elderly residents, unauthorized mailbox access by the maintenance man, and retaliatory eviction threats for those who assert their rights are deeply concerning and point to a potentially hostile living environment. These allegations should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residency at Hillview Mobile Home Court. The reviewer's strong negative sentiment and accusations of verbal abuse further underscore the potential for a negative tenant experience.
Promotional Information (False Advertising Allegations): The negative review directly accuses the park of "false advertise" by using pictures of a lake that is not near the property and by misrepresenting itself as a campground. If these allegations are true, any promotional materials associated with Hillview Mobile Home Court should be viewed with extreme caution. Potential residents should rely on independent verification and perhaps even personal visits and conversations with current residents (if possible) to gain an accurate understanding of the property and its surroundings rather than solely depending on official advertisements.
Conclusion and Recommendation for Local Users: Based on the severely negative review highlighting significant concerns about the management practices, tenant mistreatment, and alleged false advertising at Hillview Mobile Home Court, local users in Brownstown, Indiana, and those searching for "RV parks near me" should exercise extreme caution when considering this property. The stark contrast with the seemingly misplaced positive review further complicates the picture and underscores the need for thorough due diligence. The allegations of verbal abuse, exploitation of the elderly, unauthorized actions by maintenance staff, and retaliatory behavior by management are serious red flags. Additionally, the explicit denial that the property is a campground suggests it is not a suitable option for those specifically seeking RV parks. Potential residents are strongly advised to seek alternative housing or RV park options in the Brownstown area and to conduct thorough research and potentially speak with current residents of any property they are considering to gain a more accurate understanding of the living conditions and management practices.

A beautiful and wonderful place to spend your vacation Delaney Park take your family and your children there and have a wonderful time
Apr 02, 2019 · Mary HardisonBane and warren llc exploits their tenants to benefit themselves, not only do they mistreat their elderly here in the park but they also allow their maintenance man to go and get into people's mailboxes, and threaten to evict people if they stand up for themselves. They false advertise the mobile home park, by putting pictures of a lake that is no where near the park and by stating it's a camp ground and it is not. The people who run the park are cons, and they are verbally abusive.
