The water is well water!! Its horrible tho. It has too much iron in it. The water has a nasty smell to it. It's not cleaned as its supposed to. The water pressure sucks. Plus the pipes that goes to the water is old & rusty. When you use the water the bathtub, shower, and sinks turns yellow. The maintenance is awful. Theres none what's so ever. When you tell the landlord what needs to be done it will never get done. Told the landlord for months that stuff needed to be done important stuff & he will say I'll get someone to do it but when the day comes noone comes. If someone did come they would try to fix it but they would make it worse or they would start on it & never get it done. The cleaning that was suppose to get done before we moved in never got done. The cleaning sucked.Too many problems with the trailer. The maintenance people dont know how to fix anything. Also the furnice doesnt work how its suppose to. The leveling isn't 100% leveled out. It's a joke out there. This place isn't suitable for no one that has heath issues or that has a child. My fiance has sickle cell and this place made him sick & made him go in a sickle cell crisis. I dont recommend this place for anyone. That's why we moved quickly!!!!! - Jasmine Graham

Davis Mobile Home Park, located at 503 Market St, Jonesville, IN 47247, USA, and reachable by phone at (812) 522-5240 or +1 812-522-5240, presents itself as a mobile home park that may also accommodate RV living. As you explore your options for RV parks and potential long-term living situations in our community, it's crucial to consider various factors, including the environment, available services, unique features, and, most importantly, the experiences shared by current and former residents. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Davis Mobile Home Park based on the severely negative information available.

Regarding the environment of Davis Mobile Home Park, the provided reviews paint an extremely concerning picture. One former resident describes the water source as "well water" that is "horrible" due to excessive iron content, a "nasty smell," inadequate cleaning, and poor water pressure. The age and rustiness of the water pipes are also highlighted, leading to the water turning bathtubs, showers, and sinks yellow upon use. Another reviewer states that what was once a "beautiful place to live in a quiet nice neighborhood is now a mess," indicating a significant decline in the overall environment of the park. The description of the park as a "trash heap" further emphasizes the severely deteriorated state of the property. These comments suggest a significantly compromised living environment with potential issues related to water quality, general cleanliness, and overall upkeep. Potential residents should be acutely aware of these serious concerns regarding the physical environment of Davis Mobile Home Park.

The services and amenities at Davis Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, appear to be severely lacking or non-existent. One former resident explicitly states that "the maintenance is awful. Theres none what's so ever." They further detail repeated failures by the landlord to address important maintenance requests over several months, with promises made but never fulfilled. Even when attempts at repairs were made, they reportedly either worsened the problem or were left incomplete. The lack of proper cleaning before move-in is also mentioned as a significant issue. The second reviewer corroborates the lack of maintenance. A functioning furnace and proper leveling of the trailers are also cited as problems within the individual units. The recurring theme is a complete absence of reliable maintenance services and a lack of responsiveness from the landlord regarding essential repairs and upkeep. This suggests a severe deficiency in the provision of basic services expected in an "rv park near me" or a mobile home community. Potential residents should anticipate significant challenges in getting any maintenance issues addressed at Davis Mobile Home Park.

The features of Davis Mobile Home Park, as described by the former residents, are overwhelmingly negative and point to significant deficiencies. The reliance on well water with severe quality issues is a major negative feature. The complete lack of reliable maintenance and the unresponsiveness of the landlord are critical drawbacks. The poor condition of the water pipes leading to discolored water is another significant negative. The presence of numerous problems with the trailers themselves, including malfunctioning furnaces and improper leveling, further detracts from any potential positive features. The description of the park as a "trash heap" and the observation that "not many mobile homes" remain suggest a declining and poorly managed property. The lack of any mention of positive features or amenities, such as recreational areas, laundry facilities, or community spaces, underscores the focus on the park's severe shortcomings. The most concerning feature is the report of a resident with sickle cell anemia experiencing a health crisis directly attributed to the conditions at the park, highlighting potential health hazards associated with living there.

The provided customer reviews for Davis Mobile Home Park are overwhelmingly negative and paint a dire picture of the living conditions and management of the park. One former resident details severe issues with the well water quality, a complete lack of maintenance, unresolved repair requests, and significant problems with the trailer itself, including a malfunctioning furnace and improper leveling. They explicitly warn that the park is unsuitable for individuals with health issues or children, recounting a personal experience where the conditions exacerbated their fiancé's sickle cell crisis, leading to their swift departure. The second reviewer corroborates the lack of maintenance and describes the park as a "trash heap," a stark contrast to its former state as a "beautiful place to live." The mention of "water problems" likely refers to the issues detailed in the first review. These reviews collectively paint a picture of a severely neglected and poorly managed property with significant health and safety concerns. For local users searching for "rv parks near me," these reviews serve as a strong warning against considering Davis Mobile Home Park as a viable living option.

Given the severely negative feedback regarding the hazardous water quality, the complete lack of maintenance, the dilapidated condition of the park and individual trailers, and the reported health crisis experienced by a former resident due to the living conditions at Davis Mobile Home Park, it would be utterly irresponsible to offer any positive promotional information. The overwhelming sentiment from the reviews indicates a property that is not only poorly maintained but also potentially harmful to the health and well-being of its residents. Any attempt to promote Davis Mobile Home Park without acknowledging and addressing these critical and alarming concerns would be unethical and deeply misleading. Instead, the focus must be on strongly advising potential residents to avoid this park and to seek alternative "rv parks near me" that prioritize the health, safety, and basic living standards of their residents. The provided phone numbers should be used by prospective residents only to inquire about the steps being taken to rectify the severe issues highlighted in the reviews, and only with extreme caution.

For local users searching for "rv parks near me" or considering a move to a mobile home community in Jonesville, Indiana, the feedback regarding Davis Mobile Home Park is unequivocally negative and alarming. The reviews paint a picture of a park that is not only poorly managed but also potentially unsafe and detrimental to health. Prospective residents should prioritize their well-being and seek alternative "rv parks near me" in the Jonesville area that have a positive reputation for maintenance, safety, and resident care.
