Houston Street RV Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Alvin, Texas area, Houston Street RV Park, located at 17915 Houston St, Alvin, TX 77511, USA, presents itself as a potential option for RV accommodation. Based on recent customer feedback, the park appears to have a mix of characteristics that may appeal to some while posing concerns for others. It's important for prospective residents and visitors to consider these aspects when evaluating Houston Street RV Park for their needs.
One detailed review provides insights into the park's environment and management practices. The reviewer, who initially enjoyed their stay after moving in, experienced a non-renewal of their month-to-month lease after approximately seven months. According to this feedback, the non-renewal was issued without a specific reason provided by the landlord, although the reviewer suspects it was due to noise complaints from a neighbor. This suggests a potential sensitivity to noise within the park, where even ordinary sounds may lead to issues with management. Individuals who are mindful of noise levels and prefer a very quiet environment might find this aspect appealing, while those with a more active lifestyle or who anticipate occasional noise should be aware of this potential issue.
The same reviewer also commented on the diverse condition of the RVs within the park. While they described their own 5th wheel as "very nice," they noted the presence of "very old RV’s," including one that was "constantly adding plywood for walls" and another that "has no wheels and looks like it’s about to fall apart." This observation paints a picture of a park with a potentially wide range of aesthetic conditions among the resident RVs. The reviewer mentioned being told by management about a desire to "clean it up here and move in nice RVs like ours," yet they were the ones being asked to leave. This discrepancy raises questions about the park's current standards and future direction regarding the types of RVs it accommodates.
In contrast to the concerns raised in the first review, a brief second review offers a more positive perspective, describing the park as "quiet" with "great people." This suggests that for some individuals, Houston Street RV Park offers a peaceful atmosphere and a friendly community. The mention of a potential "spot Available for rent" also indicates that the park may have vacancies from time to time. This contrasting feedback highlights the subjective nature of park experiences and the importance of considering individual priorities when evaluating an RV park.
Based on the limited information available, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the services and features offered at Houston Street RV Park. The reviews do not mention specific amenities such as hookup availability (water, electricity, sewer), restroom and shower facilities, laundry services, recreational areas, Wi-Fi access, or pet policies. Local users will need to contact the park directly to inquire about these essential aspects.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. RV parks often have varying rates for short-term and long-term stays, and they may offer special discounts or packages. Potential guests should inquire about the current pricing structure and any ongoing promotions when contacting the park.
The first review's experience with lease non-renewal without a stated reason also raises concerns about the stability of long-term arrangements at Houston Street RV Park. Individuals seeking a long-term residence may want to discuss lease terms and renewal policies in detail with the management to avoid potential unexpected displacement.
In summary, Houston Street RV Park in Alvin, TX, presents a mixed picture based on the limited customer feedback available. While one reviewer found it to be quiet with friendly people, another experienced a non-renewal of their lease under unclear circumstances and noted the presence of some very old and poorly maintained RVs alongside newer models. The park's sensitivity to noise appears to be a significant factor to consider. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should weigh these points carefully and contact Houston Street RV Park directly at (832) 743-8332 or +1 832-743-8332 to obtain detailed information about amenities, policies, pricing, and the current environment before making a decision about staying at this location. It would be particularly prudent for those seeking long-term stays to discuss lease terms and the park's expectations regarding noise and the condition of RVs.

Houston Street RV Park Reviews
I loved this place when we first moved in but then about 7 months later I received a letter from attorney stating that they would not renew the month to month lease for no reason. The landlord couldn’t even give a reason . But we know that a neighbor has called and complain multiple times that we are to loud. We work long hours and hardly home on the weekends. So if you make any sounds this place won’t be a good place for you. We have a very nice 5th wheel where the other ones are very old RV’s. One at which they are constantly adding plywood for walls and another has no wheels and looks like it’s about to fall apart. We were told that they wanted to clean it up here and move In nice RVs like our but we are the one they are making leave so I guess if you want to live in or stay in a RV park with very old RVs or straight up looking trash this is the place for you. All I can say is good luck.
