Based on recent customer reviews, Imperial Village appears to be undergoing significant positive changes, largely attributed to the efforts of the current manager, Alyssa. While one review acknowledges that, like any community in Norwalk, Imperial Village has faced its share of challenges, it explicitly states that the current issues are not as prevalent as they were under previous management. This suggests a proactive approach to addressing existing problems and a commitment to improving the overall living environment within the park.
One of the key improvements highlighted is the management's active engagement in addressing concerns and supporting residents. One reviewer shared a personal experience where the manager utilized resources to assist their family during a time of need. This demonstrates a level of care and commitment that goes beyond basic management duties, fostering a sense of community support within Imperial Village. The reviewer also notes that the property has undergone "many improvements and some much-needed upgrades," indicating tangible enhancements to the physical infrastructure and overall appearance of the mobile home park.
Another review echoes this sentiment, emphasizing the positive impact of Alyssa, the park manager, on the community. It states that the mobile home park has made "many improvements in the last couple of years" thanks to her leadership. Beyond physical upgrades, the reviewer notes a positive shift in the "vibe of the overall little neighborhood," suggesting an improved social atmosphere and a greater sense of community spirit. Alyssa is described as making the environment "welcoming and feel safe," which are crucial factors for residents seeking a comfortable and secure living situation.
The dedication of the manager is further underscored by the statement that she "truly does goes above and beyond for all her tenants." This includes actively addressing residents' concerns and providing assistance in various ways. Her knowledgeability and willingness to find resources for tenants, even when it extends beyond her direct responsibilities, speaks volumes about her commitment to the well-being of the community. This level of proactive and caring management can significantly contribute to a positive living experience for residents of Imperial Village.
It's important to note that one review touches upon past issues, specifically mentioning problems with drug addicts that predated the current management. This provides context and suggests that the community may have faced significant challenges in the past. However, the positive reviews indicate that the current management is actively working to mitigate these issues and foster a more positive environment. The call for residents to "embrace the change" and acknowledge the improvements suggests a belief within the community that Imperial Village is moving in a favorable direction under its current leadership.
For local users considering options within the "RV parks near me" category, it's important to understand that while Imperial Village is primarily a mobile home park, it may also offer spaces or accommodations for RVs on a temporary or potentially longer-term basis. The positive changes in management and the overall environment could make it an attractive option for RVers seeking a community with a focus on safety and tenant support, even if their stay is not permanent. It would be advisable for interested RV users to contact the management directly to inquire about specific RV accommodations and policies.
The promotional information, while not explicitly stated, is strongly implied through the positive reviews highlighting the improvements in the property, the welcoming and safe environment fostered by the current manager, and the sense of community support. The fact that the manager actively sought honest feedback suggests a commitment to transparency and a desire to continuously improve the park. For local users seeking a mobile home park or potentially a longer-term RV stay within a community that is actively working to enhance its living environment and support its residents, Imperial Village presents a compelling option.

Imperial Village Reviews
The manager asked me to leave a honest review so here it goes. Like every place in Norwalk Imperial Village does have its problems. But I can honestly say the problems we have today are not what they were before Alyssa was the manager. Many of these problems of drug addicts existed way before the manager was here. The manager has used resources to help me and my family at a time when we needed assistance. Ultimately we are a community and if you are not happy where you live because of the cost of rent or the manager then you should find a better place to go. I see that the property has made many improvements and some much needed upgrades. Change was needed at Imperial Village and it happened through our current management. Complaining about an eviction with a lady that scared my children as they walked home from school. To the people that have not seen the good that has happened here is because you would rather live in a broken community under you own management. Give her a break ,sit back and embrace the change.
Apr 02, 2025 · Meichie WadeThe mobile home park has made many improvements in the last couple of years, thanks to Alyssa, the park manager. The vibe of the overall little neighborhood has also changed in a a positive way. Alyssa, makes it welcoming and feel safe. She truly does goes above and beyond for all her tenants. She makes sure to address our concerns and assist in anyway possible. She is super knowledgeable, and will also go out of her way to find resources for her tenants, even when it's beyond her scope of duties. This speaks volumes about how she cares for her tenants and the property.
Dec 23, 2024 · Cassandra LozanoYou’re in for a rude awake if you rent or buy here. All these reviews were some kind of deal made between manager and tenants. Management is horrible! Current tenants complain but must use their voice if they want change.
Feb 14, 2025 · Jaqueline WilliamsMost of these reviews are obviously friends and family of the property manager and not tenants of the park. This manager is unethical, unprofessional, and a harasser. She has wrongly evicted many marginalized residents. Don't let these reviews fool you.
Feb 01, 2025 · Tina Marie Del RosarioI have been living in Imperial Village since 2004, and throughout the years, I have seen several changes in management. However, in the past year, we have had the pleasure of working with Alyssa, who has truly stood out for her exceptional service, understanding, and availability.Alyssa has been incredibly helpful and understanding in addressing the needs of our community. Her dedication to ensuring that residents' concerns are addressed promptly and effectively has been commendable. Coordinating community events, or simply being a supportive resource for residents, Alyssa consistently goes above and beyond in her role. One aspect that sets Alyssa apart is her availability. She is always accessible in the office during regular hours and even after hours via phone. Knowing that she is readily available to assist residents, even during off-hours, provides a sense of reassurance and peace of mind. Her proactive approach to management, coupled with her accessibility, has significantly improved the overall living experience in our village. It's refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about the well-being and satisfaction of residents.I am grateful to have Alyssa as our manager, and I highly recommend her and the management team. Thank you for your continued dedication to our community!
