Location is excellent. The new owners are slowly, but surely improving the park. Biggest improvement will be when they are able to move out units that have been there for years and are not well maintained. These units definitely bring down the curb appeal but again, that will improve as these units are moved out. Irena is great with communication and working with their renters. If my family situation hadn’t changed; I’d still be there. - Linda Reynolds

This indicates a positive trajectory for Ingram Lake RV Park, suggesting that guests can look forward to ongoing enhancements to the facilities and overall experience. While the improvements may be gradual, the commitment to upgrading the park is a promising sign for future visitors.

One specific area of improvement mentioned is the presence of older, less well-maintained units that have been on the property for an extended period. These units are acknowledged to "definitely bring down the curb appeal." However, the reviewer also notes that this situation is expected to improve as these units are gradually moved out under the new ownership. This transparency about current challenges, coupled with a clear plan for improvement, can be reassuring for prospective guests.
