Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the West Palm Beach, Florida area, Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm, located at 4309 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, USA, presents itself as a community with notable aspects for consideration. You can contact them at (561) 832-9192 or +1 561-832-9192 for further information.
Based on the available customer reviews, Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm appears to be a community with both positive and cautionary points for prospective residents. One reviewer notes it as a "Great place great management" but issues a significant warning: "beware of anything that happens to your property they will not pay for it so just beware." This suggests that while the management may be well-regarded, residents should be aware of their own responsibility for their property's security and any potential damages or losses.
Another reviewer provides a more nuanced perspective, giving the community a rating of 3 stars. This individual visited a friend at Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm and observed that it operates on a "bring your own RV or mobile home" model. The park appeared to be "filled to capacity and then some," indicating a potentially dense living environment with limited space. The reviewer also noted that the community "seems really old but very friendly." This suggests a mature infrastructure and an established social atmosphere where residents are welcoming to each other.
The reviewer further suggests that Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm might be a suitable option for "seasonal, couple of weeks RIVER" (presumably meaning RVers). Their concluding remark, "I don't think you'll go wrong," implies a generally positive, albeit perhaps basic, experience for short-term RV stays. However, they do not explicitly endorse it for long-term living.
Considering the "RV parks near me" category, Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm offers a location within West Palm Beach, providing access to the city's amenities and attractions. However, potential RVers should take note of the "bring your own RV" policy, meaning the park likely provides spaces or lots with necessary hookups but does not offer rental RVs on-site. The observation that the park looks "filled to capacity" suggests that availability might be limited, and potential residents should inquire about current openings.
For those interested in mobile home parks, Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm also operates on a "bring your own mobile home" basis. The apparent full capacity suggests a well-established community. The comment about the park seeming "really old" might imply that the infrastructure and facilities are not the newest, which could be a factor for some individuals to consider. However, the strong indication of a "very friendly" atmosphere could be a significant draw for those prioritizing a welcoming social environment.
Based on the limited information, we can infer some potential features and services that Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm might offer:
- Individual lots or spaces for placing privately owned RVs and mobile homes.
- Essential utility hookups at each lot, such as electricity, water, and sewage connections. The specifics of these hookups (e.g., amperage for electricity) would need to be confirmed with the management.
- Basic infrastructure, including roadways within the community. Given the "seems really old" comment, the condition of these might vary.
- Management services, as mentioned in one of the reviews ("great management"). This likely includes handling community administration and addressing resident concerns. However, the caveat about property damage suggests limitations in their liability.
The environment of Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm appears to be characterized by a friendly and close-knit community, possibly due to its long-standing presence and full occupancy. However, prospective residents should be prepared for potentially older infrastructure and the need to bring their own accommodation (RV or mobile home).
The cautionary note regarding property damage is crucial. It implies that the park's insurance or policies may not cover personal property losses within the community, and residents are likely responsible for their own insurance and security measures. This is an important factor to consider when evaluating the overall cost and security of living in Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm.
Given the limited information about specific promotional offers, the primary draw of Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm seems to be its friendly community atmosphere and potentially well-regarded management. For seasonal RVers looking for a friendly place to park their RV for a few weeks, it might be a viable option. However, those seeking long-term residency, whether in an RV or a mobile home, should carefully weigh the age of the park, the full capacity, and the policy regarding property damage.
To gain a more comprehensive understanding of Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm, prospective residents should:
- Contact the management directly at (561) 832-9192 or +1 561-832-9192 to inquire about lot availability, rental rates or lot fees, and the specific amenities offered (e.g., laundry facilities, common areas, etc.).
- Clarify the policies regarding property damage and insurance responsibilities for residents.
- Ask about the age and condition of the park's infrastructure and any ongoing maintenance or upgrades.
- Inquire about the community rules and regulations to ensure they align with their lifestyle.
- If possible, request a visit to the community to assess the environment and the available spaces firsthand.
In conclusion, for those searching for "RV parks near me" or a mobile home community in West Palm Beach, FL, Bluegrass Mobile Home Comm offers a seemingly friendly environment with well-regarded management. However, potential residents should be aware of its "bring your own" policy, the apparent full capacity, the older infrastructure, and, importantly, the need to take full responsibility for their property's security and insurance. While it may be a suitable option for short-term, seasonal RVers seeking a friendly community, long-term residents should conduct thorough due diligence to ensure it meets their needs and expectations.

Great place great management but beware of anything that happens to your property they will not pay for it so just beware
Mar 15, 2024 · Tim SmithI'm giving it a 3 because it seems fine. I visited a new friend there. It's a bring your own RV or mobile home 🏡 and it looks filled to capacity and then some. It seems really old but very friendly. So if your a seasonal, couple of weeks RIVER, try it. I do t think you'll go wrong

Aug 25, 2023 · Mitch BritLet me save you some time... DON’T DO IT! After we checked the website out it looked promising. To our unfortunate surprise it was not! Trailers stacked on top of each other. Trash in the street. It makes you feel sorry for the people occupanying the park. Trying to think optimistic we decided to get a hold of the park owner and inquire about rates. After asking, they said they had nothing available. Understandable, because it is the beginning of season. After telling them that it’s ok, since we are looking for a few months ahead of time, they laughed and said, “that’s too far ahead for us to know”. Again, somewhat understandable. I proceeded to ask them what their longer term stay rates are, and before I could get my question out, they hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. If this is how they treat inquiring customers, I can only imagine how they treat their residents.
