Casa Loma Introduce
Welcome to Casa Loma Mobile Home Park, located at 1451 N Military Trl in West Palm Beach, Florida. For those searching for 'RV parks near me' and considering long-term mobile home living options in the area, Casa Loma presents a community with mixed feedback regarding its environment and amenities. You can reach them at (941) 613-5403 or +1 941-613-5403 for inquiries.
Based on the available customer reviews, Casa Loma Mobile Home Park elicits strong and contrasting opinions. One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction, stating they would rate it with "NO stars" if possible and describing it as a "run down piece of **** mobile home park." This individual characterizes the environment as resembling an auto repair shop, with cars and trucks being worked on throughout the premises, allegedly causing road blockages and making it difficult to access trailers. Furthermore, they report occasional smells of toxic waste and criticize the owner for continuing to raise lot rent despite the complete absence of amenities such as a pool or clubhouse. This reviewer expresses sympathy for the residents living under these conditions and questions the presence of management.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a more tempered perspective, acknowledging the "very friendly neighbors" and noting that the park is "clean for the most part." They also mention that while the park talks about a pool and clubhouse online, these amenities have been removed. This reviewer finds the pricing to be "fairly priced compared to the others around the area" and concludes that it is "not a bad place to live."
Considering the platform category 'RV parks near me,' Casa Loma Mobile Home Park, while primarily a mobile home park for longer-term residents, might be considered by some individuals seeking extended RV stays if such arrangements are permitted. However, the strong negative feedback regarding the overall condition and lack of amenities should be a significant point of consideration.
The environment of Casa Loma appears to be a key point of contention. One reviewer paints a picture of a cluttered and potentially hazardous setting resembling an auto repair shop, with blocked roads and toxic smells. This suggests a lack of upkeep and potentially lax enforcement of community standards. The other reviewer, while more positive overall, does not directly contradict this description but focuses on the cleanliness and neighborly atmosphere, implying that the physical environment might not be the park's strongest suit.
Regarding services and features, both reviews agree on the absence of amenities like a pool and clubhouse. The negative reviewer emphasizes the complete lack of any amenities, which could be a significant drawback for those seeking recreational facilities or communal spaces. The second reviewer confirms the removal of previously advertised amenities, indicating a potential decline in the park's offerings over time. Basic services such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups, which are essential for mobile home living, are not explicitly mentioned in either review, but are generally expected in a mobile home park.
The issue of rising lot rent despite the perceived poor conditions and lack of amenities, as mentioned by the negative reviewer, is a serious concern. This suggests a potential disconnect between the cost of living in the park and the value provided. It could also indicate financial pressures on residents who may have limited options for relocation.
The positive aspect highlighted is the friendliness of the neighbors. A strong sense of community can be a significant benefit of mobile home park living, and this appears to be a redeeming quality of Casa Loma, as acknowledged by the more favorably inclined reviewer.
The mention of the park being "fairly priced compared to the others around the area" suggests that while it may have its drawbacks, the cost of living might be a relative advantage in the local market. This could be a significant factor for individuals on a tight budget who are willing to overlook the lack of amenities and the environmental concerns raised by one reviewer.
Promotional information is entirely absent from the provided reviews. There are no mentions of any special offers, community events, or advertised features beyond the outdated reference to a pool and clubhouse. Therefore, potential residents must rely solely on the subjective experiences shared in these reviews and their own observations if they choose to visit the property.
For individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' who might be considering Casa Loma for a long-term RV stay (if permitted), the strong negative feedback regarding the park's condition, lack of amenities, and potential environmental issues should be carefully weighed against the positive comments about friendly neighbors and fair pricing. A thorough personal inspection of the property is highly recommended to assess the current environment and determine if it meets one's living standards and expectations.
The discrepancy between the online mention of a pool and clubhouse and their actual removal is also something potential residents should verify with the management. This inconsistency suggests that the online information might not be up-to-date or accurate.
In conclusion, Casa Loma Mobile Home Park in West Palm Beach presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While it boasts friendly neighbors and is considered fairly priced by one reviewer, another describes it as run-down with no amenities, resembling an auto repair shop with potential environmental concerns. Prospective residents should be aware of these starkly contrasting views and conduct a thorough on-site evaluation to determine if the park's affordability and community outweigh the significant concerns raised about its physical condition and lack of amenities.

Casa Loma Reviews
If I could rate this with NO stars, I would. I have a friend who lives in this run down piece of **** mobile home park. It actually looks like an auto repair shop with cars and trucks being worked on all over the place. They block the road so that it's impossible to get to the trailer you are headed for. Smells of toxic waste at times. The owner has the nerve to continue raising the lot rent......there are absolutely NO amenities there. No pool, no clubhouse, no nothingMy friend, unfortunately, can't afford to move at this time. I feel really bad for all the people who have to live under these conditions. Where is management?????????
Apr 28, 2025 · Mary D HagerVery friendly neighbors but not the best trailer park in the area talks about a pool and club house online but they have removed it . Clean for the most part . Fairly priced compared to the others around the area . Not a bad place to live
Mar 03, 2025 · arteenius o'nealthis place is a complete clown show the property manager yuliette is only after your money. the rent to live in the hole is not worth it. yuliette has no consideration for anybody and doesn’t care how much you’ve payed i’ve payed thousands of dollars in rent to keep and spot that wasn’t worth it there are drug dealers living in what looks like abandoned places. people walking trough yards and one point someone stole my dads tools in the middle of the day while we were home we didn’t realize until he said he said that he didn’t know where they were. yuliette has demanded my rent by the 1st of every month and if i didn’t get it there in time she will give your lot away. we are here for 3 months out of the year for the winter. when paying $900 in rent you would expect to have some type of consideration from your landlord. run from this place it needs condemned.
