Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" that might accommodate long-term stays in the West Palm Beach, Florida area, Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park, located at 6209 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33415, warrants careful consideration based on recent customer feedback available online. Unlike typical RV resorts that often boast amenities and positive community engagement, the reviews for Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park raise significant concerns regarding its management, maintenance, and overall living environment.
Multiple reviewers strongly advise against residing at Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park. One review explicitly states, "Do not recommend," and proceeds to detail several long-standing issues. The lack of functional amenities is a primary complaint, with the pool reportedly being closed for "years" and a basketball pole removed similarly long ago with a promise of replacement that has not been fulfilled. This suggests a potential pattern of neglecting promised improvements and a lack of investment in the park's facilities.
Furthermore, serious allegations of mismanagement and a negative administrative culture are prominent in the feedback. Reviewers describe the administration's behavior as "disrespectful and intimidating," particularly towards homeowners. Accusations include refusing polite conversation, resorting to threats of eviction, and issuing "bogus violation notices." There is a perception that management believes themselves to be "superior and accountable to no one," fostering an adversarial relationship with residents.
Concerns about the physical condition and maintenance of the park are also raised. One reviewer notes that the "park is run down," and another describes "areas that look like junkyards and recycling dumps" and "piles of trash in the streets." These descriptions paint a picture of neglect and a lack of attention to the upkeep of the community's common areas, potentially impacting the quality of life for residents.
The social environment within Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park is also a source of complaint. One reviewer mentions "out-of-control parties every weekend" characterized by "excessive drinking, loud music until dawn, and crowds of strangers," which disrupt the peace for long-term residents. This suggests a potential lack of enforcement of community rules regarding noise and guest behavior, leading to a negative impact on the residential experience for some.
A particularly serious allegation involves claims of "Racism here" and favoritism by the management. The reviewer states that this discrimination is "very obvious" and not concealed. Such accusations, if substantiated, represent a severe failure in creating an equitable and respectful living environment for all residents. The fear of retaliation for speaking out against unfairness and potential discrimination is also mentioned, indicating a climate of apprehension within the community.
The reviews also suggest a potential underlying issue with the ownership and rental practices within the park. One reviewer posits that some individuals purchase trailers purely as business ventures, subdivide them for rental income, and live elsewhere, leaving resident owners to deal with the consequences. The administration is accused of being aware of this situation but failing to take action, allegedly due to personal connections or even "cash kickbacks," to the detriment of the residents who genuinely live in the community.
The experience of receiving frequent and seemingly unwarranted violation notices is another point of contention. One reviewer states, "You get a new violation every week for the most foolish reason," and even those with clean and well-maintained homes report being consistently targeted by management. Conversely, when residents raise legitimate issues, they are allegedly told it is "none of their business," highlighting a perceived inconsistency and lack of support from the management.
Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of the publicly available reviews, individuals searching for "RV parks near me" for any duration, especially long-term stays, should approach Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park with extreme caution. The serious allegations regarding management practices, the deteriorating physical condition of the park, and the reported negative social environment are significant red flags.

This should include attempting to contact the management to directly address the concerns raised in the reviews and, if possible, visiting the park in person to assess the current conditions and speak with existing residents to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the living environment.
It is important to note that the information presented here is based solely on the publicly available customer reviews. While these reviews offer valuable insights into the experiences of some individuals, they may not represent the views of all residents. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised warrant careful consideration for anyone contemplating residing at Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, for those seeking "RV parks near me" in West Palm Beach, the online feedback for Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park paints a concerning picture of mismanagement, neglect, and a negative living environment. Potential residents are strongly encouraged to exercise caution and conduct thorough independent investigation before making any decisions regarding this community.

Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park Reviews
Do not recommend. The pool hasn’t been open in years, the park is run down and they took out the basketball pole years ago stating that they will replace it with a newer, better pole. They are not men and women of their word. Racism here and have favorites, it is very obvious and they don’t try to hide it. You get a new violation every week for the most foolish reason. Even if your home is clean and nice, you will always get poked at by the management. If you have a problem with something, they say that it is none of their business, but then jump at you for not doing something about it even though it’s their job to take care of things. Do not come live here unless you want to be discriminated.
Mar 31, 2025 · valerie !Living in this community has become unbearable due to the administration's disrespectful and intimidating behavior and the deteriorating conditions they allow.Management treats residents, especially homeowners, poorly. They refuse polite conversation, resorting instead to threats of eviction and issuing bogus violation notices. They seem to believe they are superior and accountable to no one.The neighborhood itself reflects this neglect. We have areas that look like junkyards and recycling dumps, piles of trash in the streets, and out-of-control parties every weekend. These often involve excessive drinking, loud music until dawn, and crowds of strangers, disrupting the peace for those of us who actually live here. Why is this happening? It seems some people buy trailers purely as businesses, carve them up, rent them out, and live elsewhere, leaving resident owners to deal with the fallout. The administration knows all about this but does nothing. Word is they look the other way because of friendships, family connections, or even cash kickbacks. Meanwhile, residents suffer. People are afraid to complain about the unfairness and potential discrimination because they know they'll be targeted by management if they speak up.

Apr 18, 2025 · Anthony JrI have lived here for almost 30 years and have seen a lot of ups and downs.I would like to give a lot of credit to the new management team and the new maintenance guys on the wonderful job they are doing trying to clean up the neighborhood. I as a long-term member of the community, thank you all so much. Please keep up the good work.
Feb 04, 2025 · June DeFeoThis place is not a good place to live. We lived here for 28 years. Can't have utility trailers, but the church next door can have forklifts and food left outside all night.the pictures of the clubhouse are wrong on the reviews, I've a church next door giving me rats. I have ppl constantly blocking my driveway getting food from next door using my trash can.The pool hasn't been open in years. There are cats everywhere pissing on my cars and craping on my patio. It gets so packed with illegals getting food if a fire happened there's no way to get out fast enough. No fire hydrants on corners to even put a fire out if one occurred..
