Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park, located at 1375 S Military Trl in West Palm Beach, Florida. For those searching for 'RV parks near me' and considering long-term mobile home living options, it is crucial to thoroughly understand the environment and management of any potential community. Based on the available customer reviews, Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park appears to present significant challenges for its residents.
One long-term resident of 20 years expresses extreme dissatisfaction, stating that all the management does is "harass, hard-working people." This individual indicates they have remained at Holiday Ranch solely due to living conditions and the economy but are planning to leave, even considering abandoning their property due to the negative experience. Specific allegations include harassment by the security guard and office staff, with claims that rules are made up arbitrarily and that residents are not provided with necessary information or notices. The reviewer points out the complete lack of amenities such as sidewalks or parks, especially considering the substantial increase in rent from approximately $400 to nearly $1000 with "absolutely zero improvement." The only visible change mentioned is a rope around a field to keep people out, with no irrigation and "terrible" maintenance. This resident predicts a ruined reputation for the park once they and others are able to move out and share their experiences, emphasizing the poor treatment of residents, including those who have served the country.
Another reviewer echoes these sentiments, labeling the park as "Awful!" and accusing the management of prioritizing money over the community. They claim that while management complains about various issues, they take no action to make improvements, with the only visible change being the addition of speed bumps. This reviewer alleges that the management seeks to profit from even minor problems. Having lived there for years under both old and new ownership, they state that "havnt done ANYTHING NEITHER OLD OR NEW OWNERS!" Safety concerns are raised due to the absence of sidewalks, forcing pedestrians to walk in the middle of the street, and the occurrence of power outages during rain. A strong warning is issued regarding new owners, who are allegedly connected with a problematic towing company that takes advantage of residents. This reviewer advises against trusting anyone in the office, citing yearly rent increases without any corresponding improvements. The final assessment is that while there are "good people" living in the park, the "bad owners" make it a place they cannot recommend.
Considering the platform category 'RV parks near me,' Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park, being a mobile home park, primarily caters to long-term residents. However, individuals seeking extended RV stays might encounter similar management and environmental conditions if considering this location. The overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding management practices and the lack of upkeep should be a critical factor for anyone looking for a stable and pleasant living environment.
The environment of Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park, as described by the reviewers, appears to be significantly lacking. The absence of sidewalks poses a safety hazard for pedestrians, forcing them to walk in the street. The lack of parks deprives residents of green spaces and recreational areas. The mention of no irrigation suggests poor landscaping and potentially unpleasant outdoor areas. The alleged power outages during rain indicate infrastructural problems that can severely impact residents' quality of life.
Regarding services and features, the reviews paint a bleak picture. There are no mentions of any positive amenities or services. Instead, the focus is on the lack thereof and the poor quality of what little exists, such as the "terrible" maintenance. The absence of sidewalks and parks further underscores the lack of investment in the community's infrastructure and well-being.
The recurring theme of harassment by security and office staff is a serious concern, indicating a potentially hostile living environment where residents feel mistreated and unsupported by management. The arbitrary rule-making and lack of communication further contribute to a negative living experience.
The significant and consistent yearly increases in lot rent without any corresponding improvements or added value are particularly troubling. This suggests that residents are paying increasingly more for a deteriorating living situation with no added benefits or amenities.
The alleged predatory towing practices associated with the new owners are another major red flag. Residents living under the constant threat of unwarranted towing can experience significant stress and financial burden.
Promotional information is entirely absent, and the overwhelmingly negative reviews serve as a strong deterrent rather than an enticement. There is no indication of any positive aspects being promoted by the park itself; instead, the reality experienced by residents is one of neglect and mistreatment.
For those searching for 'RV parks near me' with the possibility of long-term mobile home living, the information available about Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park strongly suggests extreme caution. The consistent complaints about harassment, poor management, lack of maintenance and amenities, safety concerns, and predatory practices paint a picture of a community where residents are deeply dissatisfied. Potential residents should thoroughly explore other options in the West Palm Beach area to find a more stable, safe, and well-managed living environment.
The fact that a 20-year resident is planning to abandon their property rather than attempt to sell it speaks volumes about the park's current reputation and the perceived lack of value or desirability. This extreme sentiment underscores the severity of the issues reported by the residents.
In conclusion, Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park in West Palm Beach appears to be a community facing significant challenges related to management, maintenance, infrastructure, and resident relations. The absence of amenities, safety concerns, allegations of harassment and predatory practices, coupled with rising rent and no improvements, make this a mobile home park that potential residents should approach with extreme caution and likely avoid in favor of more reputable and resident-focused communities in the surrounding area.

Holiday Ranch Mobile Home Park Reviews
All they do is harass, hard-working people I’ve been here for 20 years and the only reason I’m still here is because of living conditions and the economy. I’m planning on leaving. I probably won’t even sell the place probably just abandon lol The security guard harassed people the office harasses people they make the rules up as they go. They don’t give anybody any kind of information or notices. There’s no sidewalks no parks when I started living here the rent was only about $400 now it’s nearing $1000 and there’s absolutely zero improvement. All they did is run a rope around the field to keep people out. There’s no irrigation. The maintenance is terrible. All they do is continue to increasewhen I finally move out of here. This place will have a ruined. reputation. I guarantee that. For the people, including myself will have to defend the country. This is no way to treat the people.
May 09, 2025 · Luis GomezAwful ! They dont care about the community just about the money ! They complain for everything yet dont move a single hand to do anything good or new other than add speed bumps in the street lol and will make a dollar out of any small problem ! I lived there for years and they havnt done ANYTHING NEITHER OLD OR NEW OWNERS! There is no side walk so everyone walking on the middle of the street, cant rain because you will loose power . Watch out for new owners ! They are connected with the worst towing copmany you can deal with, and they will take advantage of the residents anytime of the day, and NONE of them care trust me. Dont trust anyone at that office ! They raise the land yearly yet not change for good. Dont recommend this place, good people bad owners.
May 30, 2024 · Andy RodriguezAwful, loud all night, poor to no maintenance, inadequate parking and neighbors parking in the resident's only spot. I have family who lives here and it's full of old trailers and slumlords. I'm a frequent reviewer, 99% of my posts are positive so when I write something negative - it's well-earned.
Jan 02, 2024 · Jeanne MoralesThere’s no street lights in this trail park. It is very dark and it is ridiculous. They’re not doing nothing about it and they’re charging way too much.
