Woodcreek Village Manufactured Housing Community Introduce
Welcome to Woodcreek Village Manufactured Housing Community, conveniently located at 103 Woodcreek Blvd, Walbridge, OH 43465, USA. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring options for manufactured home living in the Walbridge area, Woodcreek Village presents itself as a community with both positive attributes and areas where resident experiences vary. You can reach the community office at (419) 666-2400 or +1 419-666-2400 for inquiries.
As a platform catering to those seeking "RV parks near me," it's important to consider Woodcreek Village as a potential option for both short-term and potentially long-term RV stays. While specific details regarding dedicated RV amenities are not extensively provided in the available information, the mention of "grounds are very nice and well kept up" by a reviewer suggests an effort towards maintaining an appealing environment that could be attractive to RV travelers. We recommend contacting the community directly to inquire about specific RV site features, including hookups (electrical, water, sewer), site sizes, availability, and any specific services offered to RV guests.
Beyond its potential as an RV park, Woodcreek Village is primarily a manufactured housing community, offering individuals and families the opportunity for homeownership or rental within a community setting in Walbridge, Ohio. One positive review highlights "very nice ownership and staff" and reiterates that "the grounds are very nice and well kept up." This suggests a management team that is perceived as pleasant and a community that takes pride in its curb appeal and overall maintenance of common areas.
However, it is crucial to also consider the detailed experience shared by another resident who moved into a new model home in September 2018. This lengthy review brings to light several concerns regarding the quality of the manufactured homes and the responsiveness to maintenance issues. The resident describes ongoing issues with doors swelling and sticking for five years, despite initial repairs. They also mention having to repeatedly fix cracks in the ceiling at the marriage line, attributing these issues to "normal settling" as communicated by the home manufacturer. This perspective is important for potential buyers or long-term residents to consider.
Furthermore, the review details an incident in the fall of 2021 where a windstorm tore off the roof cap, leading to rain leakage. The resident expressed dissatisfaction with the management's initial response, which directed them to their homeowner's insurance, which did cover the repairs. The resident questioned the integrity of the roof cap due to it being the only part damaged. Additionally, the ongoing issue with the front door sticking continues to be a significant inconvenience for the resident and a point of concern for visitors.
Most recently, the resident reported a new concern regarding potential roof issues, similar to those that have necessitated roof replacements in other homes within the community. This observation by a neighbor suggests a potential systemic issue with roofing in some of the manufactured homes within Woodcreek Village. The resident's attempt to follow up with the office regarding this new concern was noted as pending a response at the time of the review.
Considering the two contrasting reviews provides a more balanced perspective on Woodcreek Village Manufactured Housing Community. On one hand, there is positive feedback regarding the ownership, staff, and the upkeep of the grounds, which are important aspects for both RVers and long-term residents. A well-maintained environment contributes to a pleasant living experience and can be a significant draw for those seeking "RV parks near me" that prioritize aesthetics and cleanliness.
On the other hand, the detailed account from a long-term resident raises significant concerns about the quality of at least some of the manufactured homes, the handling of maintenance issues, and the communication regarding structural problems. These are critical factors for anyone considering purchasing a manufactured home or entering into a long-term lease within the community. Potential residents should carefully weigh these experiences and consider conducting thorough inspections and asking detailed questions about the history and potential for structural issues in any home they are considering.
For those specifically interested in Woodcreek Village as one of the "RV parks near me," it is essential to obtain specific information about the RV facilities and policies. While the well-kept grounds are a positive indicator, understanding the availability of hookups, the nature of the RV sites (e.g., pull-through or back-in), the length of stay permitted, pet policies, and any additional amenities such as laundry facilities, restrooms, or common areas is crucial. The positive mention of ownership and staff suggests that inquiries regarding RV stays would likely be handled courteously.
In conclusion, Woodcreek Village Manufactured Housing Community in Walbridge, Ohio, presents a mixed picture based on the available information. The community appears to be well-maintained, and the ownership and staff have been described as nice. This could be appealing to those seeking "RV parks near me" that offer a pleasant environment. However, the detailed experience shared by a long-term resident highlights potential issues with the quality of some of the manufactured homes and the handling of certain maintenance concerns. Prospective residents, whether for RV stays or long-term housing, should conduct thorough due diligence, ask detailed questions, and potentially seek further feedback from current residents to make an informed decision. Contacting the community directly at (419) 666-2400 is recommended to obtain the most up-to-date and specific information relevant to your needs.

Woodcreek Village Manufactured Housing Community Reviews
I moved here in September of 2018 it was a 2019 model. Winter of 2018 had some sticking of doors. Complained to office they sent repair and they adjusted doors and a few other things.5 years later the doors are still swelling and sticking. I have to take my whole body to slam the door shut. They quit coming the winter of 2019 said it is normal settling of the home i havevhad to fix cracks in the ceiling at the marriage line just albout every year. I never was told that their homes will be settling for my entire life but is already been settling for 5 years. In the fall of 2021 we had a bad wind that tore the entire roof cap off the house and rain leaked into the home at the marriage line. I called the office and they told me to call the insurance that we bought with the home. They said that wind damage is not covered. Only if the whole home.was affected. I told them that the only thing blown off was the cap and that no other shingles or anything else was blown off and the rain that came into the home was because the cap was blown off. Sharon and are still pretty ticked off about this. Now my home owners insurance did pay for the repairs but to me there had to something wrong with that roof cap for it to be the only thing blown off. Now it is the winter of 2023-2024 and my front door still sticks so it is real hard to open and I have to use my entire body to slam it shut and when we have company they want to know what's wrong with the doors and ceiling I just tell them that Champion Homes tells me it is just normal settling and they can't help with any thing. Now we have a new complaint . They have has to replace a bunch of roofs in here because the roofs were not put on right and a neighbor who walks around the park quite a lot that my roof has the same black what ever on the facing of my home and that I should tell the office about it. I told the and they gave me the number to call which I did but have not heard back from them so far.James and Sharon Kill

Nov 19, 2018 · jason constantineI am upset, as an american citizen, with election day just around the corner and I have been advised that political signs are not allowed. I checked with the board of elections in Bowling Green and they thought they should be allowed during the election season.
