The available reviews paint a concerning picture of the living conditions and management practices at M&K Mobile Home Park. One resident describes a situation where "some trailers have heat, some don’t have any sort of heat," indicating a potential inconsistency in essential utilities provided within the park. Furthermore, they state that "none of them have central air, you have to provide your AC," highlighting that residents are responsible for their own cooling solutions. The reviewer also characterizes the trailers as "old" and suggests that "almost none of them are ‘up to code’," raising potential concerns about the safety and maintenance standards of the homes within the park.
Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer mentions a restrictive policy regarding vehicles, stating, "you’re not allowed to have any other ‘vehicles’ other than your car/truck." This could be a significant limitation for residents who own boats, trailers, or other types of vehicles. The reviewer also notes a frequent police presence, stating, "cops are out there all the time," which could be indicative of underlying issues within the community.
Based on these points, this reviewer strongly advises against living at M&K Mobile Home Park, concluding with "wouldn’t recommend it to anyone." This strong negative sentiment should be taken seriously by potential residents.
The second review presents even more serious allegations regarding the park manager's behavior and the overall management of M&K Mobile Home Park. This reviewer makes disturbing claims about the manager's conduct, including the alleged involvement of a minor in tenant disputes and the use of personal relationships to influence evictions. These are severe accusations that, if accurate, would indicate a highly problematic living environment.
The reviewer further describes the manager's behavior as "arrogant and haphazard" and accuses them of using their on-site residence as a "weapon," suggesting a misuse of authority and a hostile living situation. The concluding remark, "Toledo's finest trailer park trash. Have a great day and stay at a Holiday Inn instead," is a scathing indictment of the park and its management.
Given the gravity of the issues raised in these reviews, it is challenging to identify any positive aspects or promotional points for M&K Mobile Home Park based solely on this information. The feedback strongly suggests significant problems with the living conditions, maintenance, management practices, and overall community environment.
Prospective residents should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to seek further information from multiple sources before considering M&K Mobile Home Park as a place to live. This could include attempting to speak with current residents (if possible), checking with local housing authorities or tenant rights organizations, and thoroughly investigating the park's reputation and any official records or complaints against it.
It is also important to note that the information provided is based on individual reviews and may not represent the experience of all residents. However, the consistency and severity of the issues raised in the available feedback warrant serious concern.
In conclusion, the current information available regarding M&K Mobile Home Park in Toledo, Ohio, paints a negative picture. Residents report issues with heating, the lack of central air, old and potentially unsafe trailers, restrictive vehicle policies, frequent police presence, and serious allegations concerning the park management's conduct. Local users seeking long-term residential options within the "RV parks near me" category should carefully consider this feedback and conduct thorough due diligence before pursuing residency at M&K Mobile Home Park. The strong negative recommendations from former residents should not be ignored.

Dec 23, 2024 · google reviewsThe reviews here speak for themselves. However the park manager whose name is also the same as the month I am posting this has a 15 year old daughter who thots around to 11 year old boys and uses them to evict tenants when they don't like them. Furthermore her mouthiness and calling my son a predator in training and involving a minor in a dispute that doesn't need to involve minors is absolutely despicable and disgusting. I called and spoke with her months prior and we agreed that our children should not be in contact with each other but yet her 15 year old daughter continued to solicit naughty photos and videos on social media platforms need not mention the specifics here for privacy reasons. However it has to stop. The arrogant and haphazard behaviors exhibited by this park manager who also lives on property and uses it like a weapon, just goes to show what kind of operation they are running here. Toledo's finest trailer park trash. Have a great day and stay at a Holiday Inn instead.
Apr 17, 2024 · David KasiorThey charge lot rent and water. You own your own house. They're obligated to provide water, and they hacked individual water meters into the piping from the crock, and didn't properly reinstall the heat tape or the insulation. The water service failed on a 22° night, and while *some* people have water service,Our unit and one other one 150 yards away lost water simultaneously. And it came back on simultaneously (I called them)When MK mgt was contacted, they said:"We don't know what you're talking about, the water service is YOUR problem."Last winter, piping never failed except when they had a line break in the system. The whole thing is extremely shady.Never had a mobile home community pull a stunt like that. Not recommended, Even if the neighborhood is considered *Good*.You'll regret moving in here.
Nov 29, 2023 · Socialist Traffic RegulatorWorst place to live! They do not fix anything, there isn't even an office! No on site maintenance, be lucky to get any at all. The entire place has cockroaches and rats they REFUSE to do anything about. They are SLUMLORDS who thrive off screwing anyone they can out of any money they can. Do not live here!
