Freedom Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 2410 Nebraska Ave #106 in Toledo, Ohio, Freedom Mobile Home Park offers a long-term residential setting for individuals and families seeking a community atmosphere. While listed under the category of 'RV parks near me,' it is important to clarify that Freedom Mobile Home Park primarily functions as a mobile home park, providing lots for rent to those who own or are interested in purchasing a mobile home. Its inclusion in this category may indicate its availability as a housing option in the Toledo area, potentially accommodating some RVs on a long-term basis, although this would require direct confirmation from the management.
The environment of Freedom Mobile Home Park appears to foster a sense of community among its long-term residents. One reviewer, who has lived in the park for almost four years, highlights the personal investment residents make in their homes, transforming them into "comfortable place to live." This suggests a degree of pride and care taken by homeowners within the community. Furthermore, the reviewer mentions that their neighbors have watched their children grow up, indicating a close-knit and familiar atmosphere where residents are invested in each other's lives. This established community feel can be a significant draw for those seeking a supportive and neighborly environment for the long term.
However, the environment is not without its challenges. One recurring issue mentioned by a resident is the problem of littering, with some individuals reportedly throwing trash out of their vehicles in parking spaces and yards. This resident has taken it upon themselves to clean up this litter daily for the past year, expressing a desire to maintain a clean and safe area for their children. This indicates a potential inconsistency in the overall cleanliness of the park and suggests that not all residents adhere to community standards regarding waste disposal. The comment about getting "used to the cat issue" is vague but implies that there might be a noticeable presence of stray or roaming cats within the community, which could be a concern for some individuals.
On a more positive note, another reviewer describes Freedom Mobile Home Park as a "Clean & cute community." This contrasting view suggests that while there might be localized issues with littering, the overall upkeep and appearance of the park are generally positive for some residents. This reviewer also commends the management, stating that they are "quick to take care of things as they arise" and highly recommends the community. This responsiveness from the management is a significant positive feature, indicating that resident concerns are addressed in a timely manner, contributing to a better living experience for those within the park.
Features of Freedom Mobile Home Park, based on the reviews, include long-term lot rentals that allow residents to personalize their living spaces and establish roots within the community. The presence of long-term residents who have lived there for several years and have seen children grow up suggests a stable and established community. The responsiveness of the management to address issues is another key feature that contributes to resident satisfaction. However, the park also faces challenges related to litter control and potentially a noticeable cat population.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Freedom Mobile Home Park in the provided data. Individuals interested in learning about lot availability, rental rates, or any special offers should contact the park management directly. Unfortunately, a phone number for Freedom Mobile Home Park is not provided in the available information, which might make direct inquiry slightly more challenging. Potential residents may need to utilize online search engines or local directories to find contact information for the park management to inquire about current availability and rates.
For individuals and families considering Freedom Mobile Home Park as their potential long-term residence, it is advisable to attempt to find contact information for the park management to inquire about lot availability, rental fees, park rules and regulations, and the specific services and amenities offered. Visiting the community can also provide valuable insights into the environment and the overall upkeep of the property. Observing the community's layout and the interactions between residents can help prospective residents gauge whether it aligns with their needs and preferences. Inquiring about the management's efforts to address the littering issue and any policies regarding pets, including cats, would also be beneficial.
In the context of the 'RV parks near me' category, while Freedom Mobile Home Park primarily caters to long-term mobile home residents, individuals seeking extended RV stays in the Toledo area might find it a possibility, depending on the park's policies and the availability of suitable lots with the necessary hookups for recreational vehicles. It is essential to directly inquire with the management about their policies regarding RVs and the types of accommodations they can provide for long-term RV residents. Given the community-oriented nature highlighted in the reviews, it might be a place where long-term RV residents could also feel integrated.
In conclusion, Freedom Mobile Home Park in Toledo, Ohio, offers a community where long-term residents have established comfortable homes and fostered neighborly relationships. The management is reported to be responsive to resident concerns, contributing to a positive living experience for some. However, the park also faces challenges related to littering by some individuals and potentially a noticeable cat population. Prospective residents should seek out contact information for the park management to obtain detailed information about availability, costs, rules, and the measures being taken to address the cleanliness issues. Visiting the community to observe the environment firsthand would also be a valuable step in determining if Freedom Mobile Home Park is the right fit for long-term residency.

Freedom Mobile Home Park Reviews
**I've been here for almost 4 years. I've put alot of work inside of my place. We made it into a comfortable place to live. The neighbors have watched my children grow up.**You get used to the cat issue.**My only complaint is people throwing their trash out of their vehicle in the parking spaces and in the yards while they walk around. I go out daily cleaning up their trash. It's been every day for the past year. I mind my business and try to keep a clean and safe area for my children.** pay your rent, pay your bills, keep your place clean, mind your own business.
Aug 31, 2024 · MaeClean & cute community. Management is quick to take care of things as they arise. Highly recommend.
Aug 08, 2023 · Dylan Stewart - Relational CapitalThey fix nothing serious at all. Floor in bathroom caving in because of a leak they never fixed. The bathtub never drains, so had to shower elsewhere. Outlets sparked and smoked so couldn’t use those outlets. Fix all those problems and then it’s a decent place for sure
Oct 03, 2019 · Justin LaycockThis is a terrible mobile home park. They charge outrageous on rent. They don't fix anything. If you get hurt, they take your stuff and try to charge you a $1,000. The water company is horrible. Water Service Company, 6973 Promway Ave NW, North Canton, OH 44720-7321. They charge outrageous fees and will turn your water off as fast as they can. This water company and mobile home park are in it for the money. Why is there are water company from North Canton, Ohio doing water in Toledo, Ohio. Don't ever use either one of these two companies.
