Meadowbrook Estates Introduce
While your search might be focused on "rv parks near me" in the Toledo, Ohio area, it's important to be aware of the broader spectrum of housing options available, especially if you are considering a longer-term stay or a different type of living arrangement beyond temporary RV parking. Meadowbrook Estates, located at 340 S Reynolds Rd, Toledo, OH 43615, USA, represents one such residential community. You can reach them at (419) 536-8949 or their mobile number, +1 419-536-8949, for inquiries about potential residency. However, it is crucial to carefully consider the experiences shared by recent residents before making any decisions.
Based on recent customer reviews, Meadowbrook Estates has received negative feedback concerning its rental costs, management responsiveness, and the overall cleanliness of the community. One reviewer strongly advises potential residents to "steer clear of this place," citing "rent too high" as a primary concern. This suggests that the cost of living in Meadowbrook Estates may be a significant deterrent for some individuals seeking affordable housing options in the Toledo area.
Further criticism is directed towards the management's responsiveness to resident requests. The same reviewer mentioned asking to have trees trimmed but reported that their requests were ignored. This lack of attention to basic maintenance issues can negatively impact the living environment and the aesthetic appeal of the community. Additionally, the reviewer described the people in the office as "rude," indicating potential difficulties in communication and interactions with the park's administrative staff.
Another serious allegation is that the management sells "damaged places" and then issues write-ups to residents for issues that should have been addressed prior to their occupancy. This practice raises concerns about the integrity of the properties being offered and the fairness of the management's enforcement of community standards. It suggests a potential lack of responsibility on the part of the park to ensure that homes are in good condition before being rented or sold.
A separate review from a former resident indicates a decline in the quality of the community over time. They stated that Meadowbrook Estates "use to be a nice place to live," implying a deterioration in its standards or management. This suggests that past positive perceptions of the community may no longer be accurate.
A significant and concerning issue highlighted in the more recent feedback is the problem of new neighbors not cleaning up after their dogs. This has resulted in "dog poop all over the yard and on the sidewalk," with one reviewer estimating "has to be 20 piles there," leading to unpleasant odors described as "smells lovely." This lack of enforcement of pet waste cleanup policies creates an unsanitary and unhygienic environment for all residents, detracting from the overall quality of life in the community.
Considering these negative reviews, the environment of Meadowbrook Estates appears to be one plagued by high rental costs, neglected maintenance, rude management, and a significant problem with uncleaned pet waste. These factors collectively paint a picture of a community that may not be well-managed or provide a pleasant living experience for its residents.
In terms of services and features, the negative reviews primarily focus on the lack of adequate services (e.g., tree trimming) and the negative interactions with management. There is no mention of positive amenities that might typically be found in a mobile home community, such as recreational facilities, community centers, playgrounds, or organized events. The lack of enforcement regarding pet waste suggests a deficiency in community management and upkeep.
Given the nature of the feedback, it is highly unlikely that there is any positive promotional information to share about Meadowbrook Estates based on recent resident experiences. The issues reported, such as high rent, unresponsive management, and an unclean environment, would likely outweigh any potential promotional offers. The negative testimonials serve as a strong warning for potential newcomers.
For local users searching for "rv parks near me," Meadowbrook Estates, as a mobile home park, offers a different type of long-term residential option. However, the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding rental costs, management responsiveness, and the lack of cleanliness should give serious pause to anyone considering this community as a place to live. The issues reported suggest significant problems with the management and upkeep of the park, which could lead to a negative living experience.
In conclusion, based on the available information from recent resident reviews, Meadowbrook Estates in Toledo, Ohio, appears to be a mobile home park with several significant issues. These include high rent, unresponsive management that ignores maintenance requests, rude office staff, and a persistent problem with residents not cleaning up after their pets, leading to an unclean and unpleasant environment. The allegation of selling damaged properties and then writing up residents for pre-existing issues is also a serious concern. For anyone seeking a mobile home park in the Toledo area, it would be prudent to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate these issues before considering Meadowbrook Estates as a potential residence. The negative experiences shared by residents highlight potential problems that could significantly impact the quality of life within this community.

Nov 05, 2024 · Becky FalkenbergI've been asking for a year to have tree trimmed behind my trailer, told many times I was on list for that, I now have roof damage from limbs falling from tree! Then they have the nerve to put a citation on my door for roof lifting.now squirrels residing there bc of damage from tree.calling city of toledo!!! I've had roof repaired but was told tree needs trimmed! They should pay for damage to my roof!!!!!!
Sep 10, 2024 · cindy rybakI always take my boyfriend's kids over to the trailer park because their brother lives there the park seems to be managed well and it appears to be clean. That's about the extent of what I know about this place.
Jul 29, 2024 · Jackie RasmussenOffice lady is very rude. Obviously she is not tied in with the main company because they will not respect you nor do anything at all to make anything even remotely easy. I own several companies in the Lucas county and wood county area, I have never delt with such a disrespectful individual in any situation in my life. The length of disrespect they have to offer is comical. The secretary should be fired the day she started. She didn’t. Eventually the company will have to make the proper decisions with who’s in the office if they wish to continue making profit. I’m guessing it’s possible she was not interviewed before hire. Be careful!!!! There’s also dozens of trailer parks with cheaper lot rent where they respect you like a person in the area. Do your research before coming to this prison!! I can’t see who this could benefit anybody in anyway. I’m not sure if they have had new management recently, but I can guarantee that these aren’t the same people from the get, or the park wouldn’t be there! Stay safe!
