Cypress Point Mobile Home Park Introduce
While your search might be for "RV parks near me" for temporary stays, it's beneficial for local users in Toledo, Ohio, to be aware of other residential options, including mobile home communities like Cypress Point Mobile Home Park, located at 2510 Consaul St, Toledo, OH 43605, USA. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on the available customer reviews, highlighting the community's current state and ongoing changes to help potential residents make informed decisions. For inquiries, you can reach them at (419) 691-7266 or their mobile number +1 419-691-7266.
The reviews for Cypress Point Mobile Home Park offer a glimpse into a community that appears to be undergoing a significant transition. One reviewer expresses a positive current experience, stating, "But I like it here. I like the management. She’s nice. Just follow the rules and there won’t be problem. That’s with anyplace everyone has rules. It’s quiet. We just keep to ourselves but we love it here." This feedback suggests that under the current management, the community is perceived as pleasant and quiet, with a straightforward expectation of residents adhering to park rules. The reviewer also notes a positive development: "Also they are making improvements. They are getting rid of old trailers and replacing them with new ones." This indicates an active effort to upgrade the community's infrastructure and housing stock, which could be a significant draw for potential new residents.
Another long-term resident, who has lived in Cypress Point for five years, provides a more nuanced perspective that includes both positive and negative experiences related to past management. This reviewer mentions that the "First Manager was nice. Good communications." However, they describe a subsequent manager as "horrible," aligning with sentiments potentially expressed by others ("Everything that others have said and have written is true"). This past negative experience included an accusation against a young relative, which the reviewer clarifies was unfounded. Importantly, this long-term resident notes a positive change: "We just got a new owner and management. They are trying to upgrade and bringinging in new Mobile homes. Good communication with staff." This corroborates the first reviewer's observation about ongoing improvements and suggests that the new management is focused on positive communication and community development.
The fact that both recent reviews highlight the ongoing efforts to upgrade the community by replacing older mobile homes with new ones is a significant feature. This suggests a commitment to modernizing the park and potentially improving the overall living conditions and aesthetic appeal. For local users seeking long-term housing that might offer newer accommodations, this could be a compelling factor.
The description of the community as "quiet" by one reviewer suggests a peaceful living environment, which can be particularly appealing to those seeking a tranquil residential setting. The comment about residents generally keeping to themselves indicates a community that respects individual privacy.
As Cypress Point Mobile Home Park is a long-term residential community, it likely offers the essential infrastructure for mobile home living, such as utility connections (water, sewer, electricity) at each lot and maintained roadways within the park. The ongoing replacement of older trailers with new ones implies that there are spaces available or becoming available for residents to either bring in new homes or potentially purchase homes within the community.
The positive mention of "nice" current management and "good communication with staff" suggests that residents can expect a responsive and helpful administrative team, which is crucial for addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
While the reviews do not explicitly detail specific amenities within Cypress Point Mobile Home Park, the focus on upgrading homes and the mention of a quiet environment are key features highlighted. It would be beneficial for potential residents to inquire about any communal facilities, such as laundry rooms, recreational areas, or community centers, that might be available.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Cypress Point Mobile Home Park, as a long-term residential community for manufactured homes, may not directly offer the typical amenities and services catered to short-term RV stays (e.g., individual hookups designed for RVs, dump stations, transient parking). However, the ongoing improvements and the potential for newer housing options within a quiet community could be of interest to individuals considering a more permanent living situation in the Toledo area.
No specific promotional information, such as special rates or incentives for new residents, is provided in the reviews. Local users interested in learning more about Cypress Point Mobile Home Park are encouraged to contact the management directly at the provided phone numbers. Inquiring about the availability of lots or new homes, the costs associated with residency (lot rent, utilities, purchase prices), and the details of the ongoing upgrades would be valuable steps for those considering this community.
In conclusion, Cypress Point Mobile Home Park in Toledo, OH, appears to be a community undergoing positive changes under new ownership and management. The ongoing replacement of older homes with new ones and the reported quiet environment are significant improvements. While there were past issues with previous management, the current feedback suggests a more positive trajectory with good communication and a focus on upgrading the community. For local users seeking long-term housing in Toledo, Cypress Point Mobile Home Park is worth investigating further, particularly for those interested in potentially newer manufactured homes within a community that is actively working to improve.

Reading all these reviews is like 🤯! But I like it here. I like the management. She’s nice. Just follow the rules and there won’t be problem. That’s with anyplace everyone has rules. It’s quiet. Feb 04, 2025 · Constace PaolinoI have lived here 5 years now. First Manager was nice. Good communications. Second was horrible. Everything that others have said and have written is true. She accused a relative of mine, who was 10yrs d, of stealing a rolliator. It was mine. We just got a new owner and management. They are trying to upgrade and bringinging in new Mobile homes. Good commuication with staff.
Aug 03, 2022 · Marilee MedlenWARNING do NOT move into this place if you value your privacy and sanity. The park "manager" is ridiculous. Drives by each trailer probably 5 to 6 times every hour! Questions you every time you have guests. There's a lot more to it too.UPDATE!!!!!!!!!! there is new people running this place i was told it is a lot better.

Apr 22, 2023 · Holly PierceThis is a nice place to live. There are up and downs with it,but where isn't there. It is a gated community, which is nice. The community is being cleaned up more andthe manager is super nice and is on top of what needs to be done.
