Rumbaugh Estates LLC offers a unique living environment characterized by its spacious lots and a friendly atmosphere, according to customer reviews. Unlike many traditional mobile home parks where homes might be closely situated, Rumbaugh Estates boasts large, and often wooded, lots. This feature provides residents with ample yard space, making it an ideal setting for families with children and pet owners. The generous lot sizes also contribute to a greater sense of privacy and personal space, a significant advantage for those seeking a more open residential feel within a mobile home park setting.
The environment of Rumbaugh Estates is frequently praised in the available feedback. Reviewers highlight the "huge" yards, many of which are described as "wooded," suggesting a natural and potentially scenic setting. This abundance of outdoor space allows for various activities, from gardening and recreation to simply enjoying the natural surroundings. The community is also described as "friendly," fostering a welcoming atmosphere for residents. One reviewer specifically mentions it as a "great place to raise your children," indicating a family-friendly environment.
While specific services and amenities offered by Rumbaugh Estates are not detailed in the provided reviews, typical mobile home parks provide essential infrastructure such as utility hookups for water, sewer, and electricity at each lot. It's reasonable to assume these basic services are in place at Rumbaugh Estates. However, potential residents may want to inquire about additional amenities, such as waste management services, common areas, or any community facilities that might be available.
One notable feature mentioned in the reviews is the presence of "dirt roads" within the park. While the reviews acknowledge this as a potential "downfall," they also note that these roads are "maintained fairly well" and "get very rutted and muddy" but are a "decent trade-off" considering the other benefits of the park, such as the large lots and overall environment. This is an important factor for prospective residents to consider, particularly regarding vehicle maintenance and accessibility during different weather conditions.
For individuals searching within the 'RV parks near me' category, it's important to understand that Rumbaugh Estates LLC is primarily described as a mobile home park. While some mobile home parks may accommodate RVs for temporary stays or on designated lots, the primary focus here appears to be on long-term mobile home residency. Rumbaugh Estates LLC Reviews
It's a great place to live. Lot rent is very affordable, the yards are huge, and the people are friendly. Great place to raise your children. There are dirt roads, but they get maintained fairly well.
Aug 25, 2023 · Tyler StoneFormer resident. The lots are huge, and a lot of them are wooded! Plenty of yard for kids and pets! Homes are not slotted in like most parks. They sit parallel to the road. Only downfall is the dirt roads. They get very rutted and muddy. It's a decent trade-off though. If I were to consider living in a mobile home again I would go back here.
May 12, 2021 · Brandy SieggreenStay away from here the manager is a backstabber and two faced they refuse to rent to my husband and I for no known reason and they claimed to run a background check when they never had any permission for this so they do a lot of illegal things as well as grow weed when the owner said they are not supposed to and they smoke it on there front porch. I repeat they will screw you over because they are greedy people who manage the park. They also charge monthly for well water and septic tank management.
