Johanna Woods Mobile Home Community Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma area, it's important to consider all available options, including mobile home communities that may occasionally accommodate RVs. Johanna Woods Mobile Home Community, located at 2909 E Montpelier St, Broken Arrow, OK 74014, USA, is primarily a residential park for mobile homes. However, understanding its environment and features based on recent resident feedback can help you determine if it might be a suitable option for your needs.
You can contact Johanna Woods Mobile Home Community at (918) 355-1681 or their mobile number, +1 918-355-1681, to inquire about the possibility of accommodating RVs, availability, and any specific terms or conditions that may apply. It's crucial to gather direct information from the management to assess if this community aligns with your requirements as an RV traveler.
Recent reviews from residents provide a mixed perspective on the community. One long-term resident who lived in the park in the 1990s and for the past four years noted a shift from a "family place" to a "corporate park." While acknowledging that "some things are great," specifically mentioning the "size Lott and driveways," the reviewer raised significant concerns about the current environment and lack of rule enforcement at the corporate level.
The primary issues highlighted in the review relate to the inability to fully utilize yards if residents have dogs or children due to alleged neighborly conflicts. These include accusations of neighbors spraying water, verbal abuse, and uncomfortable staring. The reviewer claims to have video evidence of such incidents and expresses dissatisfaction with the office's response. A particularly concerning incident reported occurred in January 2025, involving alleged verbal harassment and threats from a neighbor while the resident was in their yard with their parents.
The resident also expressed frustration with the lack of response or resolution from corporate management regarding these issues, leading to concern that this may be the "new normal" at the park. Based on these experiences, the reviewer explicitly advises against Johanna Woods for individuals with children or pets, or those who desire to freely use their yard and spend time outdoors.
Furthermore, the review includes a list of other alleged issues within the community, reportedly heard from other neighbors. These include allegations of drug deals, corporate inaction on broken houses and warranty claims, neglected yards, drunk drivers, car repairs at late hours, and pet waste issues. Another significant concern raised is the presence of people walking through residents' property late at night.
The reviewer provides a candid assessment, stating that if you are single, older, and prefer an "apartment living" style with no yard, no kids or animals, and limited outdoor activity, then the park might be suitable, despite a reported lot rent of approximately $600 per month (excluding the mobile home itself). The reviewer emphasizes their current residency while posting the feedback, urging potential residents to consider their experience.
Another resident, who has lived in the park for eight years, offers a slightly different perspective, stating, "You can’t find decent Mobilehome parks in BA. Johanna Woods is not perfect but I am proud to live here for 8 years. Apt living is way too high." This suggests that while there may be challenges, some residents find the community acceptable, particularly when compared to other housing options in the area.
Considering the information available, Johanna Woods Mobile Home Community offers large lots and driveways, which could potentially accommodate RVs. However, the significant concerns raised by a recent long-term resident regarding rule enforcement, neighborly conflicts, and overall community environment are crucial factors to consider. While another resident expresses pride in living there, the detailed negative feedback suggests potential challenges that may impact the quality of stay for RV travelers.
For those searching for "RV parks near me" and considering Johanna Woods, it is strongly recommended to contact the management directly to inquire about RV accommodations, understand the current rules and regulations, and get a clear picture of the community environment. It would also be prudent to ask specific questions related to security, noise levels, pet policies (if applicable to RV guests), and any amenities that might be available for short-term or long-term RV stays.
In conclusion, while Johanna Woods Mobile Home Community in Broken Arrow may have the physical infrastructure (large lots) that could potentially accommodate RVs, the recent resident feedback paints a picture of a community with significant interpersonal and management issues. As an RV traveler looking for "RV parks near me," it is essential to weigh these concerns carefully against any potential benefits. Direct communication with the management is crucial to determine if this community can offer a comfortable and secure environment for your RV stay. We encourage you to call (918) 355-1681 or +1 918-355-1681 to gather more information and make an informed decision.

Johanna Woods Mobile Home Community Reviews
I have lived here 4 years and in the 90s as well the park used to be a family place well unfortunately now they are a corporate park. Some things are greatThe size Lott and driveways. But unfortunately you can't use your yard if you have dogs of any kind or kids due to the fact that you have no rules enforcement at the Corporate level to stop you neighbors from spraying you house and dogs with water or standing on the porch and cursing at you or staring till your so uncomfortable you go inside.I have taken video proof of this and the office thinks it just ok.I have actually left and visited my house and been told buy the neighbors that I'm a f###ing b***h and he is going to follow me home and I was told this while in my yard with my parents. Literally 01-28-2025.I have tried calling corporate with no response or resolution so I'm concerned that this is the new normal at this park. The way I'm going to put it if you have kids or pets probably not the place for you if you want to live somewhere you have free yard or can be outside not for you!!)Also I know this sounds like a one off but I have heard stories like this from other neighbors as well.including drug dealsCorporate not fixing houses that are broken with complaints to manufacturers and not standing behind warrantyyards not being taken care ofdrunk driverscars being worked on at all hours of the night 3amand dogs pooping on drivewaysPeople at 2 am walking right by your home on your property that you pay almost $$$$600 for a month not included rent of trailer if you don't ownso I'll just leave this hereAre you single? Old ?Family? Have pets ? Kids ? Want a yard ?Not for youIf you want apartment living no yard but you still have to maintain no kids or animals and you don't go outside then this park is great at 600 monthly rent for Lott not including homeIt looks great but just know I still live here and I'm posting this so take that into account I'm stuck you don't have to be

Nov 26, 2024 · Georgia BealThis is one of them places you can keep your door unlocked. Not have to worry about nothing getting stolen. All the neighbors are great and it's a well taken care of property. I always love going out there. I'm Brian's heating air and I always enjoy fixing the tenants HVAC problems because they're everyone. There is so nice
May 12, 2024 · Brian's Heat and Air'My girls ,grown and young have lived here for 14 years. There is no nicer and friendlier place to live if you want to live in a mobile community. I'm sad to be leaving but wish all new residents a happy experience.
