Pine Creek Estates Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Catoosa, Oklahoma area, Pine Creek Estates, located at 19724 E Pine St, Catoosa, OK 74015, USA, is a mobile home park that may potentially offer accommodations for recreational vehicles. You can contact them at (918) 266-3488 or +1 918-266-3488 for inquiries. However, it is crucial to consider recent customer feedback when evaluating this park for your needs.
For those exploring "RV parks near me," the location of Pine Creek Estates in Catoosa offers proximity to local amenities and attractions in the area. Catoosa provides various services and is within a reasonable distance of larger urban centers like Tulsa, potentially offering a balance of small-town living with access to broader resources. However, the internal environment and management practices of the park, as indicated by recent reviews, warrant careful consideration.
Two detailed customer reviews paint a concerning picture of the current ownership and management of Pine Creek Estates. One reviewer expresses significant disappointment, stating, "I am disappointed in the ownership of this park, because if it's not one thing, then it's another." This sets a negative tone regarding the overall management experience.
The first reviewer lists several critical cons: "#1. The owners themselves are NOT trustworthy, responsible, OR professional! A great example of this is WE had to bring them our lease, so they could make and have a copy." This indicates a lack of basic organizational professionalism and places an undue burden on the residents.
The second con is: "#2. The owners don't keep their word. An example of this, is that we have been telling them FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS that the trees need to be trimmed, ESPECIALLY since it is a huge risk factor in tornado season and they have only trimmed some of the trees here." This highlights a potential safety concern that has been unaddressed for an extended period, suggesting a lack of responsiveness to essential maintenance.
The third and arguably most serious concern raised is: "#3. They have not been paying the bills that we pay to them, through our lease, WHICH WE PAY OUR BILLS EVERY SINGLE MONTH!" This is a severe accusation indicating potential financial mismanagement and a breach of trust between the residents and the park ownership. If residents are paying for services that are not being paid for by the management, it could lead to significant disruptions and financial repercussions for the tenants.
The fourth con is: "#4. The owners have been INTENTIONALLY avoiding our phone calls, since we have started trying to straighten this all out." This lack of communication and unwillingness to address residents' concerns further exacerbates the negative experience and suggests a disregard for tenant relations.
Based on these significant issues, the first reviewer strongly advises against living at Pine Creek Estates, urging others to "highly suggest avoiding a deal with this park, and do not advise living here." They also caution against positive reviews, suggesting they may be misleading and lack substantial support.
The second review corroborates the negative experiences with the current ownership. The reviewer notes a decline in management quality since the original owner sold the park in June 2018. While the first new owners made some improvements, the subsequent sale to the current owners has been problematic. The reviewer states, "Then we were unable to get in contact with the new, current, owners for the first month to address issues about where and how to make lot payments." This echoes the first reviewer's concern about a lack of communication and organization.
Furthermore, the second review highlights the current owners' failure to provide essential documentation: "The current owners have not provided us with a new lease or park rules and regulations. We requested a copy of a lease to sign, or not, and to decide if we want to continue living in their park and if we agree to the rules and regulations that they require." This lack of transparency and failure to provide basic legal documents creates uncertainty and potential conflict for the residents.
The recent posting of notices on residents' doors, cars, and gates, sometimes delivered to the wrong tenants, further illustrates a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The directive to remove fences installed two years prior with previous approval, at the residents' expense, is described as unfair and indicative of poor business practices. The reviewer expresses being "Disgruntled at current owners business practices!!!!"
Considering these detailed and highly critical reviews, individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Catoosa area should exercise extreme caution when considering Pine Creek Estates. While the park's location might seem convenient, the reported issues with ownership, management, communication, financial responsibility, and adherence to agreements present significant risks for potential residents or visitors.
Given the severity of the allegations, including the potential mismanagement of funds and the lack of communication, it would be prudent for anyone considering this park to conduct thorough due diligence. This might include attempting to contact current residents (beyond the reviews available online) to get a broader perspective and directly inquiring with the management about the specific concerns raised in these reviews. It would also be essential to request and carefully review any lease agreements and park rules and regulations before committing to staying at Pine Creek Estates, whether in an RV or a mobile home.
In conclusion, while Pine Creek Estates is located in Catoosa, OK, and may fall under the category of "RV parks near me," the overwhelmingly negative recent feedback regarding the current ownership and management raises serious concerns. Potential residents or RVers should be aware of the reported lack of trustworthiness, poor communication, potential financial mismanagement, and disregard for previous agreements. It is strongly recommended to proceed with extreme caution and explore alternative "RV parks near me" in the Catoosa area that have more positive and reliable reputations.

Pine Creek Estates Reviews
I am disappointed in the ownership of this park, because if it's not one thing, then it's another. The only Pro to living here, is that some of the residents are trustworthy and responsible. The Cons are, #1. The owners themselves are NOT trustworthy, responsible, OR professional! A great example of this is WE had to bring them our lease, so they could make and have a copy. #2. The owners don't keep their word. An example of this, is that we have been telling them FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS that the trees need to be trimmed, ESPECIALLY since it is a huge risk factor in tornado season and they have only trimmed some of the trees here. #3. They have not been paying the bills that we pay to them, through our lease, WHICH WE PAY OUR BILLS EVERY SINGLE MONTH! #4. The owners have been INTENTIONALLY avoiding our phone calls, since we have started trying to straighten this all out. We highly suggest avoiding a deal with this park, and do not advise living here. Please do not trust the five star reviews, as they are very misleading, and have no supporting information as to why they think this deserves more than 2 stars. Lastly, we have been living here for 2 years and the last owners AT LEAST COMMUNICATED WITH US but these new owners do not.
Jan 13, 2021 · Johnathon KeeferWe bought a nice single wide home inJune 2018 when the park was still owned by the original owner. Since then the park has been sold twice. The first new owners did a few upgrades to tree trimming and paving the roads and then in less than a year they sold to another company. Then we were unable to get in contact with the new, current, owners for the first month to address issues about where and how to make lot payments. The current owners have not provided us with a new lease or park rules and regulations. We requested a copy of a lease to sign, or not, and to decide if we want to continue living in their park and if we agree to the rules and regulations that they require. We have just had notices posted on our doors, cars and gates. Some cases of notices being put on the wrong tenants door. Now they are telling us that we have to remove our fences at our expense or they will remove them and charges us. We installed our fence 2 years ago for safety and security reasons and it was approved according to park regulations and we do not feel like this is right. Disgruntled at current owners business practices!!!!
Jan 19, 2021 · Robert BosslerThe new owners have come in and demanding all fences be removed at tenant/homeowner's cost. My daughter and son-in-law put in a nice fence and keep their home clean and presentable for the mobile home park community. Not understanding why fence removal is necessary. While it seems like management is trying to "clean" up the place, they are going about it the wrong way. Also, they supposedly trimmed up a bunch of trees around the area but didn't think my kids' tree needed to be trimmed despite that the branches are falling on the roof and all over the yard. Our kids are probably the best tenants and neighbors in this community and should be treated with more respect and consideration.

They are building a new playground for the kids and when you have a idea as in how to make pine creek a better place they have a open ear.
