Kings Landing Reviews
I have to say that Ms. Danielle has to be the best Project Manager, this park has ever had. At a moments notice when you call her she is right on whatever you need, no matter what the situation is. We have never had a Manager like her. She is understanding to the situation and gets it handled immediately. She definitely a keeper to this park. No one else has done just a fantastic job for this park. She has really cleaned it up since she has been here. Ms. Danielle is diffantly a keeper. Please keep her around forever this park needs her and her ability to handle this park in a professional manner.
Nov 13, 2024 · Janet SizemoreI work with a friend who lives there and I pick him up and drop him off from to and from work. It is always quiet, clean, and well-kept
Apr 01, 2025 · JimDanielle is a great park manager, always makes sure that everything is good with everyone. If there is any problems she is there to solve it. I couldn't ask for a better park manager.
Oct 24, 2024 · Sierra BrackinsWould post no stars if possible. The park raises the rent all the time but never does anything to make it look better or run better. The office lady is never in the office and if you try to call her she won't answer the phone the office lady harasses people when she's not ignoring everyone else. My mother passed in January and I have yet to be able to get a lease because the lady in the office refuses to work with me
Aug 01, 2024 · Asheley CrossThe rent was 150 when we moved in and now it is 385.00. We were told they were keeping up with the prices in the area. We were also told that there was going to be a barbecue pit for everyone to be able to use, and also a huge playground. You seen the picture on the front, need I say more? We were told our driveways paved but they dropped rocks onto our grass that we had to shovel and rake to fix. The kind of money everyone pays we should get more. They have us all by th short hairs. None of us can afford to move our homes. We have to sign a lease every month. That way if you get behind, you have 3 days or you are to leave immediately. They have the home that you pay for. Plus we have to pay City and County taxes every year. I pray we can find something better soon.
