Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Bluff City, Tennessee area, Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park, located at 3064 US-11E, Bluff City, TN 37618, USA, presents a location with notable proximity to local attractions. They can be contacted via phone at (423) 863-9468 or mobile at +1 423-863-9468. However, the available customer reviews present a starkly contrasting view of the park's environment and management, which potential residents should carefully consider.
One detailed and concerning review urges potential buyers to "Beware ⚠️ Record your purchase!" This reviewer expresses serious allegations regarding the sale of homes under "false pretenses" and a failure to honor agreements to complete property work. They claim that the management dismisses issues by referencing statements from a previous property manager. The review characterizes the "new property manager" as "very hostile and nasty," alleging denial of mailbox access and a lack of safety due to "drunk drugged out men creeping around your home peeping in the windows." The reviewer states that while a previous manager addressed such issues with trespass notices, the new manager is described as "greedy" and threatening residents regarding parking spaces, even after those spaces were supposedly sold to them. Furthermore, this reviewer accuses the new manager of allowing trespassing despite prior notices and scamming people out of their deposits. They strongly advise against investing in the park, claiming the homes are "falling apart" and that assertions of warranties are false, citing an example of a home purchased eight months prior with a failing floor and no warranty. The review concludes with a strong warning to "get everything in writing or on video/audio recordings" and encourages current tenants to contact the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.
In stark contrast, another reviewer who claims to have lived there for "over 5 years" offers a positive perspective, stating it was "A great place to live" and that the "new owner is a big plus." This reviewer highlights the quiet atmosphere with low traffic and the convenience of being within a short walk to "BMS or Lady farm equipment." Notably, they mention being able to "see the speedway very easy from my front door," indicating a significant proximity to the Bristol Motor Speedway. This could be a major attraction for racing enthusiasts. This reviewer also notes that "Many updates going on too," suggesting ongoing improvements within the park.
Given the platform category "RV Parks Near Me," it is plausible that Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park accommodates recreational vehicles in addition to mobile homes. The proximity to Bristol Motor Speedway could make it an attractive location for RVers visiting for races or events. However, potential RV residents should also be aware of the serious allegations raised in the negative review regarding safety and management practices.
The significant disparity between the two reviews makes it challenging to provide a definitive picture of the environment, services, and features of Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park. The positive review emphasizes quiet surroundings, convenient access to local landmarks (especially Bristol Motor Speedway), and ongoing updates, suggesting potential improvements to the park. For racing fans or those seeking a location near these specific amenities, Volunteer Village might seem appealing.
On the other hand, the detailed negative review raises grave concerns about safety, management integrity, and the condition of the properties. Allegations of false pretenses in sales, hostile management, lack of security, and structural issues with homes are serious and should not be ignored by potential residents. The advice to meticulously document all interactions and agreements underscores a lack of trust and transparency according to this reviewer.
Due to the conflicting nature and severity of the allegations in one of the reviews, it is imperative for local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park. This would involve visiting the property in person, if possible, to assess its condition and environment. It would also be prudent to speak with multiple current residents to gain a broader understanding of their experiences with the management and the overall living conditions.
Information regarding specific services and features such as utility hookups for RVs, laundry facilities, restrooms, recreational areas, or pet policies is not provided in these reviews. Similarly, there is no mention of any promotional offers or pricing structures. Interested parties would need to contact the park directly at the provided phone numbers – (423) 863-9468 or +1 423-863-9468 – to inquire about these details and to seek clarification on the conflicting feedback.
In conclusion, Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park offers a location with convenient access to Bristol Motor Speedway and, according to one review, a quiet environment with ongoing updates and a positive new owner. However, a separate, highly critical review alleges serious issues related to dishonest sales practices, hostile management, safety concerns, and poor property conditions. This significant discrepancy necessitates a cautious approach from potential residents. Local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" should weigh the potential benefits of the location against the serious allegations raised and conduct thorough personal investigation before making any decisions regarding residency at Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park.

Volunteer Village Mobile Home Park Reviews
Buyer Beware ⚠️ Record your purchase! Thank The Most High Yah we recorded our daughters. Definitely not family friendly or safe! They are selling homes under false pretenses and they do not honor good faith agreements to finish your property. They then say well the previous property manager said a lot of false things like that makes it legal. The new property manager is very hostile and nasty. You will never have access to your mailbox. Drunk drugged out men creeping around your home peeping in the windows. Previous property manager took care of it by issuing notice. New property manager is greedy and when you tell her you don't want people parking in your lot for the race, she will threaten you and tell you that that's not your lot space after being sold that space. Telling men they can walk by your home after notice was given 3 months prior not to trespass in that space. She is only harassing the new buyers scamming people out of their deposits! Do Not waste your money! Buyer Beware ⚠️ these homes are falling apart, they are completely lying about them being under any warranty. #1 was purchased about 8 months, their floor is falling in and they found out they didn't have a warranty. If you don't have any other options please beware! Get everything in writing or on video/audio recordings. If you are a current tenant please contact Tennessee Human Rights Commission and help us put this vile company out of business.
