Goods Mobile Home Park Introduce
Local users in Bluff City, Tennessee, searching for "RV Parks Near Me" might also be exploring nearby residential options such as mobile home parks for long-term living. While the platform category typically focuses on temporary recreational vehicle accommodations, it can serve as an initial point of discovery for various types of land-lease communities in the area. Goods Mobile Home Park, located at 384 Carter St, Bluff City, TN 37618, USA, represents one such potential residential option. It is important to consider all available feedback to form a comprehensive understanding of the community.
Unlike traditional RV parks catering to short-term stays, mobile home parks like Goods Mobile Home Park are designed for more permanent residency, where individuals typically own their manufactured homes and lease the underlying land or lot. This arrangement often provides a more stable and potentially affordable housing option. The publicly available reviews for Goods Mobile Home Park present a mixed picture, with significant concerns raised by one neighbor regarding noise levels, while another reviewer offers a more positive perspective on affordability and community respect.
The provided information for Goods Mobile Home Park includes its name, address, and phone numbers ((423) 391-4878 and +1 423-391-4878), along with two contrasting customer reviews. One review expresses serious concerns about excessive noise emanating from the park at all hours, particularly on weekends. The reviewer, who does not even reside within the park but in a nearby house, details how the loud music and bass are pervasive, even with closed windows, a fan, and a television on, and how it disrupts sleep and causes disturbances. The repeated updates from this reviewer over time indicate that the noise issue persists and that, according to their account, "nobody does anything about it." The frustration and strong language used in this review highlight a potentially significant negative aspect of the environment surrounding Goods Mobile Home Park.
Conversely, the second review offers a different viewpoint, stating, "Land lords are not out to put you out in the cold. They have the best priced lots in this area and as long as you pay your lot rent and respect Mr.&Mrs.Good & ur neighbors you wouldn't even know they live so close that Jimmy could throw a rock and hit with it." This feedback emphasizes the affordability of the lots within Goods Mobile Home Park compared to other options in the area. It also suggests that maintaining respectful behavior towards the landlords (Mr. and Mrs. Good) and neighbors contributes to a peaceful living environment within the park. This reviewer implies a sense of community where respecting others leads to a harmonious coexistence, despite the proximity of the homes.
Based on these two contrasting reviews, local users considering Goods Mobile Home Park should be aware of the following potential aspects:
- **Potential for Noise Issues:** One neighbor reports experiencing extremely loud music coming from the park at all hours, especially on weekends, causing significant disturbance even outside the park boundaries. This could be a major concern for individuals sensitive to noise or those living in the vicinity.
- **Affordable Lot Rents:** According to one reviewer, the park offers "the best priced lots in this area," which could be a significant advantage for those seeking budget-friendly long-term housing options in Bluff City.
- **Emphasis on Respectful Community:** The positive review suggests that respecting the landlords and neighbors is key to a positive living experience within the park. This implies a community where considerate behavior is valued.
- **Proximity of Homes:** The positive reviewer notes that the homes are close enough that a rock could be thrown between them, suggesting a potentially dense layout of the park.
- **Landlord Interaction:** The positive review specifically mentions respecting "Mr.&Mrs.Good," indicating that the landlords are directly involved and that a good relationship with them is beneficial.
Given the conflicting nature of the available feedback, it is challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of Goods Mobile Home Park. The significant noise concerns raised by a neighbor are serious and could impact the quality of life for residents and those living nearby. However, the affordability of the lots and the potential for a respectful community, as highlighted by another reviewer, are positive aspects that might appeal to some individuals.
To obtain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of Goods Mobile Home Park, local users are strongly encouraged to take the following steps:
- **Contact the Management Directly:** Reach out to the park management at the provided phone numbers ((423) 391-4878 or +1 423-391-4878) to inquire about current lot rental rates, park rules (including noise policies), available amenities, and management practices. This direct communication can provide valuable insights and allow potential residents to ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews.
- **Visit the Park in Person:** Conduct a site visit to observe the environment firsthand. Pay attention to the layout of the park, the condition of the lots and common areas, and the general atmosphere. Visiting during different times of the day and week might help gauge the typical noise levels.
- **Speak with Current Residents (If Possible):** If the opportunity arises, try to speak with current residents of Goods Mobile Home Park to get their perspectives on living in the community, including their experiences with noise, management, and neighbors.
- **Inquire About Noise Policies and Enforcement:** Specifically ask the management about their policies regarding noise and how they are enforced within the park. Understanding the park's approach to addressing noise complaints is crucial given the concerns raised in one of the reviews.
- **Compare Prices and Amenities:** While Goods Mobile Home Park is described as having "the best priced lots in this area," it is still advisable to compare the rental rates and included services with other mobile home parks in Bluff City to ensure it aligns with individual needs and budget.
In conclusion, Goods Mobile Home Park in Bluff City, TN, presents a mixed profile based on the limited online reviews. The affordability of the lots and the potential for a respectful community are positive aspects to consider. However, the serious concerns raised by a neighbor regarding excessive and persistent noise levels cannot be ignored. Local users searching for long-term residential options in mobile home parks should carefully weigh these contrasting perspectives and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with the management and a visit to the property, before making any decisions. Understanding the park's noise policies and the experiences of current residents will be crucial in determining if Goods Mobile Home Park is a suitable living environment.

Goods Mobile Home Park Reviews
Extremely loud music coming from here at all hours, especially on the weekend. I don’t even live in this park, but not only I can hear it all the way to my house inside with windows closed sitting in the room opposite the park with a fan and tv on, the bass is so loud that it vibrates my walls! It wakes me up from a dead sleep. That’s how loud it is! Nobody does anything about it. I wish Party Pete would do the rest of us a favor and buy some earbuds!!!Update: Still loud. Woke me up at 7:15 am on Sunday morning blaring that mess. Came home from work on Monday evening with a raging headache thinking I could lie still in the dark until it went way. No sir, Jim Bob cranked it up. I turned on some relaxation music to drown it out. Nope. Turned up my music. Still nope.Update: You know, I don’t think it’s too much to ask somebody to not be loud and raucous on Sunday evening, given that most of people around here are trying to spend time with Jesus and prepare for the work week. But no, he cares not one bit that he’s psychologically torturing the entire neighborhood.
