Greenfield Mobile Home Estates Introduce
Greenfield Mobile Home Estates is located at 14431 Rainbow Rd in Bristol, Virginia. For individuals searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category, particularly those considering mobile home parks for potential long-term RV stays or as a residential option, it is essential to consider all available information. Greenfield Mobile Home Estates can be contacted at phone number (423) 414-3015 or mobile phone +1 423-414-3015 for direct inquiries about current availability and policies.
Environment and Atmosphere (Based on Recent Reviews):
Recent customer reviews paint a concerning picture regarding the current environment and atmosphere of Greenfield Mobile Home Estates. Multiple reviewers describe a decline in the park's condition, citing issues such as "riff raff," a park that has "gone downhill," and a general state of being "run down." One reviewer specifically mentioned a lack of care from new owners, who are allegedly focused on transitioning the park rather than maintaining its current state. Another reviewer who drove through the park while seeking a place for a trailer was "floored by how run down" it had become. This included observations of trashed lots, garbage piled on porches, and inoperable vehicles in driveways.
These reviews suggest a potentially unkempt and neglected environment, which may be a significant consideration for anyone looking for a place to live or park their RV. The stark contrast mentioned by one reviewer, highlighting a few residents trying to maintain their lots amidst widespread disarray, further underscores the challenges some may face living within the community as it is currently perceived.
Services and Amenities (Likely Basic, Condition May Vary):
As a mobile home park, Greenfield Mobile Home Estates would typically offer basic infrastructure and services. However, the recent negative reviews raise concerns about the upkeep and reliability of these services. Standard offerings in a mobile home park usually include:
- Utility Hookups: For mobile home lots, water, sewer, and electrical connections are generally provided. If RV sites are available, the capacity and condition of these hookups would need to be verified.
- Roadways and Access: The park should have roads for vehicle access. The current condition of these roadways is not mentioned in the reviews but could be a factor to assess.
- Basic Infrastructure: This includes mail delivery access and waste disposal. The reviews mentioning trash accumulation on lots suggest potential issues with waste management or enforcement of park rules.
- Laundry Facilities (Uncertain): It is unknown whether a communal laundry facility is available. This would be a point of inquiry for potential residents or RVers.
- Management: While on-site management is typical, the reviews express dissatisfaction with the current owners and suggest a need for a more proactive property manager focused on maintenance and community standards.
Given the strong negative feedback regarding the park's current state of repair and cleanliness, prospective residents or RVers should not assume that all basic services are well-maintained or consistently provided. A thorough inspection and direct questioning about service reliability would be prudent.
Features and Benefits (Limited Based on Reviews):
Based on the recent negative reviews, the immediate features and benefits of choosing Greenfield Mobile Home Estates appear limited. Potential considerations might include:
- Location in Bristol, VA: The park's location still provides access to the amenities and attractions of Bristol and the surrounding area. However, the internal environment of the park, as described in the reviews, might detract from this benefit.
- Potential Affordability (Lot Rent Mentioned): One reviewer mentioned a lot rent of $275.00 per month. This might seem low compared to other options, but the reviewer also noted that the condition of the lots did not justify the cost. For RVers, daily or weekly rates and their value relative to the park's condition would need to be determined.
- Possibility of Long-Term Stays: For those seeking a long-term and very budget-conscious option, and if the described conditions are tolerable, the park might offer this possibility. However, the reviews strongly suggest a need for significant improvements.
The negative feedback regarding the park's upkeep and management overshadows typical benefits one might expect from a mobile home or RV park, such as a pleasant environment and well-maintained amenities.
Promotional Information (Likely Limited Given Current State):
Given the recent negative reviews highlighting the deteriorated condition of Greenfield Mobile Home Estates, it is unlikely that the park is currently running any active promotions. Individuals considering this park should focus on obtaining an accurate assessment of its current state and service reliability rather than expecting special offers. When contacting the park at (423) 414-3015 or +1 423-414-3015, key questions should revolve around:
- Current availability of mobile home lots or RV sites.
- Current rental rates and any associated fees.
- The current condition of the park, including roadways, lots, and any communal facilities.
- The management's plans for addressing the issues raised in the recent reviews.
- Policies regarding maintenance, trash disposal, and upkeep of individual lots.
Prospective residents or RVers might also consider visiting the park in person to assess its current condition firsthand, despite the negative descriptions provided in the reviews.
Conclusion:
Greenfield Mobile Home Estates, located in Bristol, Virginia, has received recent negative feedback indicating a significant decline in its condition and management. For those searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category or considering a mobile home park in this area, these reviews should be taken into serious consideration. While the park's location in Bristol offers proximity to local amenities and the lot rent mentioned is relatively low, the described environment of disrepair and neglect raises significant concerns about the quality of living and the value for money. Potential residents or RVers are strongly advised to contact the park directly at (423) 414-3015 or +1 423-414-3015 to inquire about the current situation and, if possible, to visit the property in person to make an informed decision. It is crucial to weigh the potential affordability against the reported issues with the park's upkeep and management before considering Greenfield Mobile Home Estates as a viable option.

Greenfield Mobile Home Estates Reviews
Used to be a good place to live. But know it's full of riff raff and has gone down hill. The new owners don't care about anything. There just worried about running all the people off so they can put new trailers in and charge a ungodly amount.
Nov 21, 2022 · Bobby NolinDrove through to look for a place for my daughter to put a trailer and was floored by how run down this park has become. Lot rent is 275.00 a month and the lots were so trashed it was not even funny. I feelSorry for the few trailers in there that tried to make their lot look great when everyone around them had trash all in the yard, piled up on porches, run down cars in the driveway. I think maybe they need a new property manager that would take the time to clean it up.
Mar 11, 2019 · Miranda ThomasIts a very nice place to live. Good neighborhood for kids to get out and play. It has its faults like all things, but overall its a good environment to raise a family.
Sep 03, 2019 · Ashley MillerI've lived here for years and my end of the street used to be awesome now they let riff raff in and it's nothing but drama drama drama and stress stress stress I don't like it here no more
