Klines Resort Introduce
Nestled in the scenic landscape of Three Rivers, Michigan, Klines Resort presents itself as a welcoming mobile home and RV park, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and convenient amenities. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Klines Resort stands out as a destination that caters to both short-term visitors and those seeking a seasonal retreat. Situated at 22260 Kline's Resort Rd, it provides an accessible escape with the added benefit of being close to local attractions and necessities.
The environment at Klines Resort is a significant draw for many visitors. The park boasts a picturesque lakefront setting, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquility of the water right outside their door. One reviewer enthusiastically mentioned the excellent fishing opportunities available, highlighting the direct access to the lake as a major perk. Imagine waking up to serene lake views and having the chance to cast a line just steps from your RV. This natural environment fosters a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the outdoors.
In terms of services and features, Klines Resort appears well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The park offers full utility hookups, including 30 amp and 50 amp electrical service, as well as water and sewer connections, catering to the needs of various RV sizes and requirements. This essential infrastructure allows guests to enjoy the comforts of home while on the road. Furthermore, the inclusion of mailboxes for residents adds a touch of convenience, especially for those staying longer periods. The ability to receive Amazon deliveries directly to the park is another modern amenity that enhances the overall experience.
For those seeking recreational activities, Klines Resort provides on-site facilities such as pickleball and tennis courts. These amenities offer opportunities for friendly competition and physical activity, adding another layer of enjoyment to the stay. Whether you are a seasoned player or looking to try something new, having these sports facilities within the park is a valuable asset.
Safety and security seem to be a priority at Klines Resort. One long-term guest described it as a "very safe place" where they "never" had any worries, even feeling comfortable leaving their door unlocked. This sense of security can be a significant factor for travelers seeking peace of mind during their stay. The park's environment fosters a relaxed and trusting atmosphere, contributing to a positive overall experience for many visitors.
Klines Resort also identifies as a "dog friendly" location, which is a significant advantage for RV travelers who often bring their beloved pets along. The positive review from a guest who stayed for an extended period specifically mentioned this aspect. However, it's important to note that another reviewer shared a less positive experience regarding pet policies and management communication related to fencing for dogs. This feedback suggests that while the park generally welcomes pets, there might be specific regulations and communication nuances that potential guests with dogs should be aware of. It would be prudent for pet owners to inquire about the current pet policies in detail before booking their stay.
Considering the reviews, Klines Resort seems to offer a beautiful setting and a range of useful amenities. The positive feedback highlights the friendly staff (with a specific mention of Tama), the convenient utilities, the recreational facilities, and the sense of safety. The lakefront location and the ability to receive mail and deliveries are also notable advantages. However, the negative review points to potential inconsistencies in management communication, particularly concerning pet policies and rule enforcement. This suggests that while many guests have had positive experiences, prospective visitors might benefit from seeking clarification on specific policies relevant to their needs.
For local users browsing "RV parks near me," Klines Resort presents an opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Three Rivers, Michigan, with the convenience of essential amenities and recreational options. Whether you are looking for a short getaway to enjoy fishing and lake views, or a seasonal spot with full hookups and a sense of community, Klines Resort could be a suitable choice. Klines Resort Reviews
I stayed here for about 2 1/2 months while in town building a Dispensary. Was an excellent place to stay! Staff was nice, they have pickle ball courts, tennis courts, 30amp 50amp and utility plugs, sewer and water. You get a mailbox, and you can order Amazon and get it delivered. Very safe place, no worries ever, you could leave your door unlocked and nothing would happen place, dog friendly! The lake was right outside my front door! Excellent fishing! Awesome stay, thank you guys for great stay!
Nov 19, 2024 · Tyler RomensWe thought we had found our place but Phil, the owner is anything but pleasant. They expect you to be friendly, but he is far from that. Doesn’t smile, wave, nothing. That being said, we had waited 2 years to get a seasonal spot here. We were offered a spot for this season and before even deciding on it we went out and asked probably 50 questions about things. One being about fencing. We have medium sized dogs and were aware of the fencing requirements but explained everything to Tama, told her the size and she said the fencing was APPROVED. If it wasn’t approved, we wouldn’t have even bothered taking a spot. These two need to get on the same page, numerous residents there told us this was a problem. We put everything up in April and here it is the end of July and my husband received a nasty phone from Phil about the fencing. Mind you we’ve been to the camper 9 times total this season, so barely at all. But came out weekly to maintain everything as required. We were told to take it down and put up his little fencing that my dogs could clearly jump over so why bother. Leaving our dogs behind wasnt an option either. We don’t pay to come relax for our dogs to be chained up. Not to mention, not one person ties their dog up all day while they are there, in fact there are a few that get to run and play fetch with their owners and not even have a collar on. There was zero harm in our fencing or our dogs, they laid around in the grass most of the time and weren’t in a “dog run” as it was called. They were never left alone. It’s fine to enforce rules, but they need to be in-forced on everyone! We were forced out of here before the season was even up, because Phil doesn’t like dogs, it was far from a fence problem, since this fence had been up since April.Side note; I was absolutely mortified when one of your residents gave me the third degree of the breed, size, the fact that we had 2 and color of my dogs. I filled out the papers for them, checked the restricted breed list- that they clearly weren’t on, asked the owners about them, again they were approved! I’m not sure the exact problem, as we did everything by the “rules” from 2016 that were presented to us as far our dogs but there was obvious issues that were never brought to us other than the fencing. She mentioned how young we were and that she was surprised we were let in. Strange how she did this and then NOW our fencing was the issue.Beautiful place but HORRIBLE management. Not impressed and was a complete waste of time and money! Phil does NOT like dogs, especially the bigger ones as we were told- they need to get on the same page as far as “rules” and regulations.Reply to Phil: We were fully aware of your 30 year rules and read the entire book as instructed- which is why we specifically came in and showed Tama pictures of the fencing and even gave her the measurements- she approved it. Your rules weren’t the problem, how you enforce them are. Not ONE person there ties their dogs up, but because we had the biggest dogs there at the time, we stuck out. No harm done, just not the place for us.
Oct 07, 2024 · kristie jonesA well-kept manufactured home resort. Variety of single wide and double wide homes, with spots available for 5th wheel trailers. Very nice recreation center. Quiet 55 plus community. No pool. Lakefront with a very small sand beach. There are a number of boat slips for smaller boars and pontoons. Outdoor tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bocci, and shuffleboard courts
May 16, 2024 · Paul DeedsThis place is as good as it comes when comparing 55+ older communities! It's clean and quiet back here. Very well kept and it seems like people care about having a clean and nice community. I was visiting a friend whom lives here. I also fly as a member with the RC Thunderbolt's Airplane Club which is located on Kline's Resort Property. The Resort offers many activities and and the RC Airplane Club is one of them. There is a beautiful lake here and it seems like there is a lot of green space for enjoyment.
Aug 22, 2022 · Troy ZawackeSpent just over a week at this beautiful pet friendly lake resort. Very friendly golf cart community made up of a 55+ residential section and RV section with permanent, seasonal and daily rentals. I enjoyed a peaceful relaxing stay. I was lucky enough to get in spot #13 for a week and #12 for an evening. Full hook-ups. It's like your own piece of paradise. Nice little beach with swimming area. The sunrises are breathtaking and you don't have to go too far to see them. They also have Wi-Fi at the clubhouse so I was able to get work done. And the bathrooms and showers are very well kept. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Note: No credit cards. Cash or check only.
